Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Auszugsvorrichtung für Schrankauszüge, insbesondere für Hochschrankauszüge, mit einem im Innenraum eines Schrankkorpus anzuordnenden vertikalen Rahmengestell 2 mit einer daran zu befestigenden Frontplatte oder dgl. und daran abzustützenden Aufnahmeböden, wobei das Rahmengestell aus einer in einem Innenraum des Schrankkorpus gelegenen Verwahrstellung in eine aus dem Schrankkorpus herausbewegte Auszugsstellung überführbar, an zumindest einem Halter 9 eines teleskopierbaren Auszugelementes 7 befestigbar ist. Um das Rahmengestell 2 möglichst werkzeuglos mit dem Auszugelement 7 verbinden und der Halter 9 mit dem Auszugelement 7 und/oder dem Rahmengestell 2 verrastbar ist. Um die Verrastverbindung sicher und montagefreundlich auszubilden, ist vorgesehen, dass zur Verrastung des Halters 9 mit dem Auszugselement 7 und/oder dem Rahmengestell 2 der Halter 9 ein Rastelement 10 aufweist, das im Verlaufe einer Montagebewegung des Rahmengestells 2 an dem Auszugselement 7 in eine Außerraststellung gehalten und bei Erreichen der Montageendstellung des Rahmengestells 2 an dem Auszugselement selbsttätig in seine Verraststellung überführbar ist. (Fig. 3).

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Auszugsvorrichtung für Schrankauszüge, insbesondere für Hochschrankauszüge in einer Ausbildung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Auszugsvorrichtungen herkömmlicher Bauart haben vertikal ausgerichtete Rahmengestelle, die über werkzeuggebundene Befestigungsmittel an dem Auszugselement zu befestigen sind. Dies erfordert bei der Montage eines Schrankauszuges eine entsprechende Anzahl von zeitintensiven Arbeitsschritten.
  • Eine Auszugsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der EP 1 567 032 B1 bekannt. Dort ist ein horizontal geführter Riegel verdeckt in einem Profil des Rahmengestells angeordnet, der im rückwärtigen Bereich des Schrankinneren von hinten her zugänglich ist und bei Einnahme der Endmontagestellung des Rahmengestells gegenüber dem teleskopierbaren Auszug das Rahmengestell verriegelt. Dies ist nicht praktikabel, da eine Entriegelung nur schwer durchzuführen ist. Die Verriegelung ist durch das Profil des Rahmengestells verdeckt, so dass auch im Falle einer Entriegelung nicht sichtbar ist, wann eine Entriegelungsstellung eingenommen wurde.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Auszugsvorrichtung für Schrankauszüge der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass das Rahmengestell sicher mit dem Auszugselement über den Halter zu verbinden ist, darüber hinaus jedoch auch die Möglichkeit zulässt, es wieder einfach zu entriegeln.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe zeichnet sich die Auszugsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale aus. Wesentliche weitere Ausgestaltungen sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 15 angegeben.
  • Dadurch, dass die Verriegelung und Sicherung des Halters mit entweder dem Auszugselement oder dem Rahmengestell ermöglicht ist, ist werkzeuglos das Rahmengestell mit dem Auszugselement zu verbinden. Dadurch kann der Halter entweder werkseitig am Rahmengestell oder an dem Auszugselement vormontiert sein, so dass das Rastmittel an voreingestellter definierter Stelle in eine entsprechende Gegenrast einrasten kann, das Befestigungsmittel lagefixiert ist und dabei einer horizontalen Gegenbewegung entgegengewirkt ist.
  • Das Rastelement ist bevorzugtermaßen im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet und rastet in eine Lochausnehmung im Rahmengestell oder dem Auszugselement ein. Dabei ist es bevorzugtermaßen einem Befestigungselement benachbart, das in eine schlüssellochartige Ausnehmung eintaucht mit einem erweiterten Bereich, in den ein Kopf des Befestigungselementes einzuführen ist. Danach ist das Rahmengestell entlang dem Befestigungselement innerhalb der schlüssellochartigen Ausnehmung zu bewegen und gelangt in den langlochartigen Bereich der Schlüssellochausnehmung. Hat es dort die Endstellung erreicht, liegt es am Ende des Langloches ein, so dass ein Zustand erreicht ist, in dem das Rastelement in eine entsprechende Lochausnehmung automatisch eintauchen kann. Zuvor hat das Rahmengestell oder das Auszugselement das Rastmittel in einer zurückversetzten Position gehalten, so dass es erst nach Überfahren der Lochausnehmung des Rastelements z.B. aufgrund einer Federbeaufschlagung die Verrastungsposition automatisch einnehmen kann.
