Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine im Patentanspruch 1 angegebene Anordnung und ein im Patentanspruch 5 angegebenes Verfahren zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten.
- Hörgeräte sind tragbare Hörvorrichtungen, die zur Versorgung von Schwerhörenden dienen. Um den zahlreichen individuellen Bedürfnissen entgegenzukommen, werden unterschiedliche Bauformen von Hörgeräten wie Hinter-dem-Ohr Hörgeräte, Hörgerät mit externem Hörer und In-dem-Ohr Hörgeräte, z.B. auch Concha-Hörgeräte oder Kanal-Hörgeräte bereitgestellt. Die beispielhaft aufgeführten Hörgeräte werden am Außenohr oder im Gehörgang getragen. Darüber hinaus stehen auf dem Markt aber auch Knochenleitungshörhilfen, implantierbare oder vibrotaktile Hörhilfen zur Verfügung. Dabei erfolgt die Stimulation des geschädigten Gehörs entweder mechanisch oder elektrisch.
- Hörgeräte besitzen prinzipiell als wesentliche Komponenten einen Eingangswandler, einen Verstärker und einen Ausgangswandler. Der Eingangswandler ist in der Regel ein Schallempfänger, z. B. ein Mikrofon, und/oder ein elektromagnetischer Empfänger, z. B. eine Induktionsspule. Der Ausgangswandler ist meist als elektroakustischer Wandler, z. B. Miniaturlautsprecher, oder als elektromechanischer Wandler, z. B. Knochenleitungshörer, realisiert. Der Verstärker ist üblicherweise in eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit integriert. Dieser prinzipielle Aufbau ist in
Figur 1 am Beispiel eines Hinter-dem-Ohr Hörgeräts 1 dargestellt. In ein Hörgerätegehäuse 2 zum Tragen hinter dem Ohr sind ein oder mehrere Mikrofone 3 zur Aufnahme des Schalls aus der Umgebung eingebaut. Eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit 4, die ebenfalls in das Hörgerätegehäuse 2 integriert ist, verarbeitet die Mikrofonsignale und verstärkt sie. Das Ausgangssignal der Signalverarbeitungseinheit 4 wird an einen Lautsprecher bzw. Hörer 5 übertragen, der ein akustisches Signal ausgibt. Der Schall wird gegebenenfalls über einen nicht dargestellten Schallschlauch, der mit einer Otoplastik im Gehörgang fixiert ist, zum Trommelfell des Hörgeräteträgers übertragen. Die Energieversorgung des Hörgeräts 1 und insbesondere die der Signalverarbeitungseinheit 4 erfolgt durch eine ebenfalls ins Hörgerätegehäuse 2 integrierte Batterie 6. Mit Hilfe einer Sende-/Empfangsantenne 7 kann das Hörgerät 1 mit einer Fernbedienung oder zur binauralen Versorgung mit einem weiteren Hörgerät Daten drahtlos austauschen. - Bekannte Lösungen zur drahtlosen Datenkommunikation bei Hörgeräten basieren auf einer induktiven Übertragung bei niedrigen Frequenzen. Dabei muss der Sender im Hörgerät die Energie für ein moduliertes magnetisches Feld zur Verfügung stellen. Für höhere Datenübertragungen können elektromagnetische Über-tragungsverfahren mit höheren Frequenzen, beispielsweise Bluetooth, zum Einsatz kommen. Ihr Energiebedarf ist aber noch größer als bei rein induktiven Lösungen.
- Die Offenlegungsschrift
WO 2007/012790 A1 offenbart ein Informationsübertragungssystem mit einer Übertragungseinheit, die ein Audio-Empfangsignal und Informationsdaten empfängt und beide auf einen Hochfrequenzträger aufmoduliert. Das System umfasst des Weiteren eine Empfangseinheit, die das modulierte Signal empfängt und das Audiosignal und die Informationsdaten wiederherstellt. Beispielsweise kann so ein Schallsignal von einer Quelle zu einem Hörgerät übertragen werden. - Die Offenlegungsschrift
US 2007/274550 A1 offenbart eine drahtlose Datenübertragung zwischen einer Fernbedienung und einem Hörgerät. - Die Offenlegungsschrift
DE 10 2007 039 415 A1 offenbart einen RFID der seine Energie aus dem elektromagnetischen Wechselfeld eines Senders bezieht. - Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung eine Anordnung und ein dazugehöriges Verfahren zur energieeffizienten drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten anzugeben.
- Gemäß der Erfindung wird die gestellte Aufgabe mit der Anordnung zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1 und dem Verfahren zum drahtlosen Übertragen von Daten zwischen Hörgeräten des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 5 gelöst.
- Die Erfindung beansprucht eine Anordnung zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten mit einer externen Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1. Die Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, dass in einem Hörgerät für eine drahtlose Datenübertragung wenig bis gar keine zusätzliche Energie benötigt wird. Die Energie der Datenübertragung liefert das Trägersignal der externen Einheit.
- In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann das Trägersignal hochfrequent sein. Dadurch sind hohe Datenübertragungsreichweiten und Übertragungsraten erzielbar.
- In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann die Frequenz des Trägersignals im UHF-Bereich liegen.
