Claims (10)

  1. Gemeinschafts-Landtransportfahrzeug für Reisende, zum Beispiel ein Reisebus oder Linienbus, wobei das Fahrzeug ein Chassis (C) aufweist, das einen Fahrgastraum (H) trägt, der von einer Karosserie (6) abgegrenzt ist, die ein Dach und einen Einschluss aus seitlichen Wänden (6a) aufweist, und durch einen Boden (7) in Bezug zu dem Erdboden in Höhe, wobei der Fahrgastraumboden (7) mit mindestens einer Treppenstruktur (8) verbunden ist, die gegenüber einer Tür (10) implantiert ist, die einen ersten seitlichen Durchgang (9) zum Betreten des Fahrgastraums (H) ausstattet, der in einer der Seitenwände der Karosserie (6a) eingerichtet ist, wobei das Fahrzeug mit Mitteln (15) zum Betreten des Fahrgastraums (H) für einen Benutzer im Rollstuhl ausgestattet ist, der einen zweiten seitlichen Durchgang (16) zum Betreten des Fahrgastraums (H) aufweist, der in einer der Seitenwände (6a) eingerichtet und mit einer dedizierten Tür (17) ausgestattet ist, und einer Hubplattform (18), die den Rollstuhl aufnehmen kann, die mit dem Chassis (C) über Mittel (21) zu ihrem Bedienen auf dem Niveau des zweiten seitlichen Durchgangs (16) verbunden ist,
    wobei sich die Hubplattform (18) in dem Fahrzeugfahrgastraum (H) befindet und die Bedienmittel (21) das vertikale Bewegen der Hubplattform (18) auf der Höhe und gegenüber des zweiten seitlichen Durchgangs (16) zwischen zwei Endhubpositionen sicherstellen:
    - eine Hochstellung, in der sich die Hubplattform (18) in der allgemeinen Ebene des Fahrgastraumfußbodens (7) derart erstreckt, dass eine komplementäre Öffnung (20), die in dem Fahrgastraumfußboden (7) eingerichtet ist, verschlossen wird, wobei die Plattform (18) daher einen festen Teil des Fahrgastraumfußbodens (7) bildet, und
    - eine Tiefstellung, in der sich die Hubplattform (18) unter der allgemeinen Ebene des Fahrgastraumfußbodens (7) und auf dem Niveau des unteren Rands (16b1) des zweiten seitlichen Durchgangs (16) derart befindet, dass der Zugang zu der Hubplattform (18) durch den Benutzer im Rollstuhl durch den zweiten seitlichen Durchgang (16) gestattet wird,
    wobei der Fahrgastraum (H) mit zwei Trennwandquerelementen (35) ausgestattet ist, die sich ausgehend von der Seitenwand (6a) der Karosserie (6), die an die Hubplattform (18) anschließt und die zu beiden Seiten der Öffnung (20) implantiert sind, die in dem Fahrgastraumfußboden (7) eingerichtet ist, erstrecken, wobei mindestens eines der Trennwandquerelemente (35) auf dem Niveau seines vertikalen Rands (35a) der seitlichen Wand (6a) der anschließenden Karosserie (6) entgegengesetzt, mit mindestens einem Organ (37) ausgestattet ist, das zwischen den Trennwandquerelementen (35) eine Barriere bilden kann, insbesondere, um den Zugang zu der Öffnung des Fahrgastraumfußbodens (20) zu verhindern oder wenigstens einzuschränken, wenn die dazugehörende Plattform (18) in Tiefstellung manövriert wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten gegenüber den Trennwandquerelementen (35) zumindest was die eine betrifft, mit mindestens einem Sessel mit rückklappbarer Sitzfläche (36) ausgestattet sind, wobei sich die Sitzfläche in aufgeklappter Position oberhalb der Hubplattform (18) erstreckt, und dass das oder die Organe, die die Barriere (37) bilden, des abnehmbaren Typs sind.
  2. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Organe (37), die eine abnehmbare Barriere bilden, aus Gurten mit Aufroller bestehen, die in Entfernung in Höhe voneinander liegen.
  3. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Organe (37), die eine abnehmbare Barriere bilden, aus wenigstens einer Schwenkbarriere bestehen, die den freien vertikalen Rand (35a) eines der Trennwandelemente (13) ausstatten.
  4. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Chassis (C) noch eine Frachtraumstruktur (2b) aufweist, die sich in einer Ebene erstreckt, die in Entfernung und unterhalb der Ebene des Fahrgastraumfußbodens (7) liegt, und dass sich die Hubplattform (18) auf dem Niveau der Ebene der Frachtraumstruktur (2b) platziert, wenn sie in Hochstellung manövriert wird.
  5. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienmittel (21) der Hubplattform (18) einerseits vertikale Schnecken (22) aufweisen, deren Enden (22a, 22b) auf Drehlager (23) montiert sind, die von dem Chassis (C) getragen werden, wobei die Schnecken (22) um ihre jeweiligen Achsen durch Mittel (24, 25) angetrieben werden, die ihre synchrone Drehung sicherstellen, und andererseits komplementäre Muttern (18a), die die Hubplattform (18) ausstatten und mit den Schnecken (22) zusammenwirken.
  6. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für die synchrone Drehung der Schnecken einerseits eine Zahnscheibe (24) aufweisen, die jede der Schnecken (22) auf der Seite eines ihrer Enden (22b) ausstatten, und andererseits einen einzigen Zahnriemen (25) aufweisen, der mit einer Antriebsmotorisierung (26) verbunden und eingerichtet ist, um mit jeder der Zahnscheiben (24) zusammenzuwirken.
  7. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienmittel (21) der Hubplattform (18) ein Kreuzsystem (41) aufweisen, das zwischen das Chassis (2) und die Hubplattform (18) eingefügt ist, wobei das Kreuzsystem (41) von den Mitteln des Typs Betätigungszylinder (42) gesteuert wird, das (die) mit einer Hydraulikzentrale (43) verbunden ist (sind).
  8. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsmittel (5) für den Benutzer im Rollstuhl in der Nähe des ersten seitlichen Durchgangs (9) mit Treppenstruktur (8) eingerichtet sind, und dass die Antriebsmotorisierung (26) oder die Hydraulikzentrale (43) direkt unter der Treppenstruktur (8) angeordnet ist.
  9. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einer Vorrichtung (38a) zur Haltestellenanfrage, die sich in dem Fahrgastraum, auf dem Niveau der Hubplattform (18) befindet und mit einer Vorrichtung (17a) zum Rufen des Fahrers, die auf der Außenseite der Tür (17) des zweiten seitlichen Durchgangs (16) eingerichtet ist, ausgestattet ist.
  10. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Durchgang (16) durch einen umfänglichen Rahmen in quadratischer oder wenigstens ungefähr quadratischer Form abgegrenzt ist, der einen unteren Rand (16b1) aufweist, der sich auf dem Niveau oder wenigstens ungefähr auf niveau der allgemeinen Ebene der Frachtraumstruktur (2b) befindet, und einen oberen Rand (16b2), der sich oberhalb des Fahrgastraumfußbodens (7) erstreckt, wobei der seitliche Durchgang (16) eine Höhe zwischen 1400 und 1600 mm und eine Breite zwischen 1000 und 1300 mm hat.
