Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire, in particular for a light strip comprising a plurality of luminaires, having the features of the preamble of claim 1. The invention also relates to a luminous band formed with such luminaires.

As a light band, for example, a band-like sequence of individual lights is called. Here, a light band z. For example, a length from three meters up. Within a light band, the wiring for the power supply of light sources of the individual lights is provided. A continuous wiring makes it possible to provide only one place the light band with energy, in which the wiring is connected to the building energy supply. If multiple light bands used, they can be partially interconnected, so that only one light band must be connected to the housing power supply.

The individual lamps, which follow one another in such a light band in their longitudinal direction, usually each have a mounting rail on which at least one equipment carrier can be fastened. At this equipment carrier is then at least one light source or another, in particular electrical, device. About the mounting rail is usually the suspension or suspension of the respective light or the light band to a building ceiling.

Usually, the support rail of such a lamp has a base profile, projecting from the two web profiles so that the support rail has a U-shaped rail cross-section, with respect to the base profile an open side has. In contrast, the device carrier has a bottom profile and is mounted on the mounting rail so that the bottom profile closes the open side of the rail cross-section.

Depending on the installation situation of the luminaire or the light strip equipped with it, an interior of the luminaire must be more or less sealed against dust and / or moisture. In order to achieve a sufficient seal against dust and moisture in the connection between the mounting rail and equipment rack, it is basically possible to include in the respective connection a corresponding sealing body. The installation of such a sealing body is associated with a relatively high assembly costs. On the one hand, the respective sealing body must be mounted as an additional component. On the other hand, care must be taken when attaching the device carrier that the respective seal body is not damaged.

From the DE 43 00 549 A1 a luminaire is known for a light strip consisting of several such luminaires. The respective lamp has a mounting rail, which has a base profile, protrude from the two web profiles so that the support rail has a U-shaped rail cross-section, which has an open side relative to the base profile. The lamp also has a device carrier, which has a bottom profile and which is mounted on the mounting rail so that the bottom profile closes the open side of the rail cross-section. The web profiles have at their end regions remote from the base profile in each case a holding section, which is formed on a side facing the respective other holding portion inside as a holding contour. The bottom profile has at its mutually remote lateral end regions in each case an edge portion which is formed on a side facing away from the respective other edge portion outside as a locking contour. The Lock contours and the retaining contours are shaped complementary to each other. In the known lamp, the latching contours and the retaining contours for positioning the device carrier act on the mounting rail together, but set without the equipment carrier on the support rails. For attaching the device carrier to the mounting rail additional, separate locking elements are provided which are fixed to the device carrier and lock with the mounting rail so that they press the retaining contours of the mounting rail against the locking contours of the device carrier.

In the EP 0 813 027 A2 a separate clamp is used, which is attached to the device carrier and which engages with the mounting rail to fix the device carrier to the mounting rail.

In the DE 21 64 826 A1 Also, a separate bracket is used, which is fixed in this case to the Tragsciene and can be locked to the device carrier in two different positions to set the device carrier to the mounting rail.

See also DE 2332360 for matching catch contours. The present invention is concerned with the problem of providing an improved embodiment for a luminaire of the type mentioned at the outset or for a light strip equipped therewith, which is characterized in particular by a comparatively inexpensive mountability or by reduced production costs.

This problem is solved according to the invention by the subject matters of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.

The invention is based on the general idea, on the one hand to equip the web profiles at their end portions remote from the base profile each with a holding portion which is formed on a side facing the respective other holding portion inside as a holding contour. On the other hand, that will Floor profile provided at its side remote end portions remote from each other with an edge portion which is formed at a side remote from the other edge portion outside as a detent contour. The latching contours and the retaining contours are complementarily shaped to each other and also coordinated so that the device carrier when mounting on the mounting rail with the edge portions of its bottom profile on the holding portions of the web profiles of the mounting rail engages, in such a way that the locking contours on each web profile directly to the Contain holding contours and form a releasable locking connection between the mounting rail and device carrier with this by positive engagement.

The proposed construction results in a comparatively simple mountability for the device carrier on the mounting rail. Furthermore, the contours formed complementary to one another can be configured comparatively simply such that the respective latching connection ensures sufficient sealing against dust and / or moisture. In principle, it is then possible to dispense with additional sealing bodies or sealing elements in this area, which simplifies assembly and represents a price advantage for producing the luminaire or the light band.

