Abstract

Una chiusura di garanzia, la quale rende evidente in modo irreversibile l'avvenuta apertura, comprende un corpo cilindrico destinato ad essere associato ad una bottiglia, un tappo a cappuccio, un accoppiamento a filettatura tra il tappo a cappuccio e il corpo cilindrico per lo svitamento e l'avvitamento del tappo a cappuccio sul corpo cilindrico, una fascetta di garanzia, solidale al tappo a cappuccio tramite una linea di indebolimento, una pluralità di denti distribuiti attorno al corpo cilindrico e una corrispondente pluralità di camme distribuite attorno alla fascetta, ciascuna camma essendo disposta a monte di un rispettivo dente rispetto al senso di svitamento del tappo a cappuccio ed essendo interferente con il dente durante lo svitamento per essere spostata verso l'esterno, così da deformare localmente la fascetta secondo una sporgenza.
