Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Sitzmöbel mit einer Sitztiefenverstellung, bei der der Sitz relativ zu einem Lehnenrahmen verschiebbar gelagert ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, am Lehnenrahmen (7) einen schwenkbaren Lehnenunterrahmen (17) anzubringen, der mit dem hinteren Teil des Sitzes (1) verbunden ist. Auf diese Weise bleibt der verschiebbare Sitz mit der Lehne verbunden, und es entsteht kein Horizontalspalt zwischen Lehne und Sitz, der den Sitzkomfort beeinträchtigen könnte und das Gesamtbild des Sitzmöbels stört; die erfindungsgemäße Sitztiefenverstellung ist insbesondere auch für den Einsatz mit Synchronmechaniken geeignet.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel, insbesondere Stuhl, mit Sitztiefenverstellung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Derartige Sitzmöbel, bei denen der Sitz zur Anpassung an die Beinlänge der sitzenden Person verschiebbar gelagert ist, sind allgemein bekannt. Dabei ergibt sich jedoch das Problem, dass in wenigstens einer Extremalposition des Sitzes ein Horizontalspalt zu Rahmenteilen des Sitzmöbels entsteht, der den Sitzkomfort beeinträchtigen kann oder in dem sich Gegenstände verklemmen können.
  • Zwar könnte man daran denken, den Sitz selbst zweiteilig und in sich verschiebbar auszugestalten, dies stört jedoch das Gesamtbild und beeinträchtigt ebenfalls den Sitzkomfort.
  • Aus der DE 201 08 172 U1 ist ein Stuhl mit verstellbarer Rückenlehne zur Einstellung der Sitztiefe bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Stuhl ist die Rückenlehne auf einen schwenkbaren Träger gelagert. Diese Lösung ist jedoch relativ aufwendig und kaum mit sogenannten Synchronmechaniken verwendbar.
  • Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Sitzmöbel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem der Sitzkomfort nicht beeinträchtigt ist, das sich durch einen einfachen Aufbau auszeichnet und auch für den Einsatz mit Synchronmechaniken geeignet ist.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt durch ein Sitzmöbel mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1; die abhängigen Patentansprüche beziehen sich auf vorteilhafte Weiterentwicklungen der Erfindung.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, am Lehnenrahmen einen schwenkbaren Lehnenunterrahmen anzubringen, der mit dem hinteren Teil des Sitzes verbunden ist. Auf diese Weise bleibt der verschiebbare Sitz mit der Lehne verbunden, und es entsteht kein Horizontalspalt zwischen Lehne und Sitz, der den Sitzkomfort beeinträchtigen könnte und das Gesamtbild des Sitzmöbels stört.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Sitzmöbel mit einer Lordosestütze versehen, wobei die Lordosestütze auf einem Lordosestützenträger befestigt ist, der einerseits am Lehnenrahmen, andererseits am Lehnenunterrahmen angebracht ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Lordosestütze einer Verschwenkung des Lehnenunterrahmens folgen und so auch bei einer Verstellung der Sitztiefe in einer optimalen Position in Beziehung auf den Sitz gehalten werden.
  • Um eine einfache Verstellung der Lordosestütze zu ermöglichen, ist der Lordosestützträger mit einem Querträger und einem Längsträger versehen, der mit dem Querträger und dem Lehnenunterrahmen verbunden ist, wobei der Längsträger vorzugsweise eine Teleskopstruktur aufweist und die Lordosestütze auf dem Längsträger verschiebbar gelagert ist.
  • Zur optimalen Anpassung an den Körperbau der sitzenden Person ist die Lordosestütze vorzugsweise mit Einstellmitteln zum Einstellen der Stütztiefe versehen.
  • Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigen:

    einen Mittelschnitt eines Bürodrehstuhls,

    eine Seitendarstellung des Bürodrehstuhls ohne Sitzpolster,
    Figur 3
    eine Perspektivdarstellung des Rahmenaufbaus des Bürodrehstuhls und
    Figur 4
    eine Draufsicht auf die Rahmenkonstruktion.
  • Dazu soll angemerkt werden, dass im vorstehenden Text sowie im folgenden Text sich die Definitionen von "vorn", "hinten", "oben" etc. aus der Normalposition eines Stuhles ergeben.
  • Gemäß Figur 1 umfasst ein Bürostuhl einen Sitz mit einem Sitzpolsterträger 5 und einem Sitzpolster 3 und einen Lehnenrahmen 7. Der Sitz 1 ist auf einem Sitzträger 9 nach vorn bzw. hinten verschiebbar gelagert, wobei der Sitzträger 9 und der Lehnenrahmen 7 mit einem Hauptträger 11 verbunden sind, der an einer Stuhlsäule 13 befestigt ist. Des Weiteren zeigt Figur 1 eine Sitzmechanik 19, die eine koordinierte Verstellung von Lehnenrahmen 7 und Sitz ermöglicht, jedoch nicht die Einstellung der Sitztiefe betrifft und deshalb nicht weiter erläutert wird.
  • Am Lehnenrahmen 7 ist schwenkbar ein Lehnenunterrahmen 17 angebracht, der an seinem unteren Ende mit der Hinterkante des Sitzes 1 verbunden ist. Ferner ist eine Lordosestütze 15 vorgesehen, die an einem Lordosestützenträger aus einem Querträger 21 und einem Längsträger 23 angebracht ist.