Particularly advantageous is now an embodiment in which the holding portions of the web profiles each have an inwardly angled retaining collar at its free ends, which encloses with the adjoining portion of the respective holding portion a retaining collar angle, which is smaller than 90 °. Further, the edge portions of the bottom profile may each have an inwardly angled detent collar at its free ends, which includes with the adjoining portion of the respective edge portion a locking collar angle, which is also smaller than 90 °. Suitably, the respective locking collar is in the locked state with its outer side on an inner side of the respective retaining collar. This construction leads to an effective sealing effect within the respective latching connection. In particular, a labyrinth structure is realized within the latching connection, which generates or enhances the desired sealing effect.

Particularly advantageous is a development in which the respective locking collar angle is smaller than the respective retaining collar angle. As a result, z. B. causes the profile of the latching connection at least two spaced contact points arise, which is advantageous for the realization of the desired sealing effect.

Corresponding Fig. 1 comprises a light strip 1, only partially shown, at least two lights 2, which follow one another directly in a direction indicated by a double arrow longitudinal direction 3 of the light band 1 and the respective lamp 2. This longitudinal direction 3 defines at the same time an axial direction or axial direction of the light band 1 and the respective lamp 2 and its components. In this case, adjacent lights 2 abut each other within the light band 1 at the front or axially. Corresponding impact limits are in Fig. 1 denoted by 4. It is clear that the transitions of adjacent lights 2 or these impact limits 4 can be made dust-tight and / or moisture-proof when the light band 1 is finished with corresponding sealing means. In the area of these impact boundaries 4 extends one, by a curly Clamp marked connection area 5, in which the adjacent lights 2 are fastened together.

Corresponding Fig. 2 Such a luminaire 2 comprises a mounting rail 6, to which at least one device carrier 7 can be fastened. In the example, the device carrier 7 has the same length as the mounting rail 6. As a result, the respective lamp 2 as a single luminaire outside the light band 1 can be used. It is also conceivable to fasten a plurality of equipment carriers 7 to a mounting rail 6. If the luminaire 2 is used in such a light band 1, it is also possible to use device carrier 7, which are longer than the individual support rails 6. Within the light band 1 individual device carrier 7 can also be attached to a plurality of mounting rails 6 simultaneously.

In the example shown the Fig. 2 the device carrier 7 on an upper side facing the carrier rail 6 has an electrical contact device 8 and at least one electronic module 9. At one side facing away from the mounting rail 6 underside two electrical connections 10 are provided on the equipment rack 7 here, via which a light bulb, not shown here, can be attached to the equipment carrier 7 and electrically connected.

According to the Fig. 2 to 6 is the support rail 6 configured as a U-shaped profile body and accordingly has a U-shaped rail section 11. The rail cross section 11 and the profile body of the support rail 6 comprises a base profile 12, projecting from the side two web sections 13. A side opposite the base profile 12 forms an open side 14 of the rail cross-section 11. In the region of the base profile 12, an inner space 15 of the mounting rail 6 or of the luminaire 2 can have an in Fig. 2 indicated current-carrying profile 16 may be arranged, the band-shaped substantially extends over the entire length of the support rail 6 and the power supply and the electrical control of electrical loads of the lamp 2 allows.

The device carrier 7 has a bottom profile 17 and is corresponding to the 3 and 4 be mounted on the support rail 6 so that the bottom profile 17 closes the aforementioned open side 14 of the rail cross-section 11. In this way, the interior 15 of the luminaire 2 is bounded on three sides by the support rail 6 or by its base profile 12 and its web profiles 13 and on the fourth or open side 14 by the equipment carrier 7 or by its bottom profile 17.

According to the Fig. 4 and 5 have the web profiles 13 at their end portions 18 which are remote from the base profile 12, each having a holding portion 19. The respective holding portion 19 is formed on a non-descript inner side, which faces the respective other holding portion 19, as a holding contour 20.

According to the Fig. 4 and 6 the bottom profile 17 at lateral end portions 21, which are remote from each other, each having an edge portion 22. The respective edge portion 22 is formed on a non-descript outside, which is remote from the other edge portion 22, as a locking contour 23.

