为了简化墙体的结构, 便于对墙体进行施工, 降低成本, 本发明提 供了一种组合式墙体。
为达到上述目的, 一种组合式墙体, 包括建筑墙体框架, 建筑墙体 框架内形成有墙体安装空间, 在墙体安装空间内设有安装到墙体安装空 间纵向侧面上的第一龙骨, 在墙体安装空间内设有安装到墙体安装空间 横向侧面上的第二龙骨,在墙体安装空间内安装有纵向龙骨和横向龙骨, 第一龙骨、 第二龙骨、 纵向龙骨和横向龙骨构成龙骨架, 在龙骨架内形 成有单元格, 单元格内安装有面板单元和 /或窗单元; 在第一龙骨上向单 元格方向延伸有第一抵挡边, 在第二龙骨上向单元格方向延伸有第二抵 挡边, 纵向龙骨分别向单元格方向延伸有第三抵挡边, 横向龙骨分别向 单元格方向延伸有第四抵挡边; 位于第一龙骨、 横向龙骨和纵向龙骨之 间的面板单元或窗单元外表面边缘由第一抵挡边、 第三抵挡边和第四抵 挡边抵挡, 位于第二龙骨、 横向龙骨和纵向龙骨之间的面板单元或窗单 元外表面边缘由第二抵挡边、 第三抵挡边和第四抵挡边抵挡, 位于第一 龙骨、 第二龙骨、 横向龙骨和纵向龙骨之间的面板单元或窗单元外表面 边缘由第一抵挡边、 第二抵挡边、 第三抵挡边和第四抵挡边抵挡, 位于 横向龙骨和纵向龙骨之间的面板单元或窗单元外表面边缘由第三抵挡边 和第四抵挡边抵挡; 在面板单元或窗单元内表面边缘与龙骨架之间设有 密封固定胶条。 上述墙体结构, 第一抵挡边直接形成在第一龙骨上, 第 二抵挡边直接形成在第二龙骨上, 第三抵挡边直接形成在纵向龙骨上, 第四抵挡边直接形成在横向龙骨上, 在制造龙骨架时, 抵挡边与对应的 龙骨一体拉伸成型, 因此, 龙骨的成型容易, 加工成本低, 另外, 面板 单元或窗单元从室内向室外安装并直接由抵挡边抵挡, 面板单元或窗单 元安装到单元格内后只要涂覆密封固定胶即可, 因此, 该墙体不仅结构
简单, 而且施工起来也方便、 安全, 施工的成本也低; 再有, 面板单元 或窗单元、 龙骨架均可在工厂制造, 然后在现场安装, 因此, 进一歩降 低了施工的成本。 对应于建筑墙体框架纵向延伸部分的外表面设有固定 到两侧第一龙骨上的纵向装饰件, 对应于建筑墙体框架横向延伸部分的 外表面设有固定到两侧第二龙骨上的横向装饰件; 在第一龙骨的外表面 安装有遮挡住纵向装饰件边缘的纵向装饰条, 在第二龙骨的外表面安装 有遮挡住横向装饰件边缘的横向装饰条。 纵向装饰件为了遮挡建筑墙体 框架纵向延伸部分的外表面, 横向装饰件为了遮挡建筑墙体框架横向延 伸部分的外表面, 使得外墙更加的美观, 而当安装了纵向装饰件和横向 装饰件后, 纵向装饰件和横向装饰件的边缘裸露在外而影响外墙的美观 度, 为此, 设置了纵向装饰条和纵向装饰条。 所述的第一抵挡边包括自 第一龙骨外表面向外延伸的第一连接部、 自第一连接部外端向单元格方 向延伸的第一抵挡部; 所述的第二抵挡边包括自第二龙骨外表面向外延 伸的第二连接部和自第二连接部外端向单元格方向延伸的第二抵挡部; 在第一连接部侧边上或第一龙骨上设有向着建筑墙体框架纵向延伸部分 的第一纵向卡扣, 在第一抵挡部上设有向单元格方向延伸的第二纵向卡 扣, 第二纵向卡扣的内表面相对于第一抵挡部的内表面靠室外设置; 所 述的纵向装饰条包括纵向装饰板、 设在纵向装饰板且能卡置到第一纵向 卡扣上的第一纵向装饰条卡扣和设在纵向装饰板且能卡置到第二纵向卡 扣上的第二纵向装饰条卡扣; 在第二连接部侧边上或第二龙骨上设有向 着建筑墙体框架横向延伸部分的第一横向卡扣, 在第二抵挡部上设有向 单元格方向延伸的第二横向卡扣, 第二横向卡扣的内表面相对于第二抵 挡部的内表面靠室外设置; 所述的横向装饰条包括横向装饰板、 设在横 向装饰板且能卡置到第一横向卡扣上的第一横向装饰条卡扣和设在横向 装饰板且能卡置到第二横向卡扣上的第二横向装饰条卡扣。 