Therefore, it is not necessary to arrange the fixing members 10 in the position which is most similar to the theoretic position, due to the obstruction which could result with the crossbars 3 of the cross support 2.
  • the connection head 31 of the arms 30 is adequately bridge-shaped, in order to define a channel in correspondence with the above-mentioned uninterrupted slot 8.
  • the head of the screw members 13 for blocking the fixing members 10 of the couplings 9 can, in fact, be housed inside the above-mentioned channel of the bridge-shaped head 31 (see in particular fig. 7 ).
  • the metal cage According to the diametric dimensions of the metal cage to realize, also in this case, it is provided for selecting the most suitable circular support 6 in the series of available supports.
  • Such support 6 is fixed concentrically to the swivelling member 20 of the machine, through the arms 30 of the cross member 2 externally protruding from the same support 6. It is then provided for fastening the couplings 9 to the circular support 6 through respective fixing members 10, as previously described.
  • Such different embodiment of the claimed support device has the advantage of releasing the central area of the swivelling member of the machine from the encumbrance of the intersection of the arms 3 of the cross member 2 previously described.

Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Halterung von Längsstangen in Befestigungspositionen, die dazu geeignet ist, in Maschinen eingesetzt zu werden, um Metallkörbe ausgehend von Längsstangen herzustellen, die entsprechend einem zuvor festgelegten, geometrischen Profil angeordnet und mithilfe von mindestens einem Metalldraht einteilig gemacht werden, der durch die Kombination aus einer Drehbewegung um eine mit der Achse des entstehenden Korbes zusammenfallenden Achse und einer Verschiebungsbewegung spiralförmig um die Stangen gewickelt wird, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Kreuzelement (2), das dazu geeignet ist, abnehmbar an einem drehbaren Organ (20) der Maschine befestigt zu werden;
    - eine Halterung (6), die ein im Wesentlichen kreisbogenförmiges Profil (8) aufweist, wobei die Halterung (6) dem Kreuzelement (2) zugeordnet ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - das kreisbogenförmige Profil (8) der Halterung (6) im Wesentlichen ein Kreisbogenschlitz (8) ist;
    - die Vorrichtung außerdem mehrere Muffen (9) umfasst, die dazu geeignet sind, die Längsstangen aufzunehmen und in einstellbaren Positionen in Übereinstimmung mit dem Kreisbogenschlitz (8) der Halterungen (6) befestigt zu werden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (6) eine runde Form besitzt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die runde Halterung (6) aus einem Paar konzentrischer Ringe (61) gebildet wird, die dazu dienen, einen ununterbrochenen Kreisbogenschlitz (8) zu definieren.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Reihe von Halterungen (6) mit unterschiedlichen Diametralabmessungen umfasst, die dazu geeignet sind, wahlweise konzentrisch an dem drehbaren Organ (20) der Maschine durch das Kreuzelement (2) befestigt zu werden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kreuzelement (2) aus mindestens einem Querträger (3, 30) besteht, um die Halterung (6) auf einer Ebene rechtwinklig zur Achse des entstehenden Korbes zu verbinden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kreuzelement (2) aus mehreren Armen (30) besteht, die starr an jeder runden Halterung (6) auf einer Ebene rechtwinklig zur Achse des entstehenden Korbes befestigt sind und aus der runden Halterung (6) nach außen überstehen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (30) je nach den Diametralabmessungen der runden Halterung (6) unterschiedlich lang sind, damit der Außendurchmesser der Halterungsvorrichtung (1) gleich bleibt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (30) an einem Ende mit einem brückenförmigen Kopf (31) für die Verbindung mit der runden Halterung (6) versehen sind, um einen Kanal in Übereinstimmung mit dem Kreisbogenschlitz (8) der runden Halterung (6) zu definieren, um die Anbringung der Organe zur Befestigung (10) der Muffen (9) ebenfalls in Übereinstimmung mit den Verbindungsbereichen der Arme (30) des Kreuzelementes (2) zu ermöglichen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muffen (9) dazu geeignet sind, in einer sowohl auf dem Kreisbogen, als auch auf dem Radius einstellbaren Position hieran befestigt zu werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muffen (9) dazu geeignet sind, an dem Kreisbogenschlitz (8) der Halterungen (6) mittels entsprechender Organe (10) mit Radialschlitz (12) zur Befestigung an der Achse des entstehenden Korbes während des Gebrauchs befestigt zu werden, um die Einstellung der radialen Position der Längsstangen auf der Halterungsvorrichtung (1) zu ermöglichen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsorgane (10) dazu geeignet sind, an den Halterungen (6) mittels Schraubenorganen (13) befestigt zu werden, die einen prismenförmigen Anteil (14) besitzen, mit dem sie in die Schlitze (12) eingreifen, um eine Drehung der Befestigungsorgane (10) zu verhindern.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsorgane (10) dazu geeignet sind, radial sowohl zum Äußeren, als auch zum Inneren der Halterungen (6) hin angebracht zu werden.
  13. Verfahren zur Anwendung der Halterungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch das
    a. Festlegen der Kreisbogenspositionen der Längsstangen mithilfe von elektronischen Steuermitteln, die je nach der Anzahl der Längsstangen entsprechend dem zuvor festgelegten geometrischen Profil anzuordnen sind;
    b. Anbringen einer Reihe von Organen zur Befestigung (10) der Muffen (9) mit einem Radialschlitz (12) während des Gebrauchs an der Achse des entstehenden Korbes, und zwar eines nach dem anderen, in geordneter Reihenfolge entlang des Kreisbogenschlitzes (8), wobei die Schablone jeweils in die von den elektronischen Steuermitteln bezogen auf einen fixen Bezugspunkt festgelegten Positionen gebracht wird;
    c. jeweiliges Positionieren der Muffen (9) im Radialschlitz (12) der Befestigungsorgane (10);
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch die weitere Phase des d. Einstellens der radialen Position der Muffen (9) bezüglich der Achse des entstehenden Korbes mithilfe eines Anschlags oder eines metrischen Bezugs.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch die weitere Phase des d. Einstellens der radialen Position der Muffen (9) bezüglich der Achse des entstehenden Korbes mithilfe eines Anschlags oder eines metrischen Bezugs, der an dem fixen Bezugspunkt angebracht ist.
