Claims (8)
- Double emballage pour une bouteille de boisson (2), avec un boîtier (1) comportant au moins un élément de paroi latérale (3) et un élément de fond (4), l'élément de paroi latérale (3) et l'élément de fond (4) étant une pièce unique formée par filage par technique d'extrusion,
caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de maintien/de fixation (8), situé dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (1) pour le soutien du fond de la bouteille de boisson (2) et se dressant verticalement vers le haut depuis l'élément de fond (4), est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier (1) pour la fixation de la bouteille de boisson (2), ledit élément de maintien/de fixation (8) étant une pièce formée avec l'élément de paroi latérale (3) et l'élément de fond (4) par filage par technique d'extrusion, et en ce qu'un espace vide est formé entre le fond de la bouteille et l'élément de fond (4) du boîtier (1), lequel peut en particulier être rempli de glace pour le refroidissement de la bouteille de boisson (2). - Double emballage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de refroidissement (6) est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier (1), ledit élément de refroidissement (6) étant une pièce formée avec l'élément de paroi latérale (3), l'élément de fond (4) et l'élément de maintien/de fixation (8) par filage par technique d'extrusion. - Double emballage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de paroi latérale (3), l'élément de fond (4) et/ou l'élément de maintien/de fixation (8) présentent une forme correspondant au moins à des parties de la bouteille de boisson (2). - Double emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) comporte un élément de couvercle (5) sur un côté opposé à l'élément de fond (3). - Double emballage selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couvercle (5) présente une forme correspond au moins à des parties de la bouteille de boisson (2) et/ou au moins une ouverture correspondant aux parties pour la réception d'un col de bouteille. - Double emballage selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de paroi latérale (3), l'élément de fond (4), l'élément de maintien/de fixation (8), l'élément de refroidissement (6) et/ou l'élément de couvercle (5) sont constitués du même matériau, ledit matériau étant une matière plastique ou un métal. - Procédé de fabrication d'un double emballage pour une bouteille de boisson (2) avec un boîtier (1), ledit boîtier (1) étant composé d'au moins un élément de paroi latérale (3) et un élément de fond (4),
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de paroi latérale (3) et l'élément de fond (4) sont produits ensemble en tant que pièce formée par filage par technique d'extrusion, au moins un élément de maintien/de fixation (8) situé dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (1) pour le soutien du fond de la bouteille de boisson (2) et se dressant verticalement vers le haut depuis l'élément de fond (4), étant produit à l'intérieur du boîtier (1) lors du processus d'extrusion, un espace vide étant formé entre le fond de la bouteille et l'élément de fond (4) du boîtier (1), lequel peut en particulier être rempli de glace pour le refroidissement de la bouteille de boisson (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de refroidissement (6) est produit à l'intérieur du boîtier (1) lors du processus d'extrusion.