  • Aufgrund der Anordnung des Befestigungselementes und der parallel dazu ausgerichteten Anordnung des Rastelementes kann das Rahmengestell große Kippmomente aufnehmen. Auch ein ungewolltes Entriegeln ist ausgeschlossen. Gleichwohl ist zu sehen, ob sich das Rastelement in der Rastposition befindet. Ein Entrasten bzw. Entriegeln kann sich im sichtbaren Bereich des Rahmengestells vollziehen an einer gut zugänglichen Stelle.
  • Es ist eine Kombination zwischen einer Schlüssellochausnehmung und einer Sicherung zur Lagefixierung innerhalb der Schlüssellochausnehmung vorgesehen, wobei die Schlüssellochausnehmung bevorzugtermaßen in einem insbesondere U-förmig ausgebildeten Rahmenprofil des Rahmengestells vorgesehen ist. Der Halter selbst kann blockförmig gestaltet sein, so dass er von dem U-Profilschenkel vollständig zu umgreifen ist, so dass das U-Profil des Rahmengestells den Halter im wesentlichen spielfrei umgreift.
  • Der Halter weist bevorzugtermaßen ein Befestigungsmittel auf, das einen pilzförmigen Kopf hat, also einen größeren Durchmesser als ein darunter gelegener Schaftbereich hat, an den sich wiederum ein erweiterter größerer Bereich anschließt mit einem Durchmesser, der noch größer ist als der pilzförmige Kopf und der die Abstützfläche für das Rahmengestell bildet. Da das Befestigungsmittel in das Rahmengestell oder das Auszugelement einschiebbar und damit höhenverstellbar ist, kann über dieses Befestigungselement eine Höheneinstellung erfolgen. Da das benachbarte Rastmittel federbelastet ist mit einem vorgesehenen Federweg, der die Höhenverstellung mitmachen kann, kann eine entsprechende Höhenverstellung sehr einfach durch eine Betätigung des Befestigungsmittels erfolgen, wonach auch bei unterschiedlichen Höheneinstellungen die Verrastungsmöglichkeit beibehalten ist.
  • Das Befestigungsmittel wird zunächst in den erweiterten Bereich der Schlüssellochausnehmung eintauchen, wonach dann das Vorrahmengestell horizontal zu verschieben ist. Danach taucht es in den eingeschnittenen Langlochbereich der Schlüssellochausnehmung ein, wodurch das Rahmengestell gegen eine vertikale Bewegung gesichert ist, da der waagerechte Schenkel des U-Profils in dem einschnürten Bereich gelegen und von dem pilzförmigen Kopf des Befestigungsmittels übergriffen und von der Abstützfläche untergriffen ist. Dadurch ist es an einer Bewegung in vertikaler Hinsicht gesichert. Sobald das Rahmengestell die Endposition erreicht hat, erfolgt automatisch die Verrastung. Dieses alles erfolgt werkzeuglos. Neben den mit dem Rastmittel versehenen Halter kann ein weiterer Halter vorgesehen sein, der ebenfalls eine zusätzliche Verrastung ermöglicht. In vielen Fällen reicht es jedoch aus, an diesem Halter nur das Befestigungsmittel vorzusehen, das in eine entsprechende Schlüsselausnehmung - wie vorbeschrieben - eintaucht, so dass das Rahmengestell dann auf zwei Haltern des Auszugselementes abzustützen ist.
  • Es versteht sich, dass umgekehrt an dem Auszugselement die entsprechenden Schlüssellochausnehmungen und Lochausnehmungen zur Verrastung vorgesehen sein können, wie dies vorstehend für das Rahmenprofil des Rahmensgestells beschrieben wurde.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus weiteren Unteransprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und der Zeichnung. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

  • In der Zeichnung sind grundsätzlich gleichwirkende Teile mit übereinstimmenden Bezugsziffern versehen.
