Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a rope loop box with cable loop, consisting of an elongated, tubular housing, which defines a corresponding elongated cavity with an opening for passing the cable loop, which extends after their inclusion in the cavity with a cable eye in the longitudinal direction of the cavity, while the free ends of the cable loop extending out of an opening of the housing and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cavity, wherein at least one of the front sides of the housing is open, in which open end held by a separate housing from the angle bracket in the substantially 90 ° angled position Cable eye is inserted, wherein the open end of the cable eye or the angled ends of the cable loop from the open end or an adjacent to the front side opening of an underside of the housing protrude and wherein the remaining free cross section of the open End face and optionally the adjacent opening can be closed by a frontal plug.
  • Such rope loop boxes have long been known, such. B. from the DE 102 28 082 A1 as well as the DE 102 28 083 A1 ,
  • Such cable loop boxes are typically cuboid (or trapezoidal) with three different sides, namely a length L, a width B and a height H, wherein the length L is significantly greater than the width B, and the width B in turn significantly greater than the height H is.
  • the length L is at least twice the width B and the width B is typically at least twice the height H, although in particular the height H can be varied as needed and could well be of the order of the width B or above.
  • the surfaces of the cuboid (or the analogous surfaces of a tubular body with a trapezoidal or other cross section), which are spanned by the length L and the width B, are used as upper side or lower side (alternatively also as cover or cover) Bottom), the surfaces of the cuboid, which are defined by the length L and the height H, are referred to as side surfaces, and the remaining cuboid surfaces, which are defined by the width B and the height H, are referred to as end surfaces.
  • the underside of such a cable loop box has an opening through which the free ends of the cable loop are guided to the outside and extend perpendicular to the bottom and thus perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L of the cuboid.
  • the front and side surfaces of the cuboid are closed in the known cable loop boxes and form together with the bottom of a closed box on five sides, except for the opening in the bottom or the bottom.
  • the top is then usually formed by a connectable with the side and end faces lid that closes the open-top box.
  • the rope loop which is formed from a piece of rope whose ends are collapsed in parallel and thus consists of a cable eye and the two cable ends, which are additionally angled perpendicular to the cable eye, is generally characterized by a separate component, which in the context of This description is referred to as "angle holder" held in the angled position by 90 °.
  • angle holder is typically used in a recess or opening of the bottom side and serves as a guide for the led out of the cable loop box, free ends of the cable loop.
  • the angle bracket is first mounted on the cable loop, so that the cable eye is held in the angled position about 90 ° to the cable ends, and the combination of angle bracket and angled cable loop is then inserted into the cable loop box, said in general, the angle holder is accommodated in an opening in the bottom of the cable loop box, in such a way that the cable eye extends in the interior of the box and with its greatest extent substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction L of the cuboid cable loop box.
  • a bottom opening insert forming part of the angle holder cooperates with the rope loop box, ie, the insert forms only one guide with a one-sided bend stop, the cable loop after insertion into the rope loop box engaging against a counter stop inside the rope loop box Rope loop box is supported, and then the insert, by which the free ends of the cable loop are guided on the underside of the housing to the outside, is locked to the housing, that thereby adjusts the desired bending between the cable eye and the free ends of the cable loop.
  • the rope loop ends are thus firmly anchored in the cast concrete part, while the rope loop box is flush with a boundary surface of the precast concrete part, which is formed by the formwork, which in turn is flush with the open or closed by a lid top of the rope loop box.
  • the cable eye is taken protected in the rope loop box in front of the concrete and can be pulled out of the box after opening the lid.
  • the open or closed by a lid top of the rope loop box is in a plane with a surface of the cast concrete part and the lid can then be removed or partially torn to then for the installation of precast concrete and the connection with a similar precast concrete part, on which also rope loop boxes are provided, are folded out of the cable loop box, so that the cable eye extends substantially perpendicular to the respective boundary wall and approximately in a straight extension to the concreted free ends of the cable loop, with corresponding cable eyelets precast parts to be joined together overlap each other, so that a rebar can be passed through the overlapping eyelets and then the joint between these two concrete parts, which by the overlapping cable eyes is shed, is shed.
  • the present invention seeks to provide a cable loop box and the associated elements for holding an angled cable loop, in which the manufacturing cost of the items is reduced and thus cost-effectively to produce and yet very easy to install.
  • angle holder is a separately inserted from the stopper into the housing separate part, wherein either the cable eye itself or the angle bracket after insertion of the cable eye and the placement of the plug with the edge of the opening and the plug tightly, and within the housing remains limited movable.
  • the object underlying the invention is achieved in that the angle bracket is accommodated with movement play in the housing and the not claimed by the cable loop and the angle bracket free cross-section of the front side and optionally an adjacent lateral housing opening is closed by a plug separate from the angle holder.
  • an angled cable loop according to the present invention is considerably simplified without the need for a relatively complex and at the same time designed as an angle stopper plug must be used.
  • the open end face of the housing is exactly perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the eyelet, so that the eyelet can be inserted in a straight line through the end face and does not have to be pivoted when introduced into the housing yet. This process is much easier to automate than in the prior art and also simplifies and speeds up assembly by hand.
