Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting system with mounting plates for door operator, and a mounting method using such a system.
  • Door operators ie door closers or drives, which are set up to open and / or close a connected door leaf, are usually attached to a base body, such as a door frame or the like, by means of a mounting plate.
  • a mounting plate is fixed in advance, for example, on the base body.
  • the associated door operator is attached to the mounting plate; d. H. the mounting plate holds the door operator.
  • the DE 202004020163 U discloses the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the object of the invention is, therefore, to at least reduce the disadvantages of the prior art.
  • a mounting plate of the inventive system is adapted for a door actuator configured to move a connected door in at least one direction.
  • the mounting plate is designed to be fastened to a base body carrying the mounting plate, for example a door frame. It also has fastening devices for attaching the door operator to the mounting plate.
  • the fastening devices include, for example, catch pins for sliding and temporarily holding the door operator to the mounting plate and / or screw holes, are screwed into the mounting screws of the door operator for final mounting. Seen in the longitudinal extent of the mounting plate, this has at least at one end a first attachment portion. This first attachment portion is used for attaching a connecting part with a seen in its longitudinal extent, the mounting plate facing first portion of the mounting plate.
  • the mounting plate is not only adapted to receive a door operator stationary, but is also designed for attaching a connecting part. As a result, an extension of the mounting plate to another arrangement is possible, so that a modular mounting plate system can be formed.
  • the at least one fastening section preferably has at least one passage opening.
  • the passage opening is preferably provided with an internal thread, so that the connecting part can be easily screwed to the mounting plate.
  • the passage opening is formed as a slot. This allows the connection part to be able to move in order to compensate for possible tolerances between the mounting plate and connector.
  • An inventive system for mounting at least one door operator has for the at least one door operator on a first mounting plate according to the previous description. Furthermore, it preferably has a second mounting plate which has at least one second fastening section for fastening a second subsection of the connecting part, which is briefly described above, to the additional mounting plate.
  • the system has such a connection part. Seen in a longitudinal extension of the connecting part, this has at its ends in each case a partial section according to the above explanation.
  • Each section is formed as a mounting portion and adapted to be attached to a facing respective mounting portion of a respective one of two of the existing mounting plates such that the attached to the connecting part two mounting plates are kept aligned according to predetermined specifications.
  • the door operator mounting plate will thus continue to be used and will not fly unnecessarily into the trash.
  • the additional mounting plate is much shorter, so costs are saved in this regard.
  • a retrofit is very simple, because, if anything, only the door operator must be removed to install the additional mounting plate can.
  • the aforementioned additional mounting plate is preferably further configured to be attached to said body. This increases the stability of the entire mounting plate assembly.

  • the connecting part is arranged according to the invention to be fastened by means of the middle portion of the additional mounting plate such that the first, the second and the additional mounting plate attached to the connecting part are held aligned according to predetermined specifications. This solution is particularly favorable when relatively little space between the mounting plates of the door operator, so that two connecting parts have no space next to each other.
  • the aforementioned aligned holding at least two by means of a connecting member to each other stationary arranged mounting plates preferably includes a co-alignment of the mounted on the connecting part mounting plates.
  • an assembly method which according to the invention comprises a first step of fastening each connecting part to each other by means of the respective connecting part to be aligned mounting plates via their mutually corresponding mounting portions by means of respective fastening means. Thereafter, the method further comprises a step of placing and fixing the thus formed unit of connection part (s) and mounting plates on the main body.
  • This mounting method makes it possible to first mount the mounting plates aligned with each other and then to mount the entire assembly plate unit formed on the body, without having to pay attention to whether the mounting plates are still aligned when mounted on the body to each other or not.
  • the aforementioned fastening means comprise screws, so that the fastening is done simply by screwing of connecting part (s) with respective mounting plate.

If this is the case (yes branch after step S2), the respective connection point 40 is fastened in a step S3 to associated mounting plates 10, 20, 30, preferably mounted by means of fastening screws 2. Thereafter, it returns to step S2.
  • step S2 If all connecting parts 40 are mounted (no branch after step S2), the unit thus formed from mounting plates 10, 20, 30 and connecting part (s) 40 is fastened to a base body, for example a door frame or the like, in a subsequent step S4. appropriate. Now that a complete mounting plate in the form of the unit formed, this can be done in a conventional manner, as if only a single mounting plate would be to assemble.
  • the basis is created for attaching all the components, such as door actuators and thus possibly communicating, additional components, such as smoke detectors or the like, to the mounting plate (s) 10, 20, 30 in a subsequent step S5.
  • additional components such as smoke detectors or the like
  • the mounting plate 30 is formed similarly to the mounting plate 10, 20, the additional components are advantageously attached to this intermediate mounting plate 30. It may be necessary to lay appropriate cables. Thereafter, the Schobetuschigeran extract is fully assembled and only needs to be provided with any existing trim, for example in the form of a cover.
  • step S2 can be omitted. It is, starting from step S1, immediately proceeded to step S3, and then jumps directly to step S4.
  • the mounting portions 13, 23, 32 of the mounting plates 10, 20, 30 may be formed so that they are formed only in the areas in which a respective, associated connecting part 40 is placed.
  • the mounting plates 10, 20, 30 have at the respective ends in each case one of two mounting portions 13, 23, 32. This means that the mounting plates 10, 20 only on the mounting plate 30 end facing each have a mounting portion 13, 23 must have. This has the advantage that the respective mounting plate 10, 20 is mounted against rotation.
  • attachment portions 13, 23, 32 of the respective mounting plate 10 ,. 20, 30 instead of a plurality of mounting holes 13b, 23b, 32b have.
  • the side wall portions 40a, 40a may be formed so that their distance from one another in the direction of respective mounting plate 10, 20, 30 increases, or even be complementary to the side wall portions 13a, 23a, 32a.
  • the side wall portions 13a, 23a, 32a may be like the side wall portions 40a in FIG FIG. 3 be educated.
  • the fixing portions 41-43; 13, 23, 32 of connecting part 40 and mounting plate 10, 20, 30 may also be formed vice versa, so that the connecting part 40 is formed on the mounting plates 10, 20, 30 side facing as a projection and the mounting portions 13, 23, 32 of the mounting plates 10, 20, 30 have a cross-sectionally U-shaped receiving space for the projection of the connecting part 40.
  • attachment portions 41-43; 13, 23, 32 of connecting part 40 and mounting plate 10, 20, 30 may be formed vice versa, so that the connecting part 40 is formed on the mounting plates 10, 20, 30 side facing as a projection and the mounting portions 13, 23, 32 of the mounting plates 10th , 20, 30 have a with a cross-sectionally U-shaped receiving space for the projection of the connecting part 40.
  • the invention provides a mounting plate 10, 20 which, in addition to its actual function of attaching a door actuator to a base body, can also be fixed in a simple manner relative to other mounting plates 20, 30 due to its design by means of a connecting part 40.
  • a connecting part 40 In connection with the connecting groove 40, an enormously flexible system 1 is created in order to form an entire mounting plate from a plurality of mounting plates 10, 20, 30, onto which, for example, a continuous cover panel can be placed.
  • the resulting shorter mounting plates 10, 20, 30 are also easier to transport and pack than a single, long mounting plate, and take up less space.
  • connecting parts may additionally use fastening devices such as screw holes for attaching, for example, electrical components such as sensors and the like.
