Moreover, the C pocket and the J post are located on two sides underneath the surface, and the C pocket and the J post are used to form a height difference between the C linking plate and the building surface or frame surface, thereby providing at least one cavity between the C pocket and the J post, while at the same time forming a sealed chamber between the cavity and the building surface or frame surface. Accordingly, the present invention is provided with the effectiveness to insulate against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, as well as providing electric insulation.