  • the angle holder must not necessarily close the corresponding opening, but the remaining after the insertion of cable eye and angle holder free cross-section of the opening is simply closed by a separate, matching plug, which is in principle independent of the angle bracket.
  • the aperture opening for receiving the angle holder can be significantly smaller than in the known cable loop boxes.
  • the plug can be relatively easily configured and adapted in accordance with a simple manner to rope loop boxes of different cross-sections.
  • the angled cable loop is independent of the plug, so that one and the same type of cable loop can be used with different box cross sections.
  • angle holder and cable loop remain limited movable in the housing, which makes it possible to make corrections to the alignment of the cable ends after installation of the cable loop boxes in the formwork.
  • the angle holder can be designed very simple, since it is no longer a rigidly connected to the plug and / or the housing part.
  • the angle holder is a separate part of the plug, but is connectable to the plug.
  • the angle bracket is loosely received in the housing and its mobility is limited only by the fact that the cable eye or even parts of the angle bracket abut anywhere on the inner surface of the housing or on the closed plug on the front side.
  • the angle holder can also be pivoted, d. H. be movably fixed about an axis on or in the housing or on the plug.
  • the inner sides of the side walls of the housing recesses and / or projections may have, which engage with corresponding parts of an angle bracket when the cable eye is inserted together with the angle bracket in the housing.
  • Angle holder and cable loop are then about an axis which extends through the two latching points vertically in the side surfaces limited pivotally, wherein the pivot angle is essentially limited by the fact that the inner end of the cable eye abuts the top or the bottom of the housing.
  • the plug of the housing according to the invention is substantially smaller than the lid for the top of such a housing according to the prior art, since the dimensions of the plug are defined by the two shortest sides of the cuboid housing.
  • the housing does not necessarily have to be exactly cuboid, but that the sides and / or edges of such a housing may also be rounded, in particular, the cable loop box according to the invention may also have an approximately U-shaped curved cross-section, in which only the upper side defines a substantially flat surface so that this upper side can be flush with a boundary surface of the precast concrete element during and after the casting of a corresponding precast concrete part.
  • the two side surfaces and the bottom surface may be rounded in a continuous arc, or the corners and edges between side surfaces and bottom surface may be strongly rounded.
  • the cross section of the housing could for example also be trapezoidal.
  • the cable loop box according to the invention requires only a single opening, namely on the front side, where appropriate, the bottom side may have an opening, but the open end adjacent and together with the open front side forms a single, cohesive opening.
  • the plug could be designed so that a part of the plug after closing the frontal opening of the cable loop box protrudes from this opening and forms the implementation for the angled cable ends or includes. In this case, the bottom of the rope loop box would no longer have any recess or opening.
  • the box is produced in the form of an endless tube, which is cut to the length of a rope loop box, whereby of course two open end faces are formed, each must be closed by a stopper.
  • a plug is relatively small and can penetrate a little way into the frontal opening and thereby securely close the frontal opening and form a secure connection with the rope loop box, for example, lock with the housing.
  • the top of the rope loop box should otherwise be designed so that it can be easily opened after pouring the rope loop box and the rope loop in the precast concrete part and after curing of the concrete.
  • the top may have a frangible line or be made entirely of a relatively easy-to-destroy, thin-walled material, so that this top can be opened by a slight hammer blow or push to fold out the cable loop for connection to a corresponding precast concrete part.
  • FIG. 1 One recognizes in FIG. 1 a cuboid housing 10 having a length L, a width B and a height H, wherein the length L is more than twice the width B and the width B is more than twice the height H, without the invention being limited to these Dimensions should be limited.
  • an angled cable loop 20 which consists of free cable loop ends 22 and the already largely housed in the housing 10 cable eye 21, which was inserted into an end opening 12 of the housing 10, wherein the cable ends 22 substantially perpendicular to the through the cable eye defined level.
  • the housing 10 has substantially the shape of a rectangular tube with a cross section of width B and height H. The open end faces 12 of this rectangular tube can be closed by cover or plug 15 or 15 '.
  • the in FIG. 1 upper side 14 of the housing 10 is still a to the frontal opening 12 immediately adjacent recess 12a, whose contour is adapted on one side to the cross section of the parallel cable ends 22.
  • the angle holder can be seen better in FIG.
  • the angle holder 30 consists of a substantially E- or S-shaped bracket, wherein the shape of the "E” or "S” is composed of substantially rectilinear sections which are interconnected at right angles via small radii of curvature.
  • the contour of the recess 12a in addition to an adaptation to the cross-sectional shape of the two parallel cables also has a matching recess for receiving a leg of the angle holder 30.
  • the plug 15 consists essentially of a plate and two lateral cheeks 16 which extend perpendicular to the stopper plate and which have two locking cams 17 on both sides, which engage with corresponding locking recesses 27 in the side walls 18 of the housing 10 when these cheeks 16 be inserted into the frontal opening 12 of the housing 10.
