Claims (13)

  1. Eine Kapsel für einen Verschluss von Flaschen, die durch zwei miteinander verbundene Bereiche gebildet wird, die nach einem Aufreißvorgang beim erstmaligen Öffnen des Verschlusses voneinander abtrennbar sind:
    • ein erster unterer Bereich in Form einer äußeren Manschette (6.5), die nach dem Aufreißen an der Flasche (1) angebracht verbleibt; und
    • ein zweiter oberer Bereich, der durch den Aufreißvorgang entfernbar ist, und so ausgestaltet ist, dass dieser keinen direkten Kontakt mit der Flasche hat;
    wobei der erste untere Bereich der Kapsel (6) Befestigungsmittel (6.1) aufweist, die geeignet sind an dem Ausgießer (3) der Flasche (1) angebracht zu verbleiben, um eine Axialsicherung in beide Richtungen zu vermitteln und mit der Eignung nach dem Aufreißvorgang an dem Ausgießer (3) angebracht zu verbleiben; und wobei der zweite obere Bereich der Kapsel (6) ein Aufreißband (6.3) an der seitlichen Wand der Kapsel (6) aufweist, das durch zwei Schwächungslinien (6.2) begrenzt ist, wobei diese Schwächungslinien (6.2) oberhalb der Befestigungsmittel (6.1) angeordnet sind, die den unteren Bereich der Kapsel (6) mit dem Ausgießer (3) verbinden; wobei die Schwächungslinien (6.2), die das Aufreißband (6.3) begrenzen, im Wesentlichen parallel sind und um den oberen Bereich der Kapsel (6) umfänglich verlaufen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufreißband (6.4) mindestens zwei Abschnitte (6.3.3, 6.3.4) umfasst derart, dass der Benutzer die Kapsel durch Zugriff auf irgend einen der Abschnitte (6.3.3, 6.3.4) öffnen kann, wobei die Abschnitte (6.3.3, 6.3.4) des Aufreißbandes (6.3) am Ende eine Aufreißlasche (6.3.1) aufweisen.
  2. Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei Abschnitte (6.3.3, 6.3.4) in gleichem Abstand vorliegen.
  3. Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächungslinien (6.2) nicht durchgehend über den ganzen Umfang der Kapsel verlaufen.
  4. Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Bereich und der untere Bereich der Kapsel (6) sich bei dem Aufreißvorgang an der unteren Schwächungslinie (6.2) voneinander trennen.
  5. Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsmechanismus zwischen dem ersten unteren Bereich der Kapsel (6) und dem Ausgießer (3) durch einen peripheren Vorsprung (6.1) gebildet ist, der an der inneren Oberfläche der seitlichen Wand der Kapsel (6) angeordnet ist, derart ausgestaltet, dass dieser in eine äußere umfängliche Nut (3.2) des Ausgießers (3) eingreift.
  6. Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der periphere Vorsprung (6.1) der Kapsel (6) durchgehend sein kann oder abschnittsweise über den inneren Umfang ausgebildet sein kann.
  7. Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis der Abschnitte (6.3.3, 6.3.4) des Aufreißbandes (6.3) einen Verbindungsabschnitt (6.4) aufweisen, der das Band (6.3) nach dem Aufreißvorgang mit dem Rest des oberen Bereiches der Kapsel (6) verbindet.
  8. Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (6.6) des oberen Bereiches der Kapsel eine obere Öffnung (6.6.1) aufweist, die die Sicht auf den oberen Teil des Deckels (5) erlaubt.
  9. Einen Verschluss für Flaschen enthaltend eine Kapsel (6) gemäß irgend einem der vorherigen Ansprüche sowie:
    • einen Ausgießer (3), der zum Anordnung auf dem Flaschenhals (1) ist,
    • einen Deckel (5), der geeignet ist, über dem Ausgießer (3) angebracht zu werden, um einen wasserdichten Verschluss zu ermöglichen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (6) die aus dem Ausgießer (3) und dem Deckel (5) gebildete Anordnung bedeckt und derart ausgestaltet ist, dass:
    • der untere Bereich der Kapsel (6) eine dauerhafte Verbindung mit dem Ausgießer (3) bildet, das heißt, dass er nach dem Aufreißvorgang befestigt bleibt; und
    • der obere Bereich der Kapsel (6) vor und nach dem Aufreißvorgang frei von Verbindungen mit dem Ausgießer (3) ist.
  10. Verschluss gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgießer (3) eine Manschette (3.1) aufweist, die den Hals der Flasche (1) außen bedeckt.
  11. Verschluss gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Manschette (6.5) der Kapsel (6) die Manschette (3.1) des Ausgießers (3) bedeckt.
  12. Verschluss gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innere des Ausgießers (3) ein Ventil (4) aufweist, um das betrügerische Wiederauffüllen der Flasche (1) zu verhindern.