  • Die Anordnung der letztgenannten Elemente ist insbesondere aus der perspektivischen Darstellung der Figur 3 ersichtlich, die die Rahmenkonstruktion des Stuhls ohne Sitzpolster zeigt. Aus dieser Darstellung ist ersichtlich, dass sich der Querträger 21 zwischen zwei Holmen des Lehnenrahmens 7 erstreckt. In der Mitte des Querträgers 21 ist der Längsträger 23 befestigt, der sich zu einem quer verlaufenden Holm des Lehnenunterrahmens 17 erstreckt. Des Weiteren weist der Längsträger 23 eine Teleskopverbindung 25 auf.
  • Der Lehnenrahmen 17 ist seinerseits über eine Gelenkverbindung 29 aus Lamellen mit dem Lehnenrahmen 7 verbunden.
  • Figur 3 zeigt ferner, dass der Sitzpolsterträger 5 als eine Platte ausgebildet ist, die aus flexiblem Material gefertigt ist und in der Mitte einen von vorn nach hinten sich erstreckenden Steg 31 aufweist. Der Steg 31 liegt auf dem Sitzträger 9 auf (Figur 1) und kann mit der Sitzmechanik 19 verbunden sein. Durch das Aufliegen und die Flexibilität ist bei wechselnder Rechts/Links-Belastung ein dynamisches Sitzen ermöglicht.
  • Im Bereich der Sitzbeinhöcker ist der Sitzpolsterträger mit Schlitzen 35 versehen, die sich parallel zu den Seitenkanten des Sitzpolsterträgers erstrecken, sowie mit Schlitzen 37, die sich parallel zu dessen Hinterkante erstrecken, um die Flexibilität weiter zu erhöhen.
  • Im Bereich der Seitenkanten ist der Sitzpolsterträger 5 mit Schlitzen 39 versehen, die sich von der Seitenkante in Richtung auf den Steg 31 erstrecken. Die Länge dieser Schlitze 39 nimmt zu, je näher sie an die Hinterkante des Sitzpolsterträgers 5 angeordnet sind.
  • Die genaue Anordnung der Schlitze ist insbesondere aus der Draufsicht der Figur 4 ersichtlich. Diese Figur zeigt ferner Einstellmittel 41 zur Einstellung der Stütztiefe der Lordosestütze 15, das heißt zur Einstellung in einer Richtung der Sitztiefe. Diese Einstellmittel 41 sind so gestaltet, dass sie eine Tiefeneinstellung der Lordosestütze 15 getrennt, rechts und links, ermöglichen, wie beispielsweise über Exzenter.
  • Wie durch den Doppelpfeil in Figur 2 dargestellt ist, die den Stuhl ohne Sitzpolster zeigt, ist der Sitzpolsterträger 5 in Tiefenrichtung in Führungen des Stuhls verschiebbar gelagert. Dabei folgt der Lehnenunterrahmen 17 einer Bewegung des Sitzpolsterträgers 5, so dass kein horizontaler Spalt entstehen kann. Figur 2 zeigt den Sitzpolsterträger 5 in einer mittleren Position.
  • Hierzu sei noch angemerkt, dass im Gebrauchszustand des Stuhls der Lehnenträger mit einer Bespannung, Polsterung oder dergleichen versehen ist.
  • Der Sitz 1 kann in jeder seiner Zwischenpositionen zwischen der am weitesten nach hinten liegenden Position und der am weitesten nach vorn liegenden Position festgelegt werden. Dazu ist vorzugsweise am Sitzpolsterträger 5 eine Zahnstange (nicht dargestellt) vorgesehen, die mit geeigneten Zahnelementen in Eingriff bringbar sind und die über eine Taste 43 betätigbar sind.
  • Die Erfindung wurde anhand eines Bürodrehstuhls erläutert, die erfindungsgemäße Sitztiefenverstellung kann jedoch auch bei anderen Sitzmöbeln wie Vierbeinstühlen, Sesseln, Sofas etc. eingesetzt werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Sitzmöbel, insbesondere Stuhl, mit einem Sitz (1) und einem Lehnenrahmen (7), wobei der Sitz (1) zur Veränderung der Sitztiefe relativ zu dem Lehnenrahmen (7) verschiebbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen Lehnenunterrahmen (17), der mit dem hinteren Teil des Sitzes (1) verbunden ist und schwenkbar am Lehnenrahmen (7) angebracht ist.
  2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Lordosestützenträger (21, 23), der einerseits am Lehnenrahmen (7), andererseits am Lehnenunterrahmen (17) befestigt ist und eine Lordosestütze trägt.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Lordosestützträger einen Querträger (21) und einen Längsträger (23) aufweist, der mit dem Querträger (21) und dem Lehnenunterrahmen (17) verbunden ist, wobei die Lordosestütze am Längsträger verschiebbar gelagert ist.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Längsträger (23) eine Teleskopstruktur aufweist.
  5. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Lordosestütze (15) mit Einstellmitteln (41) zum Einstellen der Stütztiefe versehen ist.