  • the plug 15 has on its inner side further projections and contours, which are adapted to the cross section of the two exiting from the housing 10 cable ends, also from the plug side a substantially tight seal between the emerging from the housing cable ends and the plug to accomplish. Also for the emerging in this area legs of the angle holder in turn a matching recess or cross-sectional contour is provided.
  • the housing also has mounting holes 19 through which, for example, nails can be driven through to firmly connect the housing to the inner surface of a formwork board.
  • the upper side 13 of the housing 10 faces the formwork, and the underside 14, from which the free cable loop ends 22 project vertically, faces away from the formwork.
  • the rope ends therefore extend into the interior of the formwork into the area, which is later filled with concrete.
  • the outermost ends of the cable ends 22 are held together by a clamping sleeve 23.
  • the stopper or lid 15 'opposite the stopper 15 may be a simple plate, in particular if the housing is manufactured as a box by injection molding with only one open end, in which case no second stopper 15' would be required, but for example a corresponding one Nameplate can be provided, which can be applied to the front side facing the open end side and the label reproduces, for example, the length of the eye and / or the cross section of the ropes.
  • FIG. 1a shows a section through the rope loop box FIG. 1 with a sectional plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L and in an area where the cable eye 21 has its greatest width or its largest diameter in the width direction B.
  • the cable eye 21 is in this area on the inside of the side walls 18 and is fixed by a guide rail 45 and the (shown below) top 13 in the vertical direction.
  • Weakening lines 24 serve to rupture after curing of the concrete and after removing the formwork, the upper side 13 to at least partially solve the cable eye 21 of the angle holder so that it is no longer held by the latter in the angled position, and then from the open topped housing 10, the outer T-profile rails 46 may be used to secure the housing 10 to a formwork.
  • FIG. 3 In the side view of FIG. 3 can be seen again all the elements, namely the housing 10 with its side surfaces 18, the plug 15 and the plug or cover 15 ', the cable loop 20 with the cable eye 21 and the cable ends 22 and the angle holder 30.
  • the top 13 and the bottom 14th here are only recognizable as parallel lines.
  • FIG. 4 shows an end view of the side of the lid 15 'forth.
  • FIG. 5 is a view perpendicular to the bottom 14, looking at the cross section of the free cable ends 22 and the corresponding clamping sleeve 23.
  • the cable eye 21 is already largely inserted into the housing, the S-shaped bracket holds the cable eye 21 in the cable end 22 approximately 90 ° angled position and the inside of the plug as well as the adjacent to the end 12 recess 12a are in their contours the cross-section of two parallel cables and the angle holding this angled holding angle bracket in the area in which both pierce the plane of the bottom 14 adapted.
  • FIG. 6 shows alone the rope loop box without rope loop, angle holder and plug.
  • the rope loop box accordingly consists of a closed on five sides, cuboidal housing 10, one end face 12 is open, wherein the end face defining edge of the bottom 14 has a recess 12a for receiving a portion of an angle bracket.
  • the recess 12 a in the bottom 14 of the housing, which adjoins the frontal opening 12, is adapted in its cross section to the protruding from the housing 10 portion of the angle holder 30 and the plug 15.
  • Inside the housing 10 can still recognize guide rails 45 on the side walls 18, which should facilitate the insertion of an angle bracket, as he FIGS. 7 to 9 are shown.
  • the guide rails 45 take on insertion an angle holder 30 'according to FIG. 7 the ends of two pivot pins 41 until they engage in pin receptacles 42.
  • Another function of the guide rails 45 may be that they also lead the cable eye 21, which rests with their most laterally projecting portions on the inner sides of the side walls 18 in the longitudinal direction of the cable box and z. B. between the top 13 and a guide rail 45 largely fixed, as in the section of FIG. 1a best seen.
  • FIGS. 7 to 9 show a further embodiment in which the angle holder 30 'is formed as an injection molded part and two lateral pin projections 41 which are receivable in corresponding pin receivers 42 on the inside of the side walls of the housing and define a pivot axis about which the angle bracket 30' is pivotally in principle
  • the angle bracket cable eye 21 which is housed inside the housing, any pivoting movements of the angle holder 30 'by abutting the top 13 or bottom 14 of the housing limited.
  • This embodiment has the advantage that a portion 31 of the angle holder, through which the free ends 22 of the cable loop are passed out of the housing and through the bottom 14, has a simple rectangular outer cross section, so that the recess 12 a in the bottom, which adjoins the recess 12 of the end face, can assume a simple rectangular shape and in this way is easily closed.
  • the plug 15 in turn closes the open end side 12.
  • FIGS. 8 and 9 again show different views of the same embodiment as in FIG. 7 .
  • FIGS. 10 to 12 show a further embodiment, wherein FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the cable loop box with an angle bracket 30 ", which can be inserted separately from a plug 15 in the open end of a housing and additionally has two lateral wings 43 with nail holes 44, preferably with corresponding nail holes 19 in the top 13th and the underside 14 of the housing are aligned so as to secure the angle bracket 30 "to any displacements in the housing 10.