该结构, 通 过设置第一连接部则可使第一抵挡边凸出第一龙骨设置, 以便于扣纵向 装饰条, 通过设置第二连接部则可使第二抵挡边凸出第二龙骨设置, 以 便于扣横向装饰条。 由于面板单元或窗单元外表面边缘与第一抵挡部内 表面接触, 在扣纵向装饰条时, 为了第二纵向装饰条卡扣顺利的卡置到
第二纵向卡扣上, 防止第二纵向装饰条卡扣与面板单元或窗单元相互干 涉, 则第二纵向卡扣的内表面相对于第一抵挡部的内表面靠室外设置, 同样, 为了第二横向装饰条卡扣顺利的卡置到第二横向卡扣上, 防止第 二横向装饰条卡扣与面板单元或窗单元相互干涉, 则第二横向卡扣的内 表面相对于第二抵挡部的内表面靠室外设置。 在该结构中, 当纵向装饰 条卡置到第一抵挡边上后, 纵向装饰板遮挡住纵向装饰件边缘, 当横向 装饰条卡置到第二抵挡边上后, 横向装饰板遮挡住纵向装饰件边缘。
上述组合式墙体的施工方法是:
( 1 )在工厂或在现场将第一龙骨、 第二龙骨、 纵向龙骨和横向龙骨 连接固定形成龙骨架;
( 2 ) 将龙骨架整体安装到由建筑墙体框架形成的墙体安装空间内;
( 3 ) 将面板单元和 /或窗单元从室内向室外安装到单元格内, 面板 单元和 /或窗单元外表面边缘由抵挡边抵挡,然后在面板单元和 /或窗单元 的内表面边缘和龙骨架之间打密封固定胶;
( 4 ) 在对应于建筑墙体框架纵向延伸部分的外表面固定纵向装饰 件, 在对应于建筑墙体框架横向延伸部分的外表面固定横向装饰件;
( 5 )在对应于第一龙骨外表面卡置纵向装饰条, 在对应于第二龙骨 的外表面卡置横向装饰条。
进一歩的, 所述的建筑墙体框架包括立柱和梁, 立柱和梁之间形成 所述的墙体安装空间。

向槽对螺钉具有定位作用, 这样, 能将纵向装饰件较精确的安装到第一 龙骨上; 所述的横向定位条对横向装饰件具有定位的作用, 形成的横向 槽对螺钉具有定位作用, 这样, 能将横向装饰件较精确的安装到第二龙 骨上。
进一歩的, 在纵向装饰板靠近立柱的边缘设有向内的纵向弯折部, 纵向弯折部与纵向装饰件接触; 在横向装饰板靠近梁的边缘设有向的横 向弯折部, 横向弯折部与横向装饰件接触。 上述结构, 纵向弯折部和横 向弯折部对应纵向装饰件和横向装饰件具有抵挡作用, 以提高纵向装饰 件和横向装饰件的固定牢固性, 同时还能提高密封性能。
进一歩的, 所述的第三抵挡边包括自纵向龙骨边缘向单元格方向延 伸的第三连接部, 自第三连接部向内延伸的第三弯折部; 所述的第四抵 挡边包括自横向龙骨边缘向单元格方向延伸的第四连接部, 自第四连接 部向内延伸的第四弯折部。 上述结构的第三抵挡边一方面能避免面板单 元或窗单元与第三抵挡边大面积接触, 以提高密封性能, 另一方面能提 高第三抵挡边的强度和刚度; 第四抵挡边一方面能避免面板单元或窗单 元与第四抵挡边大面积接触, 以提高密封性能, 另一方面能提高第四抵 挡边的强度和刚度。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一歩详细说明。
