Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sales display, as it is often referred to as a display or in the present case as a display system,
  • sales displays are regularly found in supermarkets, department stores, drugstores. Salesrooms of petrol stations, etc. Typically, they are used to display selected products in a prominent position next to regular store shelves. As products are all stackable handy products of such markets in question, especially Lebensmitel.
  • Sales displays of this type are known in many forms. The regular task is to provide a light, cost-effective and secure sales divider. This should also be aesthetically pleasing and products advertising effective and attentive.
  • the utility model DE 87 12 389 V (Schröter + Bake GmbH) discloses a display shelf with a rear wall, two side walls and several goods carriers. The utility model describes it as disadvantageous to use wood strips and wants to provide the display shelf exclusively from Kartonfaltzubalden available. The disclosed shelf seems to provide good access to the displayed goods from the front and also provides a forward facing serving as a billboard top wall, the access to goods from the side, however, is adjusted by the side walls Similarly, access to goods or even the View of goods made impossible from behind through the back wall.
  • the publication DE 19860305 A1 discloses a shelving system, which is similarly accessible only from the front. Access and view of the goods is prevented to the sides and to the rear by side walls and rear wall.
  • the application also wishes to avoid a high number of different materials built into the shelving system.
  • the aim is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly, stable and yet easy to build shelving system. In particular, the number of components is minimized.
  • the objective of adequate stability is paid for by limited access to the goods.
  • the utility model DE 298 100 53 U1 discloses a sales display, which is designed for shipping from as a folding element of contiguous wall parts.
  • the sales display should be sufficiently stable later in the assembled state to withstand shocks and strains, especially external influences by customers or shopping carts.
  • certain locking elements are proposed, which can be guided by special passages and secured in receiving spaces.
  • the product carriers of this sales stand are partially accessible from the side, but not accessible from the rear.
  • the Utility Model DE 200 18 744 U1 discloses a sales display of another type.
  • the shelves which serve as goods carriers, are held by at least two spaced side walls as a carrier.
  • the sales display can be transported folded and built up, for example, in the supermarket.
  • products would be from the front and from visible and removable at the back. For the sides, this is not true because of the side walls.
  • the publication JP2006129918 A discloses a sales display with a base, a central support member and goods carriers, each having a passage opening through which the support element is passed.
  • the central support element is a square profile, which is provided with slots on each side to hook support bars for carrying goods carriers can.
  • the present invention seeks to improve this state of the art by offering a reasonably priced, easily deployable and stable sales display. Moreover, the use of the salesman should be flexible, both in terms of the size of the goods offered as well as in terms of its delivery to the sales room with or without goods.
  • a sales stand with a base and a central support element, which includes a hollow body offered.
  • Many parts of the sales stand, or even all, can be made from cardboard materials.
  • Cardboard materials in the context of this invention are to be understood in particular as carton, corrugated board and pressed board. These materials can be single-ply or multi-ply, and then used again in a solid composite.
  • the use of materials such as metals, plastic and wood is also considered.
  • the base may be an integral part of the central support element in individual cases, but will often be a separate element. As a pedestal comes into consideration a hollow body (in the interior of which, however, compartments and reinforcing elements can be mounted).
  • the base may be cuboid.
  • the upper side of the base may have a passage opening for the passage of the central support element. A cuboid with such a passage opening can give the central support element in a particular case already sufficient support.
  • the sales display comprises a plurality of product carriers, typically three, four or five product carriers. In individual cases, only a single product carrier may be provided. These goods carriers can also be made available from the cardboard materials described. At their edges they can have devices which prevent the falling of goods. In goods carriers made of cardboard material, for example, punched out and erected retaining lugs come into question.
  • the goods carriers have passage openings through which the central support element is passed.
  • the goods carriers can usually be provided at different heights on the central support element.
  • support webs are provided which extend from the central support element and carry the goods carriers. At least two support bars should each carry a goods carrier.
  • the support webs may be made from the cardboard materials described, in particular, pressboard is suitable, but advantageously the support webs may also be made of an even less flexible material, such as wood, plastic or a metal.
  • Support bars can carry the goods carriers by mere resting. But there is also an additional connection with the goods carriers into consideration, such as by guiding in a groove in the goods carriers, or by mechanical fasteners or by gluing. It is considered that more than two support bars, for example, three or four support bars carry a goods carrier.
  • the hollow body which is covered by the central support member, in turn, comprises recesses and the support webs are guided by the recess and supported by this.
  • the hollow body may comprise opposite recesses (diametrically opposite one another in the case of a cylindrical hollow body), so that a support web can be passed through the hollow body.
  • a support bar can then offer opposite surfaces of the hollow body bearing surfaces for the goods carrier and carry the goods carrier so at least two points.
  • the support webs will usually rest on at least the lower edges of the recesses and be supported by them. However, it is also considered that the support webs have a snug fit in the recesses and are supported so completely by these recesses. This avoids tilting of the support webs.
  • the support webs are connected inside the hollow body. Just this connection in the interior of the hollow body in combination with the guide through the recesses ensures a high stability of the support of the goods carrier relative to the central support element.
  • connection of the support webs in the interior of the hollow body can be done in various ways. It can be done by conventional fasteners, such as screws, wood dowels or adhesions.
  • the support webs are pluggable connected.
  • a connecting element can be provided.
  • a connecting element is a central column in the hollow body in question or for each at least two support elements a ball or a cuboid.
