Claims (26)

  1. Dispositif de serrage (1) pour la fixation d'une moustiquaire (30) sur le châssis dormant (2) d'une porte, présentant :
    un premier élément de fixation (8) et un deuxième élément de fixation (9) qui peuvent être ou qui sont connectés l'un à l'autre, et qui peuvent venir en prise ensemble sur trois côtés autour du châssis dormant (2) d'une porte, un élément de connexion (13, 14) pour la connexion des deux éléments de fixation (8, 9), qui constitue en même temps un élément d'actionnement (13, 14) pour produire une force de serrage (K),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de serrage (1) présente en outre un élément de changement de direction (23) qui est accouplé ou peut être accouplé à l'un des deux éléments de fixation (8, 9), en particulier en conservant son orientation, et qui est en outre accouplé à l'élément d'actionnement (13, 14), de telle sorte que lors d'un actionnement de l'élément d'actionnement (13, 14) par le biais de l'élément de changement de direction (23), un changement d'orientation du premier et du deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9) l'un par rapport à l'autre soit provoqué ou puisse être provoqué de telle sorte qu'une force de serrage suffisamment grande (K) entre le premier et le deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9) pour la fixation d'une moustiquaire (30) sur le châssis dormant (2) d'une porte puisse être produite ou soit produite, l'élément d'actionnement (13, 14) et l'élément de connexion (13, 14) comprenant un système constitué d'une vis (13) et d'un écrou (14).

  5. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le changement d'orientation du premier et du deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9) l'un par rapport à l'autre comprend un basculement des éléments de fixation (8, 9) l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de changement de direction (23) présente un palier rotatif.
  7. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le palier rotatif a une forme arrondie et présente une section transversale ronde.
  8. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier et/ou le deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9) sont réalisés sous forme d'éléments de fixation de forme coudée (10, 11), en particulier sous forme d'éléments de fixation (10, 11) coudés en forme de L.
  9. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier et le deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9), dans l'état monté, présentent une zone de chevauchement (11) l'un avec l'autre, et dans lequel à l'intérieur de cette zone de chevauchement (11), une ouverture (12) est à chaque fois prévue dans les éléments de fixation (8, 9) pour recevoir l'élément de connexion et/ou d'actionnement (13, 14).
  10. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un mécanisme d'ajustement grossier de distance qui permet d'ajuster la distance entre le premier et le deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9) à la largeur (c) du châssis dormant d'une porte.
  11. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon les revendications 9 et 10, dans lequel au moins l'une des ouvertures (12) est réalisée sous la forme d'une d'un bac de guidage (12) avec plusieurs positions d'encliquetage (21), ce qui permet un ajustement grossier de la distance entre le premier et le deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9).
  12. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le système constitué de la vis (13) et de l'écrou (14) est réalisé de telle sorte que l'actionnement et/ou la connexion puissent être effectués par vissage de la vis (13).
  13. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 12, dans lequel une fixation contre la rotation est prévue, laquelle empêche on peut empêcher une rotation conjointe de l'autre constituant respectif du système constitué de l'écrou (14) ou de la vis (13) lors de l'actionnement et/ou de la connexion.
  14. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 12 ou 13, dans lequel il est prévu une fixation imperdable qui empêche ou peut empêcher une séparation complète de la vis (13) et de l'écrou (14) l'un de l'autre.
  15. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une surface intérieure (10) du premier et/ou du deuxième élément de fixation (8, 9) est pourvue au moins en partie d'un appui (15) antidérapant, en particulier d'un support en caoutchouc mousse.
  16. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel l'appui (15) antidérapant présente du TPE, de l'EPDM ou du caoutchouc dur.
  17. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'appui (15) antidérapant est collé à l'élément de fixation (8, 9) et dans lequel l'adhésif présente du cyanoacrylate ou de la colle époxy.
  18. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un élément de réception (17) pour recevoir une moustiquaire (30) .
  19. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel l'élément de réception (17) comprend un logement de charnière (18).
  20. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 19, dans lequel l'élément de réception (17) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec l'un des deux éléments de fixation (8, 9).
  21. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel l'élément de réception (17) présente des plastiques et dans lequel l'un des deux éléments de fixation (8) est au moins en partie surmoulé avec le plastique.
  22. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 21, dans lequel l'élément de réception (17) est réalisé sous forme coudée, en particulier sous forme coudée en forme de L, et/ou sous forme coudée en forme de Z, et, dans une surface (17c) qui est orientée parallèlement à une surface frontale (11a) de l'un des éléments de fixation (8), présente une ouverture (19) pour recevoir l'élément de connexion et/ou d'actionnement (13, 14).
  23. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication précédente, comprenant un élément de réception coudé en forme de Z (17) avec trois régions (17a, b, c), la première région (17c) de l'élément de réception coudé en forme de Z (17), dans l'état monté, étant orientée essentiellement parallèlement à une surface frontale (11a) de l'un des éléments de fixation (8) et la deuxième région (17b) étant orientée essentiellement parallèlement à une face latérale (10a) du même élément de fixation (8), et la troisième région présentant une région de réception, en particulier un logement de charnière (18) .
  24. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 23, dans lequel les dimensions de l'élément de réception (17) et des deux éléments de fixation (8, 9) sont sélectionnées de telle sorte que pour assurer la protection contre les insectes, une distance (a) soit respectée entre une zone d'ouverture extérieure de la moustiquaire et le bord intérieur (7) du châssis dormant (2) de 15 mm à 25 mm, en particulier d'environ 20 mm.
  25. Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui présente dans la région d'appui vers un bord intérieur du châssis dormant (5), seulement une épaisseur totale (D) de 10 mm maximum.
  26. Système présentant :
    un dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ; et une moustiquaire (30), en particulier une moustiquaire avec un cadre en aluminium.