如图 1和图 2所示, 组合式墙体包括建筑墙体框架, 建筑墙体框架 包括立柱 100及梁 200, 立柱 100设在上下梁 200之间, 立柱 100和梁 200之间形成有墙体安装空间 400, 在梁上设有楼板 300。 在本实施方式 中, 建筑墙体框架纵向延伸部分为立柱, 建筑墙体框架横向延伸部分为 梁。
在墙体安装空间 400内安装有龙骨架 1,所述的龙骨架 1包括第一龙 骨 101、 第二龙骨 102、 纵向龙骨 103及横向龙骨 104。 在龙骨架 1内形 成有单元格 105。龙骨架 1安装在墙体安装空间内,龙骨架 1可内藏在墙 体安装空间内, 龙骨架 1 的外表面也可与梁 200外表面平齐, 龙骨架 1 的外表面还可凸出梁 200外表面设置。
如图 7所示, 第一龙骨 101为空心矩形管, 第一龙骨 101上向单元 格 105方向延伸有第一抵挡边 4,所述的第一抵挡边 4包括自第一龙骨外 表面向外延伸的第一连接部 41、自第一连接部 41外端向单元格方向延伸 的第一抵挡部 42。在第一连接部 41侧边上设有向立柱方向延伸的第一纵 向卡扣 43, 当然, 如图 10所示, 第一纵向卡扣 43也可形成于第一龙骨 凹槽的内侧壁上; 在第一抵挡部 42上设有向单元格方向延伸的第二纵向 卡扣 44, 第二纵向卡扣 44的内表面相对于第一抵挡部 42的内表面靠室 外设置形成台阶。 在第一龙骨 101 的外表面上设有相互平行的两条纵向 定位条 45, 两纵向定位条之间形成有纵向槽 46。 上述第一龙骨 101、 第
一抵挡边 4、 第一纵向卡扣 43、 第二纵向卡扣 44和纵向定位条 45—体 拉伸成型, 因此, 给制造带来了方便, 降低了制造成本。 在安装第一龙 骨时, 第一龙骨固定在立柱 100的内侧面上。
如图 4所示,所述的第二龙骨 102与第一龙骨 101的截面结构相同, 仅仅是安装的位置不同。 如图 4所示, 第二龙骨 102为空心矩形管结构, 第二龙骨 102 向单元格方向延伸有第二抵挡边 5, 所述的第二抵挡边 5 包括自第二龙骨外表面向外延伸的第二连接部 51和自第二连接部 51外 端向单元格方向延伸的第二抵挡部 52;在第二连接部 51外侧边上设有向 梁方向延伸的第一横向卡扣 53, 当然,第一横向卡扣 53也可形成于第二 龙骨凹槽的内侧壁上; 在第二抵挡部 52上设有向单元格方向延伸的第二 横向卡扣 54, 第二横向卡扣 54的内表面相对于第二抵挡部 52的内表面 靠室外设置形成台阶。 在第二龙骨 102的外表面上设有相互平行的两条 横向定位条 55, 两横向定位条之间形成有横向槽。 上述第二龙骨 102、 第二抵挡边 5、 第一横向卡扣 53、 第二横向卡扣 54和横向定位条 55— 体拉伸成型, 因此, 给制造带来了方便, 降低了制造成本。 在安装第二 龙骨时, 第二龙骨 102固定在梁 200的内侧面上。
如图 8所示, 纵向龙骨 103为空心矩形管结构, 自纵向龙骨 103内 侧外边缘向单元格方向延伸第三抵挡边 6,所述的第三抵挡边 6包括自纵 向龙骨边缘向单元格方向延伸的第三连接部 61、自第三连接部 61向内延 伸的第三弯折部 62。
横向龙骨 104的结构与纵向龙骨的截面结构相同, 如图 4所示, 横 向龙骨 104为空心矩形管结构, 横向龙骨 104内侧外边缘分别向单元格 方向延伸有第四抵挡边 7,所述的第四抵挡边 7包括自横向龙骨边缘向单 元格方向延伸的第四连接部 71、自第四连接部 71向内延伸的第四弯折部 72。
