- ■ Stützen der Druckereiprodukte an ihrem dem Rücken gegenüberliegenden, in Förderrichtung gegen vorne gebogenen Randbereich mit einem unterhalb der Fördereinrichtung angeordneten, eine im wesentlichen in Förderrichtung wirkende Förderebene bildenden Stützelement;
- ■ Einfahren zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Druckereiprodukten oberhalb des Stützelements mit einem entlang einer geschlossenen Bewegungsbahn umlaufenden Öffnungselement,
- ■ Anlegen des Öffnungselementes, mit dem hinteren dieser aufeinanderfolgenden Druckereiprodukte mitlaufend, von oben an dessen obenliegenden Produkteteil, und Festhalten desselben;
- ■ Umfassen des Randbereichs des Druckereiproduktes und Stützen des Druckereiproduktes mittels eines entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn bewegten und mit dem jeweiligen Druckereiprodukt mitlaufenden Halteelementes;
- ■ wobei das Öffnungselement in einem in Förderrichtung gesehen hinter dem Randbereich liegenden Haltebereich am Druckereiprodukt angreift, den zweiten Produkteteil festhält und aus dem Halteelement herauszieht.

Dem Öffnungsaggregat 36 ist ein ebenfalls unterhalb der Fördereinrichtung 10 angeordnetes Stützelement 38 unmittelbar vorgeschaltet. Das Stützelement 38 weist endlose um Umlenkrollen 40 geführte Stützbänder 42 auf, welche in Umlaufrichtung S mit einer Geschwindigkeit vs angetrieben sind, die grösser, vorzugsweise doppelt so gross ist, wie eine Fördergeschwindigkeit vf der Fördereinrichtung 10. Zwischen (und evtl. neben) den Stützbändern 42 sind endlose Nockenbänder 98 angeordnet, die um Umlenkräder 100 geführt sind. Die Nocken 98' der Nockenbänder 98 durchstossen von unten her die Förderebene 38' und stehen mit ihrem freien Ende über diese vor. Die Nocken 98' sind (bezüglich der Förderrichtung) nach hinten geneigt, bilden also mit dem Nockenband 98 einen Winkel von weniger als 90°. Die Nockenbänder 98 sind mit einer Geschwindigkeit vn angetrieben, die beispielsweise etwa 80 % der Geschwindigkeit vf der Transportklammern 16 beträgt. Entsprechend ist der Abstand zwischen den Nocken 98' in etwa 80 % so gross wie der Abstand der Transportklammern 16. Das Öffnungsaggregat 36 weist an einer Seite der Förderbahn respektive der Umlenkrollen 40 und Umlenkräder 100 zur Umlenkung der Stützbänder 42 und der Nockenbänder 98 ein scheibenartig ausgebildetes Tragelement 62 auf, das um eine rechtwinklig zur Förderrichtung F und in horizontaler Richtung verlaufende Achse drehbar ist. Die Druckereiprodukte 26 liegen auf den Stützbändern 42 mit ihrem nach vorne gebogenen Randbereich 44 auf. Da diese mit geringerer Geschwindigkeit vn als die Transportklammern 16 umlaufen, werden die Druckereiprodukte 26 U-förmig oder S-förmig gebogen, was ihnen Stabilität vermittelt. Es wird dann von der Seite her ein Tragarm 70 zwischen jeweils zwei Druckereiprodukte 26 eingeschwenkt, wodurch sich das betreffende Öffnungselement 72 mit einer schraubenlinienartigen Bewegung auf den obenliegenden zweiten Produkteteil 32 vor dem Randbereich 44 des, in Förderrichtung F gesehen, dem Tragarm 70 nachlaufenden Druckereiprodukts 26 absenkt (

Es sind vorzugsweise keine Betätigungs- oder Steuereinrichtungen zum Bewegen der Halteelemente 50 erforderlich: sie drehen sich einfach mit der Umlenkwalze 46 mit. Claims (15)
einem unterhalb der Fördereinrichtung (10) angeordneten, eine im wesentlichen in Förderrichtung (F) wirkende Förderebene (38') bildendes Stützelement (38) zum Abstützen der Druckereiprodukte (26) an ihrem dem Rücken (28) gegenüberliegenden, in Förderrichtung (F) gegen vorne gebogenen Randbereich (44), und
einem entlang einer geschlossenen Bewegungsbahn umlaufenden Öffnungselement (72), das dazu bestimmt ist, oberhalb des Stützelements (38) zwischen aufeinanderfolgende Druckereiprodukte (26) einzufahren und sich, mit dem hinteren dieser Druckereiprodukte (26) mitlaufend, von oben an dessen obenliegenden Produkteteil (32) anzulegen und diesen festzuhalten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn bewegtes Halteelement (50) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem jeweiligen Druckereiprodukt (26) mitlaufend, den Randbereich (44) des Druckereiproduktes (26) zu umfassen und in Bewegungsrichtung zu stützen, wobei das Öffnungselement (72) vorgesehen ist, in einem in Förderrichtung gesehen hinter dem Randbereich (44) liegenden Haltebereich (45) am Druckereiprodukt (26) anzugreifen, den zweiten Produkteteil (32) festzuhalten und aus dem Halteelement (50) herauszuziehen.
