Claims (5)
- Four de cuisson comprenant une enveloppe de four, un moufle de four (1) et un dispositif d'éclairage pour un espace de traitement (2) du four formé par le moufle (1) comprenant au moins une source d'éclairage (11) à forte charge thermique située à l'extérieur de l'espace de traitement (2), mais associée à l'espace de traitement (2) de manière à émettre de la lumière, la source d'éclairage (11) et/ou son support (9, 15) étant directement reliés à un dissipateur thermique (7) ayant une bonne propriété de conduction de chaleur et évacuant la chaleur,
caractérisé en ce que le dissipateur thermique (7) est formé par une paroi métallique de l'enveloppe de four revêtant, avec un espacement, le moufle de four (1) entourant l'espace de traitement (2) et le dissipateur thermique (7) comporte un élément de liaison métallique (17) comblant l'espacement entre le dissipateur thermique (7) et la source d'éclairage (11) et qui est relié au support (9, 15) de la source d'éclairage (11) ou est lui-même le support de la source d'éclairage (11). - Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un fluide de refroidissement qui fait fonction de flux d'air de refroidissement circulant autour du moufle de four (1) dans un canal d'air de refroidissement (8).
- Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la source d'éclairage (11) est placée dans un logement pour éclairage (9) resp. comprend un élément réflecteur qui fait saillie, au moins partiellement, dans un canal d'air de refroidissement (8) faisant le tour du moufle de four (1).
- Four de cuisson selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le logement pour éclairage et/ou l'élément de liaison (17) sont pourvus d'ouvertures d'écoulement (16) dans la zone du canal d'air de refroidissement (8).
- Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le logement pour éclairage (9) comprend un matériau calorifuge transparent ou translucide, par exemple en acide silicique, de préférence un remplissage en aérogel de silicate (13), entre la source d'éclairage (11) et l'ouverture d'éclairage tournée vers l'espace de traitement (2).
