Claims (5)

  1. Pedale für ein Kraftfahrzeug, wobei die Pedale mit einem Mechanismus zum Entriegeln versehen sind, mit
    mindestens einem Pedal (2) und einer verbindenden Stütze (3),
    wobei das Pedal anpassbar gelenkig ist, sodass es sich in Bezug auf die verbindende Stütze (3) dreht,
    wobei die verbindende Stütze mit der vorderen Wand einer Platte (P) zum Trennen des Fahrgastraums vom Motorraum verbindbar ist,
    wobei der Entriegelungsmechanismus ferner eine an der Stütze (3) befestigte, verbindende Pratze (4) aufweist,
    wobei die Pratze (4) in einem Stück an einem Rahmenquerträger (B) des Kraftfahrzeugs befestigbar ist, sodass es während einer relativen Bewegung zwischen dem Querträger und der Platte infolge eines im Wesentlichen frontalen Aufpralls des Kraftfahrzeugs zwischen dem Querträger und der Stütze selbst zu einer relativen Bewegung eines vorgegebenen Maßes, welches die Entriegelung des Pedals (2) aus der Stütze (3) bestimmt, kommen kann,
    wobei das Pedal an seinem oberen Ende mit einer Durchführung (21) und einem darin gleitenden Gelenkstift (41) versehen ist, der in ein Paar auf der Stütze (3) erhaltener, gegenüberliegender Sitze (31) einsetzbar ist,
    einem Paar gegenüberliegender Anschlaghebel (42), die den Gelenkstift in den Sitzen (31) halten,
    Stiften (43), welche die gegenüberliegenden Anschlaghebel (42) an der Stütze (3) festhalten,
    wobei die Anschlaghebel (42) sich um die Achse der Stifte (43) drehen können,
    einer Gabel (44), die in geeignete Vertiefungen (45) der Anschlaghebel greifen, um die Hebel (42) selbst in einer geschlossenen Stellung zu halten, sodass das Pedal an der Stütze (3) festgehalten wird, und
    einem Haken (32), der die Gabel (44) in einer fixierten Stellung an der Stütze hält,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Pratze (4) einen keilförmigen Abschnitt (49) zum Einsetzen in die Stütze (3) und zum Einsetzen unter den mittleren Abschnitt der Gabel (44), indem sie im Moment eines Frontalaufpralls, der die Drehung (F) in Richtung des unteren Abschnitts von ihnen bestimmt, vom Haken (32) und von den Hebeln (42) gelöst wird, aufweist.
  2. Pedale nach Anspruch 1, wobei die relative Bewegung zwischen der Pratze (4) und der Stütze (3) durch ein Paar in der Pratze hergestellter Vertiefungen (46), versehen mit Sitzen zum Aufnehmen des Kopfes von Schrauben oder von Stiften oder gleichwertigen Befestigungsmitteln (47), die ihrerseits die Stütze (3) fixieren, erhalten wird.
  3. Pedale nach Anspruch 1, wobei das vorgegebene Maß gleich der Größe der Vertiefungen ist.
  4. Pedale nach Anspruch 1, wobei der mittlere Abschnitt der Gabel die Form eines umgedrehten U hat.
  5. Pedale nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Pratze (4) mindestens eine mit einem entsprechenden Vorsprung (33) der Stütze zusammenwirkende Führung (48), die eine bevorzugte Richtung der relativen Bewegung zwischen ihr und der Stütze selbst bestimmt, aufweist.