- In einer Weiterbildung können der erste Transponder eine erste Antenne und der zweite Transponder eine zweite Antenne umfassen. Dadurch kann das Trägersignal empfangen und abgestrahlt bzw. rückgestreut werden.
- Außerdem kann die externe Einheit als Hörgeräte-Fernbedienung ausgebildet sein. Vorteilhaft daran ist die Mitbenutzung einer bereits vorhanden externen Einheit zur Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten.
- Die Erfindung beansprucht auch ein Verfahren zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten gemäß Anspruch 5.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Verfahrens kann das Trägersignal hochfrequent sein.
- In einer Weiterbildung des Verfahrens kann die Modulation des Trägersignals eine Amplitudenmodulation oder eine Phasenmodulation umfassen.
- Weitere Besonderheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung werden aus den nachfolgenden Erläuterungen eines Ausführungsbeispiels anhand einer schematischen Zeichnung ersichtlich.

Figur 2 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Anordnung in Form eines Blockschaltbilds. Am Kopf 10 eines Hörgeräteträgers sind ein erstes und ein zweites Hörgerät 11, 12 angeordnet. Das erste Hörgerät 11 umfasst einen ersten Transponder 13 mit einer ersten Antenne 17. Das zweite Hörgerät 12 umfasst einen zweiten Transponder 13 mit einer zweiten Antenne 17. Eine externe Einheit 15, beispielsweise eine Hörgeräte-Fernbedienung, umfasst eine UHF-Sendeeinheit 16, die ein Trägersignal 20 im Bereich 856 bis 920 MHz aussendet. - Der erste Transponder 17 empfängt das Trägersignal 20, moduliert es mit den an das zweite Hörgerät 12 zu übertragenden Daten, und streut das derart modulierte Trägersignal 21 zurück bzw. vorwärts. Der zweite Transponder 14 empfängt das modulierte, rückgestreute bzw. vorwärtsgestreute Trägesignal 21, demoduliert es und kann so die übertragenen Daten empfangen. Die Modulation ist vorzugsweise eine Amplituden- oder Phasenmodulation.
- Da der zweite Transponder 18 das unmodulierte Trägersignal 20 auch auf direktem Weg empfängt, muss für eine verlässliche Übertragung der erste Transponder 13 das gestreute Signal 21 zusätzlich codieren.
- Der erste Transponder 13 umfasst eine erste Antenne 17 zum Empfangen des Trägersignals 20 und eine mit der ersten Antenne 17 verbundene, nicht dargestellte integrierte Schaltung. Der zweite Transponder 14 umfasst eine zweite Antenne 18 zum Empfangen des gestreuten und modulierten Trägersignals 21 und eine mit der zweiten Antenne 18 verbundene, nicht dargestellte integrierte Schaltung. Bevorzugt sind die Antennen 17 und 18 Planarantennen.
- Das Trägersignal 20 kann derart viel Energie an den ersten Transponder 13 übertragen, dass der erste Transponder 13 ausschließlich durch das Trägersignal 20 mit Betriebsleistung versorgt wird.
- Die Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, dass in dem ersten Hörgerät 11 für eine drahtlose Datenübertragung wenig bis gar keine zusätzliche Energie benötigt wird. Die Energie für die Versorgung des ersten Transponders 13 wird vom Trägersignal 20 der Fernbedienung 15 geliefert.
- Die Erläuterungen der
Figur 2 gelten selbstverständlich analog für eine Datenübertragung vom zweiten Hörgerät 12 zum ersten Hörgerät 11. -

Claims (7)
- Anordnung zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten (11, 12), welche- eine externe Einheit (15) umfasst, die ausgebildet ist, ein Trägersignal (20) zu erzeugen und zu senden, gekennzeichnet durch:- ein erstes Hörgerät (11) mit einem ersten Transponder (13), der ausgebildet ist, das unmodulierte Trägersignal (20) zu empfangen, mit zu übertragenden Daten zu modulieren und das so modulierte Trägersignal (21) rückzustreuen, und- ein zweites Hörgerät (12) mit einem zweiten Transponder (14), der ausgebildet ist, das vom ersten Transponder (13) rückgestreute und modulierte Trägersignal (21)zu empfangen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Frequenz des Trägersignals (20, 21) im UHF-Bereich liegt. - Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der erste Transponder (13) eine erste Antenne (17) und
der zweite Transponder (14) eine zweite Antenne (18) umfasst. - Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die externe Einheit (15) als Hörgeräte-Fernbedienung ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen Hörgeräten (11, 12),
durch:- Senden eines Trägersignals (20) durch eine externe Einheit (15), gekennzeichnet durch:- Empfangen des unmodulierten Trägersignals (20) durch ein erstes Hörgerät (11),- Modulieren des unmodulierten Trägersignals (20) mit zu übertragenden Daten durch das erste Hörgerät (11),- Rückstreuen des modulierten Trägersignals (21) durch das erste Hörgerät (11),- wobei das Trägersignal (20) durch einen ersten Transponder (13) im ersten Hörgerät (11) moduliert und rückgestreut wird, und- Empfangen des rückgestreuten und modulierten Trägersignals (21) durch ein zweites Hörgerät (12). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Frequenz des Trägersignals (20, 21) im UHF-Bereich liegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Modulation des Trägersignals (20) eine Amplitudenmodulation oder eine Phasenmodulation umfasst.
