Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Eine solche Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe ist aus der
DE 10 2006 017 301 A1 bekannt. Diese Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe besteht aus einem Pumpengehäuse und zwei auf diesem aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderköpfen, in welchen jeweils ein Pumpenkolben zur Verdichtung von unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff aus jeweils einem Niederdruckzulauf in jeweils einen Druckraum auf Hochdruck und zur Förderung des Kraftstoffs zu jeweils einem Hochdruckanschluss eines Hochdruckspeichers geführt ist. Die beiden Pumpenkolben sind über eine gemeinsame polygone Ausbildung einer Pumpennockenwelle betreibbar. Die zwei Pumpenzylinderköpfe sind derart auf dem Pumpengehäuse befestigt, dass die beiden Pumpenkolben in einem Winkel von 120° zueinander liegen. Allgemein ist es bekannt bei Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpen eine Zumesseinheit zur Versorgung der Niederdruckzuläufe zu den Pumpenkolben vorzusehen, jedoch ist eine solche Zumesseinheit bei der Hochdruckkrafftstoffpumpe gemäß der
DE 10 2006 017 301 A1 nicht vorhanden. - Die erfindungsgemäße Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe mit den Merkmalen gemäß Anspruch 1 hat den Vorteil, dass die Zumesseinheit zur Versorgung der Niederdruckzuläufe in günstiger Lage und auf einfache Weise an der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe angeordnet ist.
- Das Pumpengehäuse der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe kann somit von einer Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe übernommen werden, die drei Pumpenkolben aufweist, wobei an der Stelle des entfallenden dritten Pumpenkolbens der Niederdruckblock mit der Zumesseinheit angeordnet ist.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung beträgt die Antriebsdrehzahl der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe bezüglich der Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine 2/3. Durch diese Maßnahme wird eine teilsynchrone Förderung der Pumpe bezüglich des Hochdruckspeichers der Brennkraftmaschine erreicht und somit deren Betrieb gewährleistet.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist in dem Niederdruckblock ein Niederdruckanschluss im 90°Winkel zu der Zumesseinheit angeordnet. Vorteilhaft ist hierbei, dass auch die Kraftstoffzuführung zu der Zumesseinheit sehr kompakt an der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe angeordnet ist.
- Weitere, die Erfindung verbessernde Maßnahmen werden nachstehend gemeinsam mit der Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels der Erfindung anhand einer Figur näher dargestellt.
- Die einzige Figur zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe, geschnitten in der Anordnungsebene der Pumpenkolben. Diese Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe besteht aus einem Pumpengehäuse 1, auf welchem in einem 120° Winkel zueinander die beiden Pumpenzylinderköpfe 2a und 2b angeordnet sind. In diesen beiden Pumpenzylinderköpfen 2a und 2b sind jeweils die Pumpenkolben 3a und 3b geführt, welche in der Mitte des Pumpengehäuses 1 mit einer gemeinsam polygonen Ausbildung 4 einer Pumpennockenwelle 5 in Kontakt stehen. In den Pumpenzylinderköpfen 2a und 2b werden zudem über Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b die Saugventile 7a und 7b der jeweiligen Pumpenkolben 3a und 3b mit unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff versorgt. Die Saugventile 7a und 7b befüllen wiederum die oberhalb der Pumpenkolben 3a und 3b angeordneten Druckräume 8a und 8b mit Kraftstoff. Auf der anderen Seite sind die Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b mit einer Ausnehmung 9 eines Niederdruckblocks 10 verbunden. Im Bereich der Ausnehmung 9 ist eine Zumesseinheit 11 angeordnet, welche mittels eines Niederdruckanschlusses 12 von einer nicht dargestellten Förderpumpe mit unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff versorgt wird und diesen dosiert, je nach Betriebspunkt der Brennkraftmaschine, an die Ausnehmung 9 und damit die Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b weiterleitet. Außerdem ist im Bereich der Druckräume 8a und 8b der Pumpenkolben 3a und 3b jeweils ein Hochdruckanschluss 13a und 13b angeordnet, welche mit einem nicht dargestellten Hochdruckspeicher in Verbindung stehen.
- Bei Betrieb der Brennkraftmaschine wird durch die rotatorische Bewegung der Pumpennockenwelle und der polygonen Ausbildung 4 eine translatorische Bewegung der Pumpenkolben 3a und 3b erzeugt, was dazu führt, dass über die Niederdruckzuläufe 6a und 6b und die Saugventile 7a und 7b Kraftstoff in die Druckräume 8a und 8b gesogen wird, dort auf Hochdruck verdichtet und zu den Hochdruckanschlüssen 13a und 13b befördert wird.
Claims (3)
- Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe zum Betrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine und bestehend aus einem Pumpengehäuse (1) und zwei auf diesem aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderköpfen (2a,2b), in welchen jeweils ein Pumpenkolben (3a,3b) zur Verdichtung von unter Niederdruck stehendem Kraftstoff aus jeweils einem Niederdruckzulauf (6a,6b) in jeweils einen Druckraum (8a,8b) auf Hochdruck und zur Förderung des Kraftstoffs zu jeweils einem Hochdruckanschluss (13a,13b) eines Hochdruckspeichers geführt ist, wobei die beiden Pumpenkolben (3a,3b) über eine gemeinsame polygone Ausbildung (4) einer Pumpennockenwelle (5) betreibbar sind und wobei die zwei Pumpenzylinderköpfe (2a,2b) derart auf dem Pumpengehäuse (1) befestigt sind, dass die beiden Pumpenkolben (3a,3b) in einem Winkel von 120° zueinander liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zumesseinheit (11) zur Versorgung der beiden Niederdruckzuläufe (6a,6b) in einem 120°-Winkel zu beiden Pumpenkolben (3a,3b) angeordnet ist und dass die Zumesseinheit (11) in einem Niederdruckblock (10) integriert ist, welcher auf das Pumpengehäuse (1) aufgesetzt ist und auf der Aufsatzfläche über eine Ausnehmung (9) verfügt, in welcher die beiden Niederdruckzuläufe (6a,6b) in einem Winkel größer als 90° zusammenlaufen.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Antriebsdrehzahl bezüglich der Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine 2/3 beträgt. - Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Niederdruckblock (10) ein Niederdruckanschluss (12) im 90°-Winkel zu der Zumesseinheit (11) angeordnet ist.