  • In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Hochschrankes gezeigt, der als Apothekerschrank ausgebildet ist, wobei an einer vorderen vertikalen Längssäule 1 des allgemein mit 2 bezifferten Rahmengestells eine Frontplatte (F) oder dergleichen befestigt sein kann. An der vorderen Vertikalsäule 1 und der hinteren Vertikalsäule 3 können Tablare (T) oder dergleichen angebracht sein.
  • Das Rahmengestell 2 hat ein unteres, im wesentlichen U-förmiges Rahmenprofil 4, in das zwei schlüssellochartige Ausnehmungen 5 und eine Lochausnehmung 6 eingelassen sind. Das Rahmengestell 2 ist an einem Auszugelement 7, das vorliegend als Auszugsschiene ausgebildet ist, zu befestigen. Die schlüssellochartige Ausnehmung 5 hat, wie auch näher aus der Darstellung nach den Fig. 3 und 4 hervorgeht, einen erweiterten Lochbereich 5.1, an den sich ein eingeschnürter Langlochbereich 5.2 anschließt. In der montierten Stellung der Teile befinden sich die Befestigungsmittel 8, wie in Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellt, am Anschlagende des Langlochbereiches 5.2.
  • Die Befestigungsmittel 8 sind in allgemein mit 9 bezifferte Halter einzuschrauben und höhenverstellbar ausgebildet. Diese haben einen pilzförmigen Kopfbereich 8.1 und einen eingeschnürten Schaftbereich 8.2. Zusätzlich ist in dem Halter 9 ein vertikal ausgerichtetes Rastelemetn 10 befestigt, das einen Federbereich 10.1 aufweist. Dieser Federbereich 10.9 ist an den Haltern angebunden. Der Halter 9 seinerseits ist über ein Befestigungsmittel, beispielsweise ein Schraube 11 und einen Verdrehsicherungspin höhenverstellbar mit dem Auszugelement 7 verbunden.
  • Für eine Montage ist das U-förmige Profil 4, dessen Innenabmessung von der Breite her im wesentlichen der Breite des Halters entspricht, so dass dieses Profil 4 sicher und möglichst spielfrei den Halter 9 umgreift und sich an diesem seitlich abstützt, auf den an dem Auszugelement 7 vormontierten Halter 9 aufzusetzen, und zwar auf den Bereich 8.3, wo der eingeschürte Schaftbereich 8.2 unterhalb des pilzförmigen Kopfes 8.1 des Befestigungsmittels 8 endet. Auf diesen Kopf wird der Bereich 5.1 des Profils 4 des Rahmengestells 2 aufgesetzt (Fig 2) und dort abgestützt. Ist noch ein zweiter Halter 9 mit einem entsprechenden Befestigungsmittel 8 vorgesehen, wird das Rahmengestell 2 auf beide Befestigungsmittel aufgesetzt. Durch die horizontale Bewegung wird das Befestigungsmittel 8 in den Bereich des Langloches 5.2 verschoben. Das zuvor durch das U-förmige Profil 4 niedergedrückte Rastelement 10 gelangt dabei in den Bereich der Lochausnehmung 6. Sobald diese Position erreicht ist, drückt das Federende 10.1 das Rastmittel 10 in die Lochausnehmung 6, wonach das Rahmengestell 2 sicher mit dem Auszugelement 7 verbunden und gegen eine horizontale Bewegung gesichert ist. Dies erfolgt alles bei der Montage vor Ort werkzeuglos. Gegen eine vertikale Bewegung ist das Rahmengestell durch den pilzförmigen Kopf 8.1 und den erweiterten Bereich 8.3 des Befestigungsmittels 8 gesichert.
  • Die Fig. 5 und 6 veranschaulichen, dass es zur Befestigung des Rahmengestells 2 an dem Auszugelement 9 ausreichend ist, insgesamt nur ein Rastmittel 10 vorzusehen. Selbstverständlich kann an jedem Halter 9 ein Rastmittel vorgesehen sein.
  • Da die Halter werkseitig vormontiert sind, kann das Rahmengestell 2 nur in einer Position montiert und verrastet werden, so dass keine Fehlmontage möglich ist. Durch das Verrasten entsteht ein fester Höheneinstellungsanschlag nach unten. Zusätzlich können noch Verstellmittel für eine Höhenverstellung und eine Seitenfeineinstellung vorgesehen werden.