纵向龙骨 103和横向龙骨 104连接形成框架结构, 纵向龙骨 103和 横向龙骨 104形成的框架安装在由第一龙骨 101和第二龙骨 102形成的 墙体安装空间内。 当龙骨架 1安装好后, 第一抵挡边 4、 第二抵挡边 5、 第三抵挡边 6和第四抵挡边 7内侧表面相互平齐, 以便于抵挡面板单元
或窗单元。所述的单元格由以下几种方式形成,第一是通过第一龙骨 101、 纵向龙骨 103和横向龙骨 104形成,第二是通过第二龙骨 102、纵向龙骨 103和横向龙骨 104形成, 第三是通过第一龙骨 101、 第二龙骨 102、 纵 向龙骨 103和横向龙骨 104形成, 第四是通过相邻的两第一龙骨和相邻 的两横向龙骨形成。
如图 1至图 4所示, 对应于立柱 100的外表面设有安装到位于立柱 两侧第一龙骨上的纵向装饰件 8, 在纵向定位槽 46对应的位置通过螺钉 固定有纵向压条 81, 螺钉穿过纵向定位槽连接到第一龙骨 101上, 纵向 定位槽对螺钉的安装具有定位作用, 因此, 能使纵向压条 81的安装位更 加的准确, 同时还便于安装, 所述的纵向装饰件 8通过纵向压条 81压制 固定; 所述的纵向装饰件中部可以为平面, 也可以向外凸出形成方形结 构或半圆形结构或罗马柱结构。 对应于梁 200的外表面设有安装到位于 梁两侧第二龙骨上的横向装饰件 9;在横向定位槽对应的位置通过螺钉固 定有横向压条 91, 螺钉穿过横向定位槽连接到第二龙骨 102上, 横向定 位槽对螺钉的安装具有定位作用, 因此, 能使横向压条 91的安装位更加 的准确, 同时还便于安装, 所述的横向装饰件 9通过横向压条 91压制固 定; 所述的横向装饰件中部可以为平面, 也可以向外凸出形成方形结构 或半圆形结构或罗马柱结构。
如图 11所示,位于转角的立柱外设有安装到对应立柱两侧第一龙骨 上的墙角装饰件 8a, 该墙角装饰件 8a外侧转角边缘为直角, 或如图 12 所示, 墙角装饰件的转角为圆弧形。
在第一龙骨 101 的外表面安装有遮挡住纵向装饰件边缘的纵向装饰 条 21, 在第二龙骨 102的外表面安装有遮挡住横向装饰件边缘的横向装 饰条 22。 如图 9所示, 所述的纵向装饰条 21包括纵向装饰板 211、 设在 纵向装饰板 211 且能卡置到第一纵向卡扣 43 上的第一纵向装饰条卡扣 212和设在纵向装饰板 211且能卡置到第二纵向卡扣 44上的第二纵向装 饰条卡扣 213,在纵向装饰板 211靠近立柱 100的边缘设有向内的纵向弯 折部 214, 当纵向装饰条卡置到第一龙骨上后,纵向弯折部 214与纵向装 饰件 8接触, 为了提高密封性能, 还可在纵向装饰条与面板单元之间打
密封固定胶形成密封固定胶条。 横向装饰条的截面结构与纵向装饰条一 致, 所述的横向装饰条 22包括横向装饰板、 设在横向装饰板且能卡置到 第一横向卡扣 53上的第一横向装饰条卡扣和设在横向装饰板且能卡置到 第二横向卡扣 54上的第二横向装饰条卡扣,在横向装饰板靠近梁 200的 边缘设有向内的横向弯折部, 当横向装饰条卡置到第二龙骨上后, 横向 弯折部与横向装饰件 9接触, 为了提高密封性能, 还可在横向装饰条与 面板单元之间打密封固定胶形成密封固定胶条。
