- the multifunctional part 2 seen from the side is a plate 3 L-shaped, installed on the side of the closure of the compass. It comprises an elongate longitudinal fold 4 provided approximately parallel to the length of the arm of the compass 1. It comprises two projections 5 (hidden on this figure) and 6 directed towards the inside of the device.
- distal protrusion due to its distal projection position which is a steel crimped nipple about 1 cm in diameter and about 2 cm in length and a locking protrusion 6 also referred to as a proximal projection due to its position, which is itself a transverse bend of the plate 3 to provide a recess.
- the figure 4 represents a perspective view similar to the figure 3 when closing.
- the protuberant lugs 13 are then seen in a profiled corner installed laterally and distally on the distal panel 9.
- the protruding lugs 13 slidably push the nipple 5 of the multifunctional part 2 of the invention, causing its pivoting and accordingly that of the distal arm of the compass 1 relative to its distal axis of rotation 12 and thus the beginning of closure of the compass, thus allowing the pivoting of the panels for their storage in the formwork 7.
- the figure 5 shows a recovery phase before folding but can also illustrate the continuation of the complete opening of the device (and its closure as shown below).
- the total opening of the compass 1 whose two branches are aligned has been reached.
- the transverse nipples 11 of the distal panel 9 are no longer blocked by the locking projections 6 of the multifunctional parts 2, the distal panel 9 can be driven by its weight and cause with it the intermediate panel not visible in this figure.
- the figure 6 illustrates the continuation of the complete opening of the device.
- the distal panel 9 has been driven by its weight and has carried with it the intermediate panel 14.
- the descent of the panels has been slowed by a set of dampers 20, 21 provided between the proximal panel 8 and the intermediate panel 14 and between the intermediate panel 14 and the distal panel 9.
- the intermediate panel 14 is laterally provided with L-shaped angles 15 which abut on the stud 5 of the multifunctional part 2 to limit the downward translation of the intermediate panel 14 and lock the compass. Likewise, a system of abutments limits the translation downward of the distal panel 9 with respect to the intermediate panel 14.
- the figure 6 also illustrates the closure of the device.
- the traction relayed by pulley, on an unrepresented cable connected to the formwork, produces the rise of the distal panel 9 whose proximal side abuts a distal fold 17 of the intermediate panel 14, to which three dampers 20, 21 are attached.
- the continuous traction also produces the rise of the intermediate panel 14.
- tongues 13 forming a stop are pressed on the nipples 5 of the multifunctional parts 2, causing the pivoting of the distal branches of the compasses 1 and the release of the compasses 1 and the beginning of folding Compasses 1.
- the panels continue to pivot to gradually assume a horizontal position to fold into the formwork as shown in FIG. figure 7 .
- the figure 7 also illustrates the possible lateral mounting of dampers 22 braking the pivoting of the proximal panel 8 relative to an elevator car and in this case with respect to the formwork 7.
- a tarction sling 23 is attached to a distal end of the compass at level of the axis of rotation 12 and at the other end to the formwork 7 via an attachment piece 24 of the damper cylinder 22 to the formwork 7.
- the sling is returned by a haulage 26 and a pulley reference 25.

Description
The present invention relates to a method of deploying an elevator foot fighter, a hunt feet, a compass for their implementation and its applications.
The construction and installation of lifts for existing buildings is subject to safety regulations. The French standard XP / P / 82-511 and 611 of April 1999 imposes the presence of a protective device of at least 750 mm height installed under the elevator car in order to prevent access to the space located directly below said cabin. This device comprising at least one panel the width of a landing door and protecting the above height is called hunt feet. It protects the feet of users when the cabin does not stop exactly at a level. If the offset is important, this device protects from a fall in the elevator shaft.
If the installation of such devices is relatively easy in the new facilities, since it is sufficient to design a bottom of elevator shaft deep enough, the renovation creates problems, especially in the case of shallow elevator shaft funds . Indeed, in existing buildings, the bottom of the cage is often insufficient to contain the entire height of the protective device when the elevator car is in the lowest level.
It would therefore be desirable to have a hunt feet comprising several telescopic panels or even better, also retractable. Such a hunt should be able to deploy in position active, preferably slowly to avoid shocks, able to lock in the active position and resist a radial thrust (perpendicular to the direction of movement of the elevator.
- imagine a simple, safe and effective procedure for both opening and closing a footplate and to this end imagine a rocking process and an original device,
- limit the speed of opening when tipping, given the weight of the parts,
- hold the panels when tilting
- allow panels to deploy at the end of failover
- lock the compasses (or struts) when folding the assembly.
