Claims (6)

  1. Utilisation d'un papier d'impression imprimé avec une décoration, imprimé au moyen d'un procédé d'impression numérique via un dispositif d'impression numérique (1), chauffé avant, pendant et/ou après l'impression pour le chauffage de l'encre d'impression sur le papier d'impression, exempt de résine et exempt d'une couche de réception d'encre, à titre de papier de décoration pour des éléments de construction plats, en particulier pour des utilisations concernant des sols, des murs, des plafonds ou des meubles, dans laquelle le papier d'impression (4), avant l'impression, est acheminé sous la forme d'un rouleau à une alimentation de papier (8) ; dans laquelle l'alimentation de papier (8) est montée en amont du dispositif d'impression numérique (1), tandis qu'une sortie du papier (9) est montée en aval du dispositif d'impression numérique (8) ; dans laquelle, après l'impression, à la sortie du papier (9), le papier d'impression (4) est réenroulé sous la forme d'un papier de décoration ; dans laquelle le papier de décoration imprimé enroulé est récupéré et est muni d'une résine après la fin de l'impression à la sortie (9) du papier, est découpé pour obtenir des longueurs désirées et est comprimé avec des plaques contre les éléments de construction plats.
  2. Procédé pour la fabrication d'éléments de construction plats, en particulier pour des utilisations concernant des sols, des murs, des plafonds ou des meubles, en utilisant un papier de décoration ; dans lequel, pour sa fabrication, on imprime un papier d'impression (4) avec une décoration au moyen d'un procédé d'impression numérique via un dispositif d'impression numérique (1) en utilisant de l'encre d'impression; et dans lequel on chauffe le papier d'impression (4) avant, pendant et/ou après l'impression et/ou on chauffe l'encre d'impression directement après l'application sur le papier d'impression (4), à des fins de séchage de l'encre d'impression sur le papier d'impression
    caractérisé
    en ce que, pour l'impression, on utilise un papier d'impression (4) exempt de résine et exempt d'une couche de réception d'encre du côté de l'impression ; en ce qu'une alimentation de papier (8) est montée en amont du dispositif d'impression numérique (1), tandis qu'une sortie du papier (9) est montée en aval du dispositif d'impression numérique (8) ; en ce que le papier d'impression (4) est acheminé à l'alimentation de papier (8) sous la forme d'un rouleau ; en ce que l'on récupère le papier de décoration imprimé enroulé après la fin de l'impression à la sortie (9) du papier et on le munit d'une résine, on le découpe pour obtenir des longueurs désirées et on le comprime avec des plaques contre les éléments de construction plats.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le chauffage du papier d'impression (4) a lieu à partir du côté supérieur et/ou du côté inférieur du papier d'impression (4) et/ou en ce que, au moyen du chauffage, on met en oeuvre un séchage à une température supérieure à 35 °C, en particulier entre 40 °C et 60 °C.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poids des gouttes de l'encre d'impression lors de l'impression se situe entre 4,0 ng et 50,0 ng et en ce que la vitesse d'impression est supérieure à 3 m2/heure, de préférence se situe entre 4 m2/heure et 50 m2/heure et se situe en particulier entre 6 m2/heure et 30 m2/heure.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, à titre d'encre d'impression, des encres contenant un solvant et/ou contenant de l'eau.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le chauffage du papier d'impression (4) a lieu dans un espace de séchage (16) formé par un boîtier (15) qui entoure le dispositif d'impression numérique (1) et en ce que, de préférence, l'air à l'intérieur de l'espace de séchage (16) circule en permanence au cours du chauffage.
