Definitions
- the invention relates to a mesh basket according to the preamble of claim 1 and a spacer for use in wire baskets according to the preamble of claim. 5
- the grid baskets have side walls, a bottom and a lid, each formed of a wire mesh.
- the individual wire meshes are connected by closing. This assembly is laborious and time consuming.
- the wire basket has a limited stability.
- the baskets are filled with stones, earth and the like and used for example in landscaping to build with them slopes, walls and the like.
- To stabilize the grid baskets are e.g. Spacers provided between opposite side walls, which are suspended in corresponding grid wires. The spacers prevent the side walls from buckling through the material introduced into the wire basket.
- the spacers have a wire mesh rod, the ends of which are bent hook-shaped to form the Einberichtmaschine.
- the one hanging part can be easily hooked into a horizontal wire mesh one side wall.
- this side wall In order to mount the other suspension part in a horizontal grid wire of the opposite side wall, this side wall has to a considerable extent inwards be pressed so that the corresponding grid wire can get into the hooks. The effort required for this is significant.
- the side panel must be bent inwards to mount the spacer with great force. As a rule, not only a wire basket must be installed at the installation site, but a larger number of wire baskets. Then the assembly of the spacers described has a particularly disadvantageous effect.
- the spacer can only absorb tensile forces and thus can not prevent that, for example, during transport of the unfilled wire basket, the side walls interconnected by the spacer can fold inwards. To prevent this, in addition to the spacers pieces of wood are inserted, which support the side walls against each other inside. This increases the effort when using the wire baskets, especially since the pieces of wood must be removed before filling the wire basket.
- the invention has for its object to form the generic mesh basket and the generic spacer so that a simple and reliable handling when using the wire basket are guaranteed.
- the mesh basket according to the invention can be produced easily.
- the common wire mesh is merely bent, thereby forming the side walls and bottom of the wire basket. They do not have to be connected in a complicated way. Due to the one-piece design also results in a high stability of the mesh basket.
- the spacer according to the invention can be hung with its S-shaped Einberichtteil in a corresponding horizontal and a transverse thereto vertical grid wire.
- the S-shaped design allows mounting of the spacer according to the invention with little effort.
- the distance part on the one hand easy to assemble and on the other hand has a very secure grip on the grid wires.
- the spacer can be easily and inexpensively manufactured from a grid wire. The spacer prevents not only buckling, but also folding the associated by him side walls of the wire basket.
- the in the Fig. 1 and 3 illustrated grid baskets are used for the construction of embankments, walls, walls and the like.
- the grid baskets are filled with stones, for example.
- the mesh basket during filling has sufficient stability and its side walls are not curved outside, between them often a plurality of spaced apart and / or superimposed spacers 1, 1 'are provided, which are mounted in opposite side walls.
- the grid baskets acc. the Fig. 1 and 3 are the same except for the spacers.
- the mesh basket according to Fig. 1 has two side wall grille 2, 3, which are parallel to each other and connected by also mutually parallel front grille 4, 5 with each other are.
- the side wall grilles 2, 3 and the front grilles 4, 5 are fixedly connected to each other at their adjacent edges, preferably welded.
- the side wall grids 2, 3 are advantageously the same.
- the front grille 4, 5 are also advantageously the same.
- the mesh basket is provided with a bottom grid 6, which is formed integrally with the side wall grids 2, 3.
- the mesh basket is also closable with a lid grid (not shown).
- the side wall grids 2, 3 have perpendicular crossing grid wires 8 and 9, which are welded together at their intersection points.
- the grid wires 8, 9 are each at equal intervals from each other.
- the vertical grid wires 8 extend from one side wall grid 2 via the bottom grid 6 to the other side wall grid 3.
- the bottom grid 6 has a rectangular outline in plan view and is formed by perpendicularly crossing grid wires 8, 16, which are welded together at the nodes.
- the side wall grids 2, 3 and the bottom grid 6 are made of a wire mesh 28 (FIG. Fig. 9 ) shaped. It has the grid wires 8, which extend over the length of the wire grid 28. Their ends are fixed to end grid wires 29, 30 which extend horizontally within the grid basket at the upper end of the sidewall grids 2, 3. The end-side grid wires 29, 30 and the additional grid wires 9, 16 extending parallel to them project beyond the end-side grid wires 8 '(FIG. Fig. 9 ). These protruding ends form terminals 31, 32, to which the two front grille 4, 5 are attached.
- the wire grid 28 becomes out of its level position Fig. 9 bent in such a way that it produces the sidewall grids 2, 3 and the bottom grid 6 ( Fig. 10 ).
- the front grille 4, 5 are welded ( FIGS. 11 and 12 ), which consist of perpendicular intersecting grid wires 10, 11.
- the grid wires 10, 11 are formed so that they do not project beyond the respective end-side grid wires.
- the front grids 4, 5 are welded to the protruding terminals 31, 32, wherein the connection between these terminals 31, 32 and the respective front grille 4, 5 takes place in the region of the crossing points of the front grille ( Fig. 1 ).