- the panels are unlocked, which causes them to pivot towards a vertical position and the opening of the compass,
- the compass being provided with a multifunctional piece provided towards the distal end of the compass, said multifunctional part comprising two projections directed towards the inside of the plates, one of folding and the other of locking, the blocking projection initially blocking the deployment of the distal panel, the projections being preferably longitudinally offset relative to each other vis-à-vis the compass,
- the opening of the compass producing the rotation of the multifunctional part and the blocking projection and consequently the unlocking of an element of the distal panel, thereby permitting the vertical expansion of said distal panel and consequently of the optional intermediate panel or panels,
- and in that the distal panel drives down the optional intermediate panel (s).
The projections may be longitudinally superimposed but they are preferably offset relative to each other vis-à-vis the length of the compass So one can be described as "distal" and the other "proximal" .
A hunt feet implemented in the invention comprises two, three or four but preferably two or three, particularly three sliding telescopic panels. A higher number of sliding telescopic panels is technically possible but weighs down and unnecessarily complicates the hunt of the invention.
The unfolded height of the panels can range from 1.5 to 0.3, preferably from 1.0 to 0.4, especially from 0.8 to 0.4, especially from 0.75 to 0.55 meters.
La hauteur de chaque panneau peut aller de 0,75 à 0,10 , de préférence de 0,60 à 0,15 , notamment de 0,4 à 0,25 , tout particulièrement de 0,30 à 0,25 mètre. The height of each panel may range from 0.75 to 0.10, preferably from 0.60 to 0.15, in particular from 0.4 to 0.25, more particularly from 0.30 to 0.25 meter.
The proximal panel is pivotally attached under an elevator car. It can be directly attached to it, but under preferential conditions of implementation of the invention, the proximal panel is indirectly fixed to the cabin by a formwork which is itself fixed to the cabin.
The pivot axis of the proximal panel is advantageously provided approximately parallel to the floor of the elevator car.
The proximal side of the compass is pivotally attached to the elevator casing or car and distal side preferably near the distal side of the proximal panel.
The panels are initially placed approximately parallel to the floor of the elevator car and locked in this position. By "approximately parallel" is meant here that the panels form an angle ranging from -30 ° to + 30 °, preferably from -20 ° to + 20 °, preferably from -10 ° to + 10 °, in particular are horizontal.
Under preferred conditions of implementation of the method described above, the distal panel or an intermediate panel presses on the locking projection of the compass to lock it in the open position.
- it causes the raising of the distal panel
- a part of the distal panel then pressing on the folding projection of the multifunctional part which causes its pivoting and consequently the release of the compass, which allows the vertical pivoting of the panels
- the locking projection of the multifunctional piece pivoting as well and coming to block the distal panel in the folded position.
- the panels are pivoted to fold them in approximately horizontal position.
Under preferred conditions of implementation of the method described above, the rise of the distal panel causes the rise of the optional intermediate panels.
The present application also relates, in particular to the implementation of the method described above, a flush comprising two, three or four sliding telescopic panels including a proximal panel and a distal panel, the proximal panel being in the deployed position the which is the closest to the elevator landing and being provided to pivot under an elevator car and also being integrally provided with a compass limiting the pivoting of the sliding telescopic panels so that said sliding telescopic panels are approximately vertical in the deployed position, the distal panel being in the deployed position which is furthest from the elevator landing, and the panels being initially placed approximately parallel to the floor of the elevator car and locked in this position, characterized in that the compass is provided with a multifunctional part integrally provided towards the distal end of the compass, said multi piece functional assembly comprising two projections directed towards the inside of the plates, the projections preferably being longitudinally offset with respect to the compass, the distal panel comprising a member cooperating with the locking projection blocking the distal panel before deployment and after folding when the distal panel comes into abutment, the distal panel also comprising a tongue forming a stop cooperating with the projection of folding of the multifunctional part to push it at the end of folding course of said distal panel and cause the release of the compass and its beginning of closure.
The sliding telescopic panels are advantageously mounted on slides.
Under preferential conditions of implementation of the invention, the hoof feet above further comprises a traction cable attached to the distal panel to fold the entire device, accessible from the bearing. The traction cable is advantageously stored in an automatic winder, for example a spring, fixed to the distal panel.
In still other preferred conditions of implementation of the invention, the hunt feet above also contains a damper installed between the distal panel and the proximal panel, preferably two dampers, when the flush includes only a distal panel and a proximal panel. A damper brakes the descent of the telescopic panel or panels other than the proximal panel which is fixed in translation.
An above-mentioned foot flush comprising an intermediate panel advantageously encloses two dampers installed between the proximal panel and the intermediate panel and a single damper installed between the intermediate panel and the distal panel.