如图 1至图 4所示, 在单元格 105内安装有面板单元 3和窗单元, 所述的面板单元为单层面板, 当单层面板安装到单元格内, 单层面板的 外表面边缘由抵挡边抵挡, 在单层面板的内表面边缘与龙骨架之间打密 封固定胶形成密封固定胶条, 这样, 一方面能将面板单元固定到单元格 内, 另一方面能起到密封的作用。 为了通风的需求, 在某些单元格内还 安装了窗单元, 窗单元为推拉窗、 平推窗等。 如图 5和图 6所示, 所述 的推拉窗包括框体 31、 推拉框 32及玻璃 33, 框体 31安装在单元格内并 通过抵挡边抵挡,框体 31的内表面边缘与龙骨架之间打密封胶形成密封 固定胶条, 在框体的上下内侧具有导轨, 推拉框 32安装在框体内, 玻璃 33安装在推拉框 32内。
在本发明中, 记载的 "抵挡边"包括第一抵挡边、 第二抵挡边、 第 三抵挡边和第四抵挡边。
上述组合式墙体的安装方法是。
( 1 )在工厂或在现场将第一龙骨 101、第二龙骨 102、纵向龙骨 103 和横向龙骨 104连接固定形成龙骨架 1。
(2)将龙骨架 1整体安装到由立柱 100和梁 200形成的墙体安装空 间内, 龙骨架 1与立柱和梁之间利用螺栓固定。
(3 ) 将面板单元和 /或窗单元从室内向室外安装到单元格 105 内, 面板单元和 /或窗单元外表面边缘由抵挡边抵挡,然后在面板单元和 /或窗 单元的内表面边缘和龙骨架之间打密封固定胶。
(4) 对应于立柱 100的外表面利用纵向压条 81压制纵向装饰件 8, 所述的纵向压条利用螺钉固定, 螺钉位于纵向定位槽内。 对应于梁 200
的外表面利用横向压条 91压制横向装饰件 9, 所述的横向压条利用螺钉 固定, 螺钉位于横向定位槽内。 如果需要在转角的立柱外安装墙角装饰 件 8a, 在此歩骤中, 则将墙角装饰件 8a安装到对应立柱两侧的第一龙骨 上。
(5 )在对应于第一龙骨 101外表面卡置纵向装饰条 21,在对应于第 二龙骨 102的外表面卡置横向装饰条 22。
本实施方式, 墙体的结构简单, 安装方便、 快捷, 成本低。
对于面板单元, 还可以为如下结构。
( 1 ) 所述的面板单元包括多层面板, 相邻面板之间有隔条。 这样, 能提高隔热、 隔音效果。
(2 )所述的面板单元包括多层面板,在相邻面板之间安装有波纹板。 这样能提高隔热、 隔音、 防盗、 减震的作用。
(3 ) 所述的面板单元包括多层面板, 在相邻面板之间安装有格栅。 这样能提高隔热、 隔音、 防盗的作用。
(4 )所述的面板单元包括多层面板,在相邻面板之间安装有隔音板、 隔热板、 防火板, 隔音板、 隔热板、 防火板三者可任选一种或两种或三 种安装。
本发明的另一实施方式, 建筑墙体框架还可以由立柱和楼板构成, 立柱和楼板形成墙体安装空间, 所述的第二龙骨安装在楼板的侧面上。

5.根据权利要求 1所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 在第一龙骨的 外表面上设有相互平行的两条纵向定位条, 两纵向定位条之间形成有纵 向槽; 纵向压条通过穿过纵向槽的螺钉固定在第一龙骨上, 纵向压条压 制在纵向装饰件上; 在第二龙骨的外表面上设有相互平行的两条横向定 位条, 两横向定位条之间形成有横向槽; 横向压条通过穿过横向槽的螺 钉固定在第二龙骨上, 横向压条压制在横向装饰件上。
6.根据权利要求 2所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 在纵向装饰板 靠近立柱的边缘设有向内的纵向弯折部, 纵向弯折部与纵向装饰件接触; 在横向装饰板靠近梁的边缘设有向的横向弯折部, 横向弯折部与横向装 饰件接触。
