Claims (7)

  1. Serrure à mortaise (10) comprenant un boîtier de serrure, un fouillot extérieur situé à l'extérieur pour une poignée extérieure (26), un fouillot intérieur (24) situé à l'intérieur pour une poignée intérieure ainsi qu'une partie centrale de fouillot (46) qui est située entre ledit fouillot extérieur et ledit fouillot intérieur (24) et qui, selon la position d'un levier de commande (34) sollicité par le panneton d'un cylindre de serrure associé ou d'un pêne (16) ainsi que d'un élément de couplage (50) sollicité par le levier de commande (34), est embrayée avec ou bien désembrayée de ladite poignée extérieure (26), ledit levier de commande (34) présentant une surface de contact (52) qui est apte à être déplacée en direction de l'axe de poignée (20) et qui, entre une position d'embrayage et une position de désembrayage du levier de commande (34), passe sur une zone adjacente à ladite partie centrale de fouillot (46), et dans cette zone étant situé ledit élément de couplage (50) qui est déplaçable par rapport au levier de commande (34) et qui fait saillie pour l'essentiel radialement au-delà de ladite partie centrale de fouillot (46) dans la zone de rotation d'un entraîneur (54) du fouillot extérieur, la surface de contact (52) du levier de commande (34) présentant un contour pour l'essentiel concentrique par rapport à l'axe de poignée (20), sur lequel, en position embrayée du levier de commande (34), ledit élément de couplage (50) glisse en restant en prise avec le fouillot extérieur à chaque angle de rotation de la partie centrale de fouillot (46), caractérisée par le fait que ledit levier de commande (34) présente une première partie de levier (38) proche du fouillot et une deuxième partie de levier (36) éloignée du fouillot et qu'un ressort de pression (44) est disposé entre lesdites deux parties de levier (36 et 38).
  2. Serrure à mortaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les deux parties de levier (36 et 38) sont logées de manière à être déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  3. Serrure à mortaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que ledit ressort de pression (44) écarte les deux parties de levier (36 et 38) l'une de l'autre.
  4. Serrure à mortaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les deux parties de levier (36 et 38) présentent des évidements en C sur les faces latérales longitudinales de leurs extrémités (40 et 42) montrant l'une vers l'autre.
  5. Serrure à mortaise selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que les ouvertures des évidements en C montrent l'une vers l'autre et que les évidements en C sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction de translation du levier de commande (36 et 38).
  6. Serrure à mortaise selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée par le fait que les ouvertures des évidements en C s'engagent l'une dans l'autre.
  7. Serrure à mortaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que les évidements en C présentent chacun un tenon de réception et que les tenons de réception sont orientés coaxialement et montrent l'un vers l'autre et forment des paliers de logement pour un ressort de pression (44) disposé entre les deux parties de levier (36 et 38).