- the parallel to the bending edge extending grid wires have a greater or lesser distance to the adjacent grid wires than the remaining grid wires ( Fig. 9 ).
- Fig. 9 has the grid wire 16 'of the adjacent grid wires 16 unequal spacing.
- the mesh basket Since the side wall grilles 2, 3 and the grid floor 6 are integrally formed with each other and the front grilles 4, 5 welded to the wire grid 28 via the protruding terminals 31, 32, the mesh basket is given a high stability and strength. In contrast to wire baskets whose walls are formed by individual wire mesh, which must then be joined together by closing, also results in a very simple installation of the mesh basket.
- the spacers 1 have the same design and are provided at their two ends with a respective suspension part 19 and 20, respectively.
- Fig. 2 shows the Ein vonmaschine 19, 20 formed by correspondingly shaped ends of a wire mesh rod 12, which may have round, oval, square, rectangular or similar cross-section.
- the Ein fatigueteil 20 of the spacer 1 V-shaped or hook-shaped in the direction of the other Ein fatigueteil 19 is bent.
- the suspension part 20 has in the region of its suspension opening 21 advantageously the largest clear width, whereby the hanging in a corresponding grid wire is easy.
- the suspension opening 21 can also have the same width.
- the suspension part 20 has the leg 20 ', which lies in a plane with the wire mesh rod 12.
- the other suspension part 19 protrudes in the same direction over the wire mesh bar 12 as the suspension part 20.
- the suspension part 19 is curved approximately S-shaped and twisted so that it protrudes laterally slightly from the common plane of the wire mesh bar 12 and suspension part 20.
- the suspension part 19 is so long that, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the spacer 1, it projects beyond the leg 20 'of the suspension part 20.
- the wire mesh rod 12 merges via a curved transition section 22 into a curved intermediate portion 23 with a large radius of curvature. It protrudes in the direction of the suspension part 20 and forms during assembly of the spacer 1 a ramp for one of the horizontal grid wires 9 when hanging the spacer 1. About the intermediate portion 23 of the grid wire 9 is pressed during assembly of the spacer 1 inwards.
- the transition section 22 delimits with the wire mesh bar 12 a first suspension opening 25 for the grid wire 9, while the intermediate section 23 together with the transition section 22 on the side remote from the hooking part 20 forms a second suspension opening 26 for the adjacent vertical grid wire 8.
- the suspension part 19 encloses with the common plane of the wire mesh rod 12 and hooking parts 20 at an angle of about 10 °. This entangled training of Ein vonvoners 19 ensures that the spacer 1 can be easily and quickly and, above all, hang without much effort and unhook. In addition, it is ensured that the spacer 1 can not be unhooked unintentionally.
- Fig. 5 shows, the Ein vonteil 19, based on the length of the lattice body 12, the length 28, which is many times smaller than the corresponding length of the leg 20 'of the Ein vonmaschines 20. This small length 28 contributes to the simple and requires only a small amount of force mounting at.
- the spacer 1 is hung for attachment to the mesh basket first with its suspension part 20 in the desired horizontally extending grid wire 9 from the inside.
- the other Einberichtteil 19 must be suspended in the corresponding horizontal wire 9 of the opposite side wall grid 3.
- the spacer 1 is slightly rotated about its longitudinal axis so that it rests with the free end 24 of the Ein vonmaschines 19 on the grid wire 9 at an angle.
- the grid wire 9 can elastically easily bend inwards, so that the Ein factioneil 20 can grasp the grid wire 9 from the outside.
- the grid wire 9 is located in the insertion opening 25 under elastic bias on the spacer 1. It is along the grid wire 9 to the intersection point 27 ( Fig. 2 ) postponed.
- the free end 24 is pivoted laterally so that it can be pivoted past the grid wire 8 in the region of the intersection point 27 with elastic deformation of the vertical grid wire 8. He then lies under elastic bias in the insertion opening 26.
- the free end 24 is so long that the grid wire 8 is partially encompassed by the free end 24. Since in the region of the crossing point 27 both grid wires 8, 9 rest under elastic tension on the suspension part 19, a high level of security against unintentional release of the suspension part 19 is given.
- the suspension openings 25, 26 allow a secure connection of the Ein Wegteils 19 with the mesh basket.
- the transition section 22, which limits the suspension opening 25 partially, has a small radius of curvature, whereby a reliable positive connection between the Ein vonteil 19 and extending through the suspension opening 25 horizontal grid wire 9 is achieved.
- the suspension portion 26 partially delimiting intermediate portion 23 has a greater radius of curvature than the transition portion 22. This ensures that the Ein vonteil 19 can be easily attached to the vertical, the suspension opening 26 traversing grating wire 8 in the manner described while unintentional loosening is prevented.
- the free end 24 of the Ein derwes 19 lies within the grid basket and therefore does not bother.
- the S-shaped curvature of the Ein derwes 19 provides additional security against accidental release. If the free end 24 of the Ein derwes 19 are turned back so far that the vertical grid wire 8 is released from the suspension hole 26, the Ein fatigueteil 19 still hangs due to the suspension opening 25 on the horizontal grid wire. 9
- the spacer 1 can be easily assembled and disassembled.