The latching contours 23 of the base profile 17 and the holding contours 20 of the bar profiles 13 are formed complementary to one another, so that they can come into contact, in particular, flat against one another. Furthermore, they are coordinated so that they cooperate in each case for the realization of a latching connection 24. Here, the device carrier 7 when mounting on the Support rail 6 engage with its edge portions 22 on the holding portions 19 of the support rail 6. In the in Fig. 4 shown locked state are the locking contours 23 at each web profile 13 directly to the respective holding contour 20 at. By positive engagement while the respective latching connection 24 between support rail 6 and device carrier 7 is formed. Said latching connection 24 is designed to be detachable, so that the attachment of the equipment carrier 7 to the mounting rail 6 can be dismantled non-destructively.

Fig. 7 shows an enlarged axial view of the lamp 2 according to Fig. 4 in the area of in Fig. 4 left reproduced locking connection 24th

In the Fig. 2 to 7 the lamp 2 is shown axially open. This is true when the lamp 2 in the light band 1 of Fig. 1 axially adjacent to another lamp 2. If no other lamp 2 follows axially, in particular when the lamp 2 is used as a single luminaire, corresponding axial end caps for axially closing the rail cross section 11 are provided, which are not shown here. Accordingly, these end caps can basically have a conventional construction.

According to the FIGS. 5 and 7 the retaining portions 19 of the web profiles 13 may each have a retaining collar 25 at their freestanding or free ends, which is angled inwardly, ie in the direction of the opposite holding portion 19 by more than 90 °. According to Fig. 7 closes the respective retaining collar 25 thereby with the adjoining region 26 of the respective holding portion 19 a retaining collar angle 27, which is smaller than 90 °. As a result, the respective retaining collar 25 is angled in the direction of the open side 14 or in the direction of the device carrier 7. Furthermore, the edge portions 22 of the bottom profile 17 according to the 6 and 7 at their free ends or at their free-standing ends in each case a detent collar 28 which also inwardly, ie angled in the direction of the opposite edge portion 22 by more than 90 °. In this case, the respective locking collar 28 with a subsequent region 29 of the associated edge portion 22 includes a locking collar angle 30 a. This locking collar angle 30 is smaller than 90 °. Consequently, the respective locking collar 28 is angled away from the base profile 12. In the assembled state or in the locked state, the z. Ex. In the Fig. 4 and 7 is reproduced, is the respective locking collar 28 with its the respective retaining collar 25 facing outside on an inner side of the respective retaining collar 25, which faces the respective locking collar 28. As a result, the positive connection within the respective latching connection 24 is amplified. At the same time, this results in a labyrinth effect, which significantly improves the realization of a sufficient sealing effect against dust and / or moisture.

As Fig. 7 can be removed, the respective locking collar angle 30 may preferably be selected so that it is smaller than the respective retaining collar angle 27. As a result, a contact between the locking collar 28 and retaining collar 25 is realized, which is spaced from the freestanding end of the respective retaining collar 25. In particular, damage to the retaining collar 28 during engagement of the device carrier 7 can be avoided. The retaining collar angle 27 is preferably at most 20% greater than the respective locking collar angle 30. It has been found that with such a relationship between retaining collar angle 27 and locking collar angle 30 optimum functional reliability can be achieved. The retaining collar 25 and the locking collar 28 may be coordinated according to a particularly advantageous embodiment so that the respective locking collar 28 comes in the mounted state under bias on the respective retaining collar 25 to the plant. This results in a particularly intensive contact within the latching connection 24, which is accompanied by an effective sealing effect.

Fig. 7 shows another feature of the embodiment presented here. A transition between the retaining collar 25 and the adjoining region 26 is designed arcuate. In this case, a retaining collar bending radius 31 is realized. Also, a transition between the locking collar 28 and the adjoining region 29 is designed arcuate, with a Rastkragenbiegeradius 32 is realized. Preferably, the deformations are selected so that the retaining collar bending radius 31 is smaller than the Rastkragenbiegeradius 32. By this vote or construction is achieved that between the respective holding portion 19 and the respective edge portion 22 at least two separate contact zones arise, what the biased contacting and the compliance with a desired sealing effect favors.

