    un relais d'activation extérieur (22) configuré de façon à ouvrir et à fermer une connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation (8) et la ligne de signal (16) de manière à fournir l'alimentation (7) entre la ligne de signal (16) et la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9) dans l'état fermé ; et
    une unité de commande intérieure (5) configurée de façon à ouvrir et à fermer la connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation (8) et la ligne de signal (16) en actionnant le relais d'activation extérieur (22) ; et
    l'unité de commande intérieure (5) étant configurée de façon à ouvrir la connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation (8) et la ligne de signal (16) dans un état de veille ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    l'unité intérieure comprend en outre une unité données système de réception d'alimentation (26) destinée à stocker des informations qui comprennent le fait que l'unité extérieure (3) est ou non du type qui permet une réduction de la consommation d'énergie dans l'état de veille, en tant qu'informations de possibilité d'une réduction de la consommation d'énergie dans un état de veille ;
    dans lequel l'unité de commande intérieure est configurée de façon à ne pas fermer la connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation (8) et la ligne de signal (16), lorsque l'unité extérieure n'est pas d'un type qui permet une réduction de la consommation d'énergie dans l'état de veille.
  2. Climatiseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'unité extérieure (3) comprend :
    un relais d'alimentation configuré de façon à ouvrir et à fermer une connexion de l'alimentation (7) fournie à l'unité extérieure (3) ; et
    une bobine de relais d'alimentation configurée de façon à fermer le relais d'alimentation d'énergie lorsque l'alimentation (7) est fournie entre la ligne de signal (16) et la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9).
  3. Climatiseur selon la revendication 2, dans lequel une pluralité d'unités intérieures (28, 29) sont prévues ;
    l'unité extérieure (3) est connectée à la pluralité d'unités intérieures (28, 29) par des câbles à trois âmes, chacun d'eux comprenant la ligne d'alimentation (8), la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9), et la ligne de signal (16) ; et
    la bobine de relais d'alimentation ferme le relais d'alimentation lorsque l'alimentation (7) est fournie entre la ligne de signal (16) et la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9) qui sont connectées à l'une quelconque de la pluralité d'unités intérieures (28, 29).
  4. Climatiseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'unité intérieure (2, 28, 29) comprend une unité circuit de communication intérieure (6) configurée de façon à exécuter des communications avec l'unité extérieure (3) par l'intermédiaire de la ligne de signal (16) et de la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9) ; et
    l'unité de commande intérieure (5) configurée de façon à fermer la connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation et la ligne de signal en actionnant le relais d'activation extérieur (22) pendant une durée prédéterminée lorsque la communication entre l'unité circuit de communication intérieure (6) et l'unité extérieure (3) n'est pas établie au début du fonctionnement.
  5. Climatiseur selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'unité extérieure (3) comprend :
    une unité circuit de communication extérieure (14) configurée de façon à exécuter des communications avec l'unité intérieure (2, 28, 29) par l'intermédiaire de la ligne de signal (16) et de la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9) ;
    un relais de coupure d'alimentation (21) configuré de façon à couper l'excitation de la bobine de relais d'alimentation ; et
    une unité de commande extérieure (15) configurée de façon à actionner le relais de coupure d'alimentation (21) ;
    le relais d'alimentation comprend :
    un relais extérieur (11) actionné par l'unité de commande extérieure(15) ; et
    un relais permettant d'empêcher un courant d'appel (19) connecté en parallèle avec le relais extérieur (11), et configuré de façon à être actionné par l'excitation de la bobine de relais d'alimentation ; et
    l'unité de commande extérieure (15) configurée de façon à actionner le relais extérieur (11) après qu'un point de contact du relais permettant d'empêcher un courant d'appel (19) ait été fermé par la fourniture de l'alimentation (7) entre la ligne de signal (16) et la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9), à ouvrir le point de contact en actionnant le relais de coupure d'alimentation (21) après avoir fermé le point de contact du relais extérieur (11), et à actionner l'unité circuit de communication extérieure (14) de façon à démarrer la communication avec l'unité intérieure (2, 28, 29).
  6. Climatiseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :
    l'unité données système de réception d'alimentation (26) est configurée de façon à stocker des informations destinées à identifier si l'unité extérieure (3) comprend ou non un relais d'alimentation ;
    et l'unité de commande intérieure (5) est configurée de façon à ne pas fermer la connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation et la ligne de signal en actionnant le relais d'activation extérieur (22) lorsque l'unité extérieure (3) ne dispose pas de relais d'alimentation.
  7. Climatiseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'unité intérieure (2) comprend :
    un relais de distribution d'alimentation intérieur (27) configuré de façon à ouvrir et à fermer une connexion entre l'alimentation (7) fournie à l'unité intérieure (2) et la ligne d'alimentation (8) ;
    dans lequel l'unité données système de réception d'alimentation (26) est adaptée de façon à stocker des informations destinées à déterminer à laquelle de l'unité extérieure (3) ou de l'unité intérieure (2) est fournie l'alimentation (7) ; et
    l'unité de commande intérieure (5) est configurée de façon à actionner le relais de distribution d'alimentation intérieur (27) sur la base des informations stockées au moins dans l'unité données système de réception d'alimentation (26), et à fournir l'alimentation (7) à partir de l'unité intérieure (2) à l'unité extérieure (3) par l'intermédiaire de la ligne d'alimentation (8) et de la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9).
  8. Climatiseur selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'unité données système de réception d'alimentation (26) est adaptée de façon à stocker des informations destinées à déterminer si l'unité extérieure (3) comprend ou non un relais d'alimentation ; et
    l'unité de commande intérieure (5) est configurée de façon à ne pas fermer la connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation et la ligne de signal en actionnant le relais d'activation extérieur (22) lorsque l'unité extérieure (3) ne dispose pas de relais d'alimentation.
  9. Climatiseur selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'unité extérieure (3) comprend :
    un relais d'alimentation configuré de façon à ouvrir et à fermer une connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation (8) et l'unité extérieure (3) ; et
    une bobine de relais d'alimentation configurée de façon à fermer le relais d'alimentation d'énergie lorsque l'énergie électrique (7) est fournie entre la ligne de signal (16) et la ligne de retour commun signal - alimentation (9) ;
    l'unité données système de réception d'alimentation (26) est adaptée de façon à stocker des informations destinées à déterminer si l'unité extérieure (3) comprend ou non un relais d'alimentation ; et
    l'unité de commande intérieure (5) est configurée de façon à fermer la connexion entre la ligne d'alimentation et la ligne de signal en actionnant le relais d'activation extérieur (22) lorsque l'unité extérieure (3) dispose d'un relais d'alimentation et lorsque l'alimentation (7) est fournie à l'unité intérieure.
