Claims (13)
- Machine-outil, notamment machine-outil portative, comme par exemple une meuleuse d'angle, comprenant un capot de protection (1) qui doit être fixé sur un collier de serrage (2) de la machine-outil par le biais d'une bande de serrage (6) devant être placée autour du collier de serrage (2) et devant être tendue par le biais d'un élément d'actionnement (10), laquelle bande de serrage comprend une portion pivotante (7) sollicitée par le biais de l'élément d'actionnement (10), laquelle portion pivotante peut être pivotée dans une position pivotée radialement vers l'extérieur, la portion pivotante (7) étant maintenue de manière mobile en pivotement sur une portion (8) adjacente de la bande de serrage (6), la portion pivotante (7) étant sollicitée lors du desserrement par l'élément d'actionnement (10) réalisé sous forme de vis (10) et pouvant passer à la position pivotée radialement vers le haut, caractérisée en ce qu'une partie structurale sur la portion pivotante (7) est réalisée sous forme d'élément de retenue (12) et est sollicitée par la vis (10), la vis (10) sollicitant, lors du desserrement, l'élément de retenue (12) sur la portion pivotante (7) de telle sorte que la portion pivotante (7) passe à une position pivotée radialement vers le haut.
- Machine-outil selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que le collier de serrage (2) de la machine-outil comprend une denture (21) s'étendant dans la direction périphérique, dans laquelle denture vient en prise un élément d'encliquetage (11) de la portion pivotante (7) dans la position d'encliquetage. - Machine-outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément d'encliquetage (11) est disposé sur le côté intérieur de la portion pivotante (7) sur la bande de serrage (6), lequel élément d'encliquetage s'applique contre le collier de serrage (2) lorsque la bande de serrage (6) est tendue. - Machine-outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que, lors du desserrement, l'élément d'actionnement (10) sollicite l'élément de retenue (12) avec un composant élargissant radialement la portion pivotante (7). - Machine-outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée en ce que l'élément de retenue (12) s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur sur la bande de serrage (6). - Machine-outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisée en ce que l'élément de retenue (12) s'étend sur la bande de serrage (6) avec un composant tangentiel. - Machine-outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisée en ce que la vis (10) est guidée par des portions d'extrémité (6a, 6b) élargies radialement de la bande de serrage (6) et s'étend au moins essentiellement tangentiellement par rapport à la bande de serrage (6). - Machine-outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisée en ce que la vis (10) s'étend radialement par rapport à la bande de serrage (6) et relie des portions d'extrémité (6a, 6b) en chevauchement de la bande de serrage (6) dans la position tendue. - Machine-outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisée en ce que la portion pivotante (7) est reliée de manière articulée à la portion (8) adjacente de la bande de serrage (6) par le biais d'une articulation pivotante (9). - Machine-outil selon la revendication 11,