- the free end 24 of the Ein vonmaschines 19 is turned back. Under elastic deformation of the vertical grid wire 8 is released. It is then only necessary to pivot the spacer 1 upwards.
- the horizontal grid wire 9 slides under elastic deformation along the inside of the intermediate section 23 until the suspension part 19 is free. Then the hook-shaped hooking part 20 can be unhooked.
- the mesh basket after the 3 and 4 differs from the grid cage described above only by the other configuration of the spacers 1 '. They are according to the grid basket Fig. 3 provided in the same number and manner as the mesh basket Fig. 1 , Of course, fewer or more spacers may be provided in both embodiments. The arrangement of the spacers 1 and 1 'may vary. It is also possible to form a mesh basket with both types of spacers.
- the spacers 1 ' differ from those after FIGS. 5 and 6 only in that both Ein fatigue tester 19, 19 'same as the closure member 19 according to the FIGS. 5 and 6 are formed.
- the suspension parts 19, 19 'and the wire mesh rod 12 lie in a common plane.
- the suspension parts 19, 19 ' have the transition sections 22, 22', the intermediate sections 23, 23 ', the free ends 24, 24' and the suspension openings 25, 25 'and 26, 26'.
- the attachment of the spacer 1 'on the grid basket by means of the Ein vonmaschine 19, 19' takes place in the same manner as has been described with reference to the Ein vonmaschines 19 of the previous embodiment.
- the walls of the wire basket may, of course, have other design, in deviation from the illustrated embodiment.
- the side wall grilles 2, 3 are not arched outwards during filling, they are connected to one another by the spacers 1.
- the spacers 1 In the embodiment, four spacers are provided. Depending on the size and / or design of the mesh basket, fewer or more than four spacers 1 can also be used.
- the spacers 1, 1 ' are arranged perpendicularly between opposite side wall grids 2, 3. But you can also lie diagonally between the side wall grilles.
- the spacers 1, 1 ' can also be hung in the front grille 4 and the adjacent side wall grille 2, 3.
- the described spacers 1, 1 'can absorb much higher tensile forces than the usual spacers whose ends are bent hook-shaped, since the vertical grid wire prevents bending of the spacer under load.
- the spacers 1, 1 'can accommodate not only tensile forces but also compressive forces, which proves to be particularly advantageous during transport of the not yet filled grid baskets. Due to the described design, the spacers 1, 1 'prevent the sides of the mesh basket connected by them from being moved in the unfilled state in the direction of each other.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mesh basket according to the preamble of
The grid baskets have side walls, a bottom and a lid, each formed of a wire mesh. The individual wire meshes are connected by closing. This assembly is laborious and time consuming. In addition, the wire basket has a limited stability.
The baskets are filled with stones, earth and the like and used for example in landscaping to build with them slopes, walls and the like. To stabilize the grid baskets are e.g. Spacers provided between opposite side walls, which are suspended in corresponding grid wires. The spacers prevent the side walls from buckling through the material introduced into the wire basket.
The spacers have a wire mesh rod, the ends of which are bent hook-shaped to form the Einhängeteile. The one hanging part can be easily hooked into a horizontal wire mesh one side wall. In order to mount the other suspension part in a horizontal grid wire of the opposite side wall, this side wall has to a considerable extent inwards be pressed so that the corresponding grid wire can get into the hooks. The effort required for this is significant. The side panel must be bent inwards to mount the spacer with great force. As a rule, not only a wire basket must be installed at the installation site, but a larger number of wire baskets. Then the assembly of the spacers described has a particularly disadvantageous effect. The spacer can only absorb tensile forces and thus can not prevent that, for example, during transport of the unfilled wire basket, the side walls interconnected by the spacer can fold inwards. To prevent this, in addition to the spacers pieces of wood are inserted, which support the side walls against each other inside. This increases the effort when using the wire baskets, especially since the pieces of wood must be removed before filling the wire basket.
The invention has for its object to form the generic mesh basket and the generic spacer so that a simple and reliable handling when using the wire basket are guaranteed.
This object is achieved in the generic mesh basket and the generic spacer according to the invention with the characterizing features of
The mesh basket according to the invention can be produced easily. The common wire mesh is merely bent, thereby forming the side walls and bottom of the wire basket. They do not have to be connected in a complicated way. Due to the one-piece design also results in a high stability of the mesh basket.
The spacer according to the invention can be hung with its S-shaped Einhängeteil in a corresponding horizontal and a transverse thereto vertical grid wire. The S-shaped design allows mounting of the spacer according to the invention with little effort. As a result, the distance part on the one hand easy to assemble and on the other hand has a very secure grip on the grid wires. The spacer can be easily and inexpensively manufactured from a grid wire. The spacer prevents not only buckling, but also folding the associated by him side walls of the wire basket.

Since the
The

The
The
Since the

The walls of the wire basket may, of course, have other design, in deviation from the illustrated embodiment.
So that the
The
The described