Preferably, the shock absorber (s) installed between the proximal panel and the distal panel work in thrust. In the presence of an intermediate panel, or dampers installed between the proximal panel and the intermediate panel advantageously work in thrust. The shock absorber (s) installed between the distal panel and the intermediate panel work in thrust or restraint, advantageously the latter.
In still other preferred conditions of implementation of the invention, the device further comprises a jack, preferably two cylinders, to slow the tilting of the panels down during opening. These are preferably installed between a portion, preferably distal, of the proximal panel and a direct or indirect attachment point (formwork for example) on an elevator car.
In still other preferred conditions of implementation of the invention, the hunt feet above is installed in a formwork. So, we can directly install the formwork with the hunt feet under an elevator car. In a limited number of operations.
The compass being a hinge compass, each of its ends is mounted on a pivot, the distal side to a proximal panel, the distal side to an elevator car or preferably to a storage form of the device. The pivot can unfold to determine the maximum opening of the panels, and fold for storage panels horizontally.
In still other preferred conditions of implementation of the invention, a set of stops provided on the panels determines extreme positions of deployment and folding hunt feet of the invention.
A preferred flush of the invention comprises a damper cooperating with a traction sling integral with the proximal panel to slow down the tilting opening of the sliding telescopic panels.
Another preferred flush of the invention comprises a locking system in the folded position associated with an electrical contact signaling said folded position.
In still other preferred conditions of implementation of the invention, a hunt feet of the invention comprises an articulated arm associated with one or more contacts signaling the extended position of said hunt feet, said hinged arm being on one side solidarity of the proximal panel and the other of the distal panel.
The parts working the hardest hunt feet of the invention are advantageously made of steel. Some parts working hard for lightening purposes can also be made of aluminum or aluminum alloy such as panels, including distal or intermediate (s) optional (s).
Note that in the present application, conventionally the indefinite article "a" must be considered as a generic plural (meaning "at least one" or "one or more"), except when the context shows the opposite (1 or "only one"). Thus, for example, when it is said above that a compass is provided, it is one or more compasses including two compasses, one on the left, the other on the right of the hunt feet.
- folded or partially folded position of the compass: blocking the translation of the distal panel by virtue of the locking projection of the multifunctional part by preventing a nipple of said distal panel,
- open position of the compass: release of the translation of the distal panel by disengaging the nipple of said distal panel,
- open position of the compass: determination of the maximum open position of the panels and blocking of the panels in this position,
- open position of the compass: blocking the descent of an intermediate panel and blocking the panels in this position by keeping the compass in the open position by pressing on the folding projection of the multifunctional part,
- raised or partially raised position of the compass: release and closure of the compass by pressing the tongues forming a stop provided laterally on the distal side of the distal panel,
- folded or partially folded position of the compass: locking before closure of the translation of the distal panel through the locking projection of the multifunctional part by obstructing a nipple of said distal panel.
This is why the present application finally relates to a compass comprising two branches and two ends, comprising integrally at one of its ends a multifunctional part installed on the inner side of the compass closure, said part comprising two projections advantageously installed consecutively in the longitudinal direction of the compass, the ends of the compass being arranged to rotate. The ends of the compass are advantageously bored in accordance with the pivot of its two branches.
The length of each leg of the compass can range from 0.7 to 0.1, preferably from 0.5 to 0.15, in particular from 0.4 to 0.15, more particularly from 0.3 to 0.2 meter. .
The compass and the projections must have a resistance adapted to their use. The branches of the compass are advantageously made of steel as the projections.
Its length (dimension transverse to the length of the compass) will advantageously be from 0.5 to 5, preferably from 0.5 to 4, in particular from 1 to 3, particularly from 1.5 to 2.5 cm, and most particularly about 2 cm
The devices object of the present invention have very interesting qualities. They allow in particular to be used for shallow lift bowls. They can only deploy in a semi-vertical position and have an automatic strut lock (compass). They have great resistance to radial force and the struts fold back automatically when folding the set. Deployment can be amortized.
These qualities are illustrated below in the experimental part. They justify the use of hunt feet described above, in the protection of people during malfunctions or repairs of lifts.
This is why the present application finally relates to a method of protection in which a device above is installed under an elevator car.
The devices described above also find their application in so-called "space saving" furniture retractable or collapsible. For example they can be used to deploy and store a projection screen, a telescopic ladder or a retractable staircase.
The preferred conditions of implementation of the methods described above also apply to the other objects of the invention referred to above, in particular to hunt feet of the invention and vice versa.
