Claims (8)
- Schwenkarmeinheit für eine Seitentür eines Fahrzeugs, dafür konfiguriert, eine Seitentür eines Fahrzeugs zu tragen und zu ermöglichen, dass die Seitentür in Bezug auf einen Fahrzeugsaufbau nach außen und nach hinten von einer geschlossenen Stellung zu einer offenen Stellung und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung von der offenen Stellung zu der geschlossenen Stellung schwenkt, wobei die Schwenkarmeinheit (1) Folgendes umfasst:- eine erste Anbringungskonsole (10), die mit einer Türsäule eines Fahrzeugs zu verbinden ist,- eine zweite Anbringungskonsole (20), die mit einer Seitentür eines Fahrzeugs zu verbinden ist,- einen Schwenkarm (30), der sich zwischen der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) und der zweiten Anbringungskonsole (20) erstreckt, wobei der Schwenkarm (30) durch ein erstes Gelenk (11) mit der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) verbunden ist, so dass er im Verhältnis zu der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) um eine erste Schwenkachse (A1) schwenkbar ist, und die zweite Anbringungskonsole (20) durch ein zweites Gelenk (21) mit dem Schwenkarm (30) verbunden ist, so dass sie im Verhältnis zu dem Schwenkarm (30) um eine zweite Schwenkachse (A2), die sich parallel zu der ersten Schwenkachse (A1) erstreckt, schwenkbar ist, und- einen Elektromotor (33), um den Schwenkarm (30) im Verhältnis zu der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) um die erste Schwenkachse (A1) zu schwenken, wobei- die Schwenkarmeinheit (1) ein Untersetzungsgetriebesystem (40) umfasst, das dafür konfiguriert ist, zwischen dem Motor (33) und dem ersten Gelenk (11) zu wirken, und durch das der Motor (33) dazu in der Lage ist, den Schwenkarm (30) im Verhältnis zu der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) um die erste Schwenkachse (A1) zu schwenken,- der Motor (33) und das Getriebesystem (40) so an dem Schwenkarm (30) angebracht sind, dass sie durch den Schwenkarm getragen werden und sich zusammen mit dem Schwenkarm bewegen, wenn der Schwenkarm im Verhältnis zu der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) um die erste Schwenkachse (A1) geschwenkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass das erste Gelenk (11) einen Drehzapfen (14) umfasst, der nicht-drehbar mit der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) verbunden ist,- dass das Untersetzungsgetriebesystem (40) ein Getriebeelement (41) umfasst, das nicht-drehbar mit dem Drehzapfen (14) verbunden ist,- dass das Getriebesystem (40) einen Satz von Zahnrädern umfasst, die zwischen dem Motor (33) und dem Getriebeelement (41) wirken, und- dass das Getriebesystem (40) in einem Innenraum des Schwenkarms (30) angebracht ist.
- Schwenkarmeinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass das erste Gelenk (11) einen ersten Drehzapfen (14) umfasst, der nicht-drehbar mit der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) verbunden ist,- dass das zweite Gelenk (21) einen zweiten Drehzapfen (24) umfasst, der nicht-drehbar mit der zweiten Anbringungskonsole (20) verbunden ist,- dass ein erstes Kettenrad (18) nicht-drehbar mit dem ersten Drehzapfen (14) verbunden ist und- dass ein zweites Kettenrad (28) nicht-drehbar mit dem zweiten Drehzapfen (24) verbunden ist und- dass ein flexibles Übertragungselement (37) in der Form einer Gelenkkette oder eines Riemens um das erste und das zweite Kettenrad (18, 28) läuft und wirksam mit denselben verbunden ist, um die zweite Anbringungskonsole (20) dazu zu veranlassen, im Verhältnis zu dem Schwenkarm (30) um die zweite Schwenkachse (A2) zu schwenken, wenn der Schwenkarm (30) im Verhältnis zu der ersten Anbringungskonsole (10) um die erste Schwenkachse (A1) geschwenkt wird.
- Schwenkarmeinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettenräder (18, 28) und das flexible Übertragungselement (37) in einem Innenraum des Schwenkarms (30) angeordnet sind.
- Schwenkarmeinheit nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Kettenrad (18) einen größeren Durchmesser hat als das zweite Kettenrad (28).
- Schwenkarmeinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass der Schwenkarm (30) eine erste Seite (31), die dafür vorgesehen ist, von der Seitentür weg zu zeigen, wenn sich die Seitentür in der geschlossenen Stellung befindet, und eine gegenüberliegende zweite Seite (32), die dafür vorgesehen ist, der Seitentür gegenüberzuliegen, wenn sich die Seitentür in der geschlossenen Stellung befindet, hat,- dass sich das Übertragungselement (37) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Kettenrad (18, 28) in einer ersten Bahn (P1), die der ersten Seite (31) des Schwenkarms gegenüberliegt, und in einer zweiten Bahn (P2), die der zweiten Seite (32) des Schwenkarms gegenüberliegt, erstreckt, und- dass derjenige Teil des Übertragungselements (37), der sich längs der ersten Bahn (P1) erstreckt, gegen die Wirkung einer Federkraft elastisch ausgedehnt werden kann.
- Schwenkarmeinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an demjenigen Teil des Übertragungselements (37), der sich längs der ersten Bahn (P1) erstreckt, ein Federelement (38) bereitgestellt wird, um so die Federkraft breitzustellen.
- Schwenkarmeinheit nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkarm (30), gesehen in einer Draufsicht, eine gekrümmte Form hat, wobei die erste Seite (31) des Schwenkarms im Wesentlichen konvex ist und die zweite Seite (32) des Schwenkarms im Wesentlichen konkav ist.
- Auto, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auto eine hintere Seitentür (2) umfasst, die mit Hilfe einer Schwenkarmeinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 an einer C-Säule (4) des Fahrzeugaufbaus angebracht ist.