To improve the sealing effect and to improve the positive locking connection 24, the holding contours 20 and the locking contours 23 are each equipped with at least one longitudinal bead, namely with at least one of the holding contour 20 and the holding portion 19 formed longitudinal bead 33 and at least These longitudinal beads 33, 34 are designed, that is dimensioned and arranged so that they interact in the locked state in the manner of a tongue and groove connection or engage with each other in the latched state. In the example shown here, the longitudinal bead 33 is in each case formed on the retaining contours 20 in such a way that it protrudes inwards, that is to say towards, the respectively opposite retaining contour 20. In contrast, the respective longitudinal bead 34 of the associated catch contour 23 forms a complementary recess. The one designed as a recess longitudinal bead 34 is slightly larger than the other longitudinal bead 33 dimensioned to the other designed as a projection longitudinal bead 33rd to record positively. It is clear that in principle a reverse construction is also conceivable, so that the edge sections 22 each have at least one outwardly projecting longitudinal bead, while the retaining sections 19 each have a longitudinal bead, which accordingly forms a complementary recess.

The longitudinal beads 33, 34 are matched to one another such that the latching contours 23 and the retaining contours 20 on both sides of the mutually engaging longitudinal beads 33, 34 lie flat against one another. In Fig. 7 is the locking contour 23 above and below the longitudinal beads 33, 34 flat on the retaining contour 20 at. The surface contact also leads to a significant sealing effect. The taking place within the intermeshing longitudinal beads 33, 34 contacting between the cooperating contours 20, 23 leads to further sealing points, which supports the desired sealing effect.

Further, the bottom profile 7 and the web profiles 13 are suitably coordinated so that the holding contours 20 and the locking contours 23 in the mounted state under bias to each other. This biased positioning improves the respective latching connection 24 and in particular the sealing effect generated therein.

According to the Fig. 4 . 5 and 7 For example, the bar profiles 13 may be suitably designed such that the respective holding section 19 is realized by forming a pocket 35. Said bag 35 is to the interior 15 of the support rail 6 and the lamp 2 open. To produce the pocket 35, the holding portion 19 is bent over the adjoining web profile 13 by approximately 180 ° inwards. As a result, the respective holding portion 19 extends substantially parallel to the adjacent region of the Steg profile 13. Through the open pocket 35, the transition between the holding portion 19 and web profile 13 is resilient, whereby it is particularly possible to generate the aforementioned elastic bias between the cooperating contours 20, 23 at least in part.

According to the Fig. 4 . 6 and 7 For example, the bottom profile 17 at the transition to its edge portions 22 each have a spring portion 36. The respective spring portion 36, which may be designed substantially S-shaped or sinusoidal here, gives the edge portions 22 a lateral spring elasticity, whereby it is in particular possible to generate the aforementioned elastic bias between the holding contours 20, 23 at least in part.

The mounting rail 6 and the device carrier 7 are expediently designed as sheet metal parts and can be made accordingly from flat sheet metal blanks by reshaping. According to Fig. 7 has the sheet from which the support rail 6 is made, a wall thickness 37, while the sheet, from which the device carrier 7 is made, has a wall thickness 38. The two wall thicknesses 37, 38 are different here. Preferably, the wall thickness 38 of the device carrier 7 is smaller than the wall thickness 37 of the support rail 6. Preferably, the wall thickness 38 of the device carrier 7 is about 40% to about 60% of the wall thickness 37 of the support rail 6. In the example shown, the wall thickness 37 of the support rail. 6 about twice as large as the wall thickness 38 of the equipment carrier 7.

In the mounted state, the latching contours 23 preferably interact with the holding contours 20 in such a way that between the edge sections 22 of the base profile 17 and the holding sections 19 of the bar profiles 13 a predetermined or sufficient seal against dust and droplets is present. By mounting the device carrier 7, the interior 15 of the luminaire 2 can be adequately protected from dust and droplets. It is also noteworthy that, in particular, it is possible to achieve the desired sealing effect without an additionally attached sealing element having to be provided in the mounted state between the edge sections 22 of the base profile 17 and the holding sections 19 of the bar profiles 13. Accordingly, device carrier 7 and support profile 6 in the embodiment shown laterally seal-free, so without additional separate sealing elements are mounted together, the desired sealing of the interior 15 against dust and moisture can be realized.

The support rail 6 and / or the equipment carrier 7 is / are designed mirror-symmetrically with respect to a longitudinal center plane extending parallel to the longitudinal axis 3 of the respective lamp 2, which is parallel to the web profiles 13 and perpendicular to the base profile 12 and perpendicular to the bottom profile 17.