Claims (15)

  1. Auszugsvorrichtung für Schrankauszüge, insbesondere für Hochschrankauszüge, mit einem im Innenraum eines Schrankkorpus anzuordnenden, vertikalen Rahmengestell mit einer daran zu befestigenden Frontplatte oder dergleichen sowie mit daran abzustützenden Aufnahmeböden oder dergleichen, wobei das Rahmengestell (2) aus einer im Innenraum des Schrankkorpus gelegenen Verwahrstellung in eine aus dem Schrankkorpus heraus bewegte Auszugsstellung überführbar und an zumindest einem Halter (9) eines teleskopierbaren Auszugelementes befestigbar ist, wobei der Halter (9) zur Verbindung mit dem Auszugelement (7) und/oder dem Rahmengestell (2) mit einem Rastmittel versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastelement (10) einem Befestigungselement (8) zur Befestigung des Rahmengestells (2) und/oder Auszugelementes (7) am Halter (9) zugeordnet ist, wobei das Rastelement (10) im Verlaufe einer Montagebewegung des Rahmengestells (2) an dem Auszugselement (7) in eine Außerraststellung gehalten und bei Erreichen der Montageendstellung des Rahmengestells (2) an dem Auszugselement selbsttätig in seine Verraststellung überführbar ist, in der das Rastelement (10) die Position des Befestigungselementes sichert.
  2. Auszugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastelement (10) horizontal in einen vertikalen Schlüssellochbereich des Rahmengestells (2) selbsttätig einführbar ist.
  3. Auszugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastmittel vertikal ausgerichtet und in eine Lochausnehmung im Auszugselement (7) oder dem Rahmengestell (2) in der Endmontagestellung des Rahmengestells selbsttätig einführbar ist.
  4. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lochausnehmung (6) neben einer schlüssellochartigen Ausnehmung (5) im Rahmengestell (2) oder dem Auszugelement (7) vorgesehen ist, wobei in einem erweiterten Bereich (5.1) der Ausnehmung (5) ein Kopf (8.1) eines Befestigungselementes einführbar ist, welches zu Befestigungszwecken des Halters (9) an dem Rahmengestell (2) oder dem Auszugselement (7) mit einem eingeschnürten Schaftbereich (8.2) in den Langbereich (5.2) der Schlüssellochausnehmung einschiebbar ist, wonach der Kopf (8.1) des Befestigungselementes (8) das Rahmengestell (2) bzw. das Auszugselement (7) gegen eine Vertikalbewegung sichert und wobei der erweiterte Schaftbereich (8.3) im montierten Zustand das Rahmengestell (2) abstützt.
  5. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmengestell (2) über das Befestigungselement (8) und den erweiterten Schaftbereich (8.2) höhenverstellbar ist.
  6. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (8) das Rastmittel (10) und der Halter (9) als vormontierbare Baueinheit ausgebildet sind.
  7. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmengestell (2) ein U-förmiges, den Halter (9) übergreifendes Rahmenprofil aufweist.
  8. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Halter (9) für das Rahmengestell vorgesehen sind, wobei nur einer mit dem Rahmengestell (2) verrastet, beide Halter jedoch ein Befestigungselement (8) zur Sicherung gegen eine vertikale Bewegung des Rahmengestells (2) aufweisen.
  9. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (9) mit dem Auszugselement (7) verschraubt, verrastet oder vernietet ist.
  10. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (9) ein Rastelement (10) aufweist, das manuell zu entrasten ist.
  11. Auszugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastelement (10) eine bewegbare federbelastete Rastnase oder einen federbelasteten Rastzapfen aufweist.
  12. Auszugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federbelastete Rastnase oder der federbelastete Rastzapfen einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  13. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (9) einen Verdrehsicherungspin aufweist, der in eine Lochausnehmung in dem Auszugselement (7) oder dem Rahmengestell (2) eingreift.
  14. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastnase oder der Rastzapfen (10.2) das Auszugselement (7) durchgreift.
  15. Auszugsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (8) eine Ausdrehsicherung aufweist.
