Claims (22)

  1. Kapsel für einen Flaschenverschluss, die aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Segmenten ausgebildet ist, die beim ersten Öffnen des Verschlusses durch einen Aufreißvorgang getrennt werden können:
    - ein erstes unteres Segment in Form eines äußeren Flansches (6.5), das nach dem Aufreißen mit einer Flasche (1) verbunden bleiben soll; und
    - ein zweites oberes Segment, das durch den Aufreißvorgang abgenommen werden kann und nicht direkt mit der Flasche verbunden ist,
    wobei das erste untere Segment der Kapsel (6) Verbindungsmittel (6.1) aufweist, mittels welchen es entweder mit einem Gießelement (3) der Flasche (1) oder direkt mit der Flasche (1) verbunden werden kann und welche einen axialen Halt in beide Richtungen bereitstellen, mit der Möglichkeit, nach dem Aufreißvorgang mit dem Gießelement (3) oder der Flasche (1) verbunden zu bleiben; und das zweite obere Segment der Kapsel (6) an der Seitenwand derselben (6) einen durch zwei Schwächelinien (6.2) festgelegten Aufreißstreifen (6.3) hat, wobei diese Schwächelinien (6.2) oberhalb - in axialer Richtung - der Verbindungsmittel (6.1), die das untere Segment der Kapsel (6) und das Gießelement (3) verbinden, angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche der Wand an der Schwächelinie zwischen dem Streifen und dem Endabschnitt des oberen Segments mit einer oder mehreren Rippen (6.7) versehen ist, die eine Dicke bereitstellen, die größer ist als die der Seitenwand, an welcher sie angeordnet sind, so dass sie nach dem Aufreißen eine Verbindung zwischen dem Aufreißstreifen (6.3) und dem Endabschnitt (6.6) des oberen Segments der Kapsel aufrechterhalten.
  2. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Aufreißvorgang das obere Segment und das untere Segment der Kapsel durch die untere Schwächelinie (6.2) getrennt werden können.
  3. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel zwischen dem ersten unteren Segment der Kapsel (6) und dem Gießelement (3) aus einer an einer Innenfläche der Kapsel (6) angeordneten Umfangslippe (6.1) gebildet sind, die ausgelegt ist, in einer äußeren Umfangsrille (3.2) des Gießelements (3) oder der Flasche aufgenommen zu werden.
  4. Kapsel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Halt in Aufwärtsrichtung, bezüglich der Position der Flasche (1) erzielt wird durch das Vorhandensein einer oberen Ebene (6.1.1) in der Umfangslippe (6.1).
  5. Kapsel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Halt in Abwärtsrichtung, bezüglich der Position der Flasche (1) erzielt wird durch das Vorhandensein einer unteren Ebene (6.1.1) in der Umfangslippe (6.1).
  6. Kapsel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Ebene (6.1.2) geneigt ist, um das Anbringen der Kapsel (6) an das Gießelement (3) zu erleichtern.
  7. Kapsel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangslippe (6.1) der Kapsel (6) aus Segmenten entlang des Innenumfangs gebildet sein kann.
  8. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächelinien (6.2), die den Aufreißstreifen (6.3) festlegen, im Wesentlichen parallel sind und sich entlang des Umfangs des oberen Segments der Kapsel (6) erstrecken.
  9. Kapsel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wurzel des Aufreißstreifens (6.3) mit einem sich schräg zum Endabschnitt (6.6) des oberen Segments der Kapsel (6) hin erstreckenden Segment (6.3.2) versehen ist.
  10. Kapsel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächelinien (6.2) mindestens zwei aufeinanderfolgende Sektoren aufweisen, so dass mindestens zwei Sektoren (6.3.3, 6.3.4) in dem Aufreißstreifen (6.3) festgelegt sind.
  11. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1 bzw. 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (6.3) bzw. die Sektoren (6.3.3, 6.3.4) des Aufreißstreifens (6.3) an ihrem Ende eine Greiflasche (6.3.1) aufweisen.
  12. Kapsel nach Anspruch 8 bzw. 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wurzel des Aufreißstreifens (6.3) bzw. mindestens eines der Sektoren (6.3.3, 6.3.4) des Aufreißstreifens (6.3) mit der einen oder den mehreren Rippen versehen ist.
  13. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (6.6) des oberen Segments der Kapsel an seiner Oberseite eine Öffnung (6.6.1) aufweist, die einen visuellen Zugang zu dem oberen Teil der Kapsel (5) bereitstellt.
  14. Flaschenverschluss mit einer Kapsel (6) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche sowie mit:
    - ein am Hals der Flasche (1) anzuordnendes Gießelement (3),
    - einer Kappe (5), die an dem Gießelement (3) angebracht werden kann, um einen dichten Verschluss bereitzustellen,
    wobei die Kapsel (6) angeordnet ist, um die aus dem Gießelement (3) und der Kappe (5) gebildeten Anordnung in einer solchen Konfiguration zu bedecken, dass
    - das untere Segment der Kapsel (6) eine dauerhafte Verbindung mit dem Gießelement (3) herstellt, das heißt, die Verbindung nach dem Aufreißvorgang bestehen bleibt; und
    - das obere Segment der Kapsel (6) vor und nach dem Aufreißvorgang keine Verbindungen mit dem Gießelement (3) hat.
  15. Verschluss nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gießelement (3) in den Mund der Flasche (1) integriert ist.
  16. Verschluss nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Segment der Kapsel (6), das durch den Aufreißvorgang abgenommen werden kann, eine solche Konfiguration bezüglich des Rests der Verschlussanordnung aufweist, dass nach dem Aufreißvorgang die Kappe (5) freiliegt.
  17. Verschluss nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gießelement (3) mit einem Flansch (3.1) versehen ist, der den Hals der Flasche (1) außen bedeckt.
  18. Verschluss nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Flansch (6.5) der Kapsel (6) den Flansch (3.1) des Gießelements (3) bedeckt.
  19. Verschluss nach Anspruch 14 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (5) durch ein Gewinde (3.3, 5.1) mit dem Gießelement (3) verbunden ist.
  20. Verschluss nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innere des Gießelements (3) ein Ventil (4) aufweist, um das betrügerische Wiederauffüllen der Flasche (1) zu verhindern.
  21. Verschluss nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel die zusätzlichen Merkmale von Anspruch 3 aufweist und das Gießelement (3) eine Außenumfangsrille (3.2) aufweist, um die Kapsel (6) mit ihrer Umfangslippe anzubringen.
  22. Verschluss nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsrille (3.2) des Gießelements (3) eine bezüglich der Umfangslippe (6.1) der Kapsel (6) komplementäre Konfiguration aufweist.
