Claims (10)
- Tête de galetage (1) d'un appareil de galetage pour lisser et compacter des rayons ou des collets (4) sur les tourillons (5) de vilebrequins à l'aide de rouleaux de galetage (3) qui, eux, sont montés sur la tête de galetage (1) en sens circonférentiel (6) et fixés, avec le tourillon (5) et au niveau des deux côtés du point de contact, au moyen de cages à galets (7) qui, elles, abritent des rouleaux de galetage (3) librement orientables, le fixage des cages à galets (7) à la tête de galetage (1) étant assuré par des supports rouleaux (10), caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une cage à galets (7) de la tête de galetage (1) est conçue en tant que rouleau cage (9), et que le rouleau de galetage (3) est menu d'un support-galets (14).
- Tête de galetage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau cage (9) consiste en un palier à roulement ou un galet-support qui est monté sur palier à roulement.
- Tête de galetage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau cage (9) est un galet-support qui est monté sur un palier lisse.
- Tête de galetage suivant une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la zone de contact (26) entre le rouleau cage (9) et le rouleau de galetage (3) se présente sous forme cylindrique.
- Tête de galetage suivant une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la zone de contact (26) entre le rouleau cage (9) et le rouleau de galetage (3) se présente sous forme concave.
- Tête de galetage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le palier du rouleau cage (9) situé dans la tête de galetage (1) est à jeu axial.
- Tête de galetage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les inclinaisons des axes de rotation (11, 12) du rouleau cage (9) et du rouleau de galetage (3) sont approximativement les mêmes.
- Tête de galetage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de rotation (12) du rouleau cage (9) est disposé en sens horizontal.
- Tête de galetage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il y est prévu un support-galets (10) avec deux rouleaux cages (9).
- Tête de galetage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque rouleau cage (9) est menu d'un propre support-galets (10).