7.根据权利要求 3所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 在纵向装饰板 靠近立柱的边缘设有向内的纵向弯折部, 纵向弯折部与纵向装饰件接触; 在横向装饰板靠近楼板的边缘设有向的横向弯折部, 横向弯折部与横向
装饰件接触。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 所述的第三抵 挡边包括自纵向龙骨边缘向单元格方向延伸的第三连接部、 自第三连接 部向内延伸的第三弯折部; 所述的第四抵挡边包括自横向龙骨边缘向单 元格方向延伸的第四连接部、 自第四连接部向内延伸的第四弯折部。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 所述的面板单 元为单层面板。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 面板单元包 括二块以上的面板, 相邻面板之间具有间隙。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 在相邻面 板之间设有固定到龙骨架上的防盗格栅、 波纹板、 隔热板、 防火板或隔
12. 根据权利要求 1所述的组合式墙体, 其特征在于: 龙骨架外部 凸出建筑墙体框架的外表面设置。
13. 一种对权利要求 1的组合式墙体进行施工的方法, 其特征在于 包括如下歩骤:
( 1 )在工厂或在现场将第一龙骨、 第二龙骨、 纵向龙骨和横向龙骨 连接固定形成龙骨架;
(2) 将龙骨架整体安装到由建筑墙体框架形成的墙体安装空间内;
(3 ) 将面板单元和 /或窗单元从室内向室外安装到单元格内, 面板 单元和 /或窗单元外表面边缘由抵挡边抵挡,然后在面板单元和 /或窗单元 的内表面边缘和龙骨架之间打密封固定胶;
(4 ) 在对应于建筑墙体框架纵向延伸部分的外表面固定纵向装饰 件, 在对应于建筑墙体框架横向延伸部分的外表面固定横向装饰件;
(5 )在对应于第一龙骨外表面卡置纵向装饰条, 在对应于第二龙骨 的外表面卡置横向装饰条。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的组合式墙体施工方法, 其特征在于: 在第一龙骨的外表面上设有相互平行的两条纵向定位条, 两纵向定位条 之间形成有纵向槽; 在第二龙骨的外表面上设有相互平行的两条横向定
位条, 两横向定位条之间形成有横向槽; 对应于建筑墙体框架纵向延伸 部分的外表面利用纵向压条压制纵向装饰件, 所述的纵向压条利用螺钉 固定, 螺钉穿过纵向定位槽内; 对应于建筑墙体框架横向延伸部分的外 表面利用横向压条压制横向装饰件, 所述的横向压条利用螺钉固定, 螺 钉穿过横向定位槽内。
15. 根据权利要求 13所述的组合式墙体施工方法, 其特征在于: 在纵向装饰板靠近立柱的边缘设有向内的纵向弯折部, 纵向弯折部与纵 向装饰件接触; 在横向装饰板靠近梁的边缘设有向的横向弯折部, 横向 弯折部与横向装饰件接触。
16. 根据权利要求 13所述的组合式墙体施工方法, 其特征在于: 所述的第三抵挡边包括自纵向龙骨边缘向单元格方向延伸的第三连接 部, 自第三连接部向内延伸的第三弯折部; 所述的第四抵挡边包括自横 向龙骨边缘向单元格方向延伸的第四连接部, 自第四连接部向内延伸的 第四弯折部。