  • the support webs can be plugged. This could be done for example by connectors or wood dowels or by depressions or socket-like receptacles.
  • the support webs are connected directly, this has the advantage that fewer parts are required.
  • all types of connections in question the carpenters are familiar. These are of course particularly (though not exclusively) in question, if the support webs are made of wood.
  • Such compounds include, in particular, slot and tenon joints, as well as tine joints, cross-cuts and overlays (including tanned overlays), as well as tongue and groove joints.
  • Such compounds can be supported in individual cases by reinforcements (such as wooden dowels).
  • a support web on a slot which receives a portion of the other support web may be dimensioned so that its cross-section is completely received by the slot.
  • the other support web may also have a slot.
  • support bars made of a material with a flexural rigidity of at least 20 N / mm 2 are favorable for the sales stand.
  • a material with a flexural stiffness of more than 25 N / mm 2 30 N / mm 2 or even 50 N / mm 2 comes into consideration.
  • Suitable materials may, in addition to metal and plastics, which have a corresponding flexural rigidity, in particular also selected press boards or woods.
  • layered wood such as sections made of blockboard, is particularly suitable.
  • the salesman can have a central support element with a bending stiffness of less than 20 N / mm 2 .
  • materials for the central support element come into consideration, whose flexural rigidity is less than 15 N / mm 2 or less than 10 N / mm 2 .
  • the bending stiffness of the material of the central support element should be higher as the materials for the pedestal or the goods carrier.
  • the central support element can be made from cardboard materials as defined above, but preferably from spirally wound webs, in particular paper or board webs, which in turn are preferably glued to form a laminate.
  • the central support element has a reinforcing sleeve at its end directed to the bottom.
  • a reinforcing sleeve may be a hollow body which is inserted from below into the hollow body of the central support element.
  • the reinforcing sleeve may be made of the same material as the central support member.
  • the pedestal base may also be made of a material having a flexural stiffness of less than 20 N / mm 2 .
  • the base can be made of cardboard materials, as defined above, but in particular also corrugated board.
  • the product carriers for the sales display can also be made of a material with a flexural stiffness of less than 20 N / mm 2 .
  • the goods carrier can be made of cardboard materials, as defined above, but in particular also corrugated cardboard.
  • a sales stand in which the central support element has at its bottom end slots for connection with supports.
  • Such supports can be part of the base.
  • Such supports can also be an additional component.
  • the slots can be used for connection to a bridge set, in particular Gefachstegsatz.
  • the lower part of the central support element is received plug-in from the base. This simplifies the construction and dismantling of the sales stand. So different materials can be combined. Furthermore, results in a very simple way a favorable support of the central support element through the base.
  • a sales display according to the dependent claim 11 also offers the top of the base to a product presentation area.
  • the pedestal can thus not only serve to support the sales stand, but also offer a goods display area like any other goods carrier.
  • the merchandise display area on the top of the pedestal has approximately or exactly the same area as the areas that the merchandise carriers offer for merchandise presentation.
  • a first support web is guided by two opposite on a first line recess of the hollow body. Further, a second support web is guided by two opposite on a second line recesses of the hollow body.
  • the lines define a plane and include two angles in that plane. In this embodiment, the lines should not intersect at right angles.
  • angle ⁇ is not only smaller than 90 °, but even smaller than 85 ° or 80 ° or 75 °. This selection of angles leads to a particularly high stability of the sales stand.
  • Also of interest is a method for supplying outlets, in which a sales display according to the invention is supplied filled with goods.
  • the sales display is also suitable for another method for supplying outlets:
  • the salesman can be transported disassembled.
  • the plug-in connections of the support webs facilitate the construction.
  • the base can receive the central support element in a plug-in manner and if the passage openings of the goods carriers allow easy mounting of the goods carriers around the central support element.
  • the sales display When the sales display is shipped filled with goods, it is advantageous if the sales display is provided with a wrapping piece of cardboard.
  • the wrapping with foil comes in individual cases into consideration
  • the described construction of the sales stand advantageously makes it possible for the placement to take place during the construction of the sales stand (once again either before the delivery to the sales outlets or afterwards).
  • the central support element is connected to the base. If appropriate, then the goods presentation surface of the base can be fitted. Then, the support webs can be inserted for a lower path support and the goods carrier be attached. These assembled goods carriers can each be fitted before the assembly of further goods carriers.
  • Fig. 1 shows an overall view of the sales stall 10.
  • the top of the base can be used as a merchandise display area 18.
  • the central support element is formed here by a cylindrical hollow body, namely a tube. In the hollow body 18 recesses 20 can be seen.
  • the sales display has four goods carriers 30.
  • the goods carrier 30 have centrally each passage openings 32 through which the central support member 16 is guided.
  • the product carriers 30 are not limited at their edges by protruding strips or edges. Thus, a visibility and a good access to the issued goods is possible. However, in order to ensure a certain lateral support for the goods, retaining lugs 34 are provided.
  • Fig. 2 shows a perspective view obliquely from below. It can be seen the central support member 16 and the goods carrier 30 which is attached thereto.
  • the central support element has recesses and indeed precise recesses of a first type 20 and recesses of a second type 22. According to the invention, the recesses of the second type 22 are smaller in area than the recesses of the first type 20. It is also according to the invention that the central Support member 16 has more recesses than is required in each case by the number of mounted goods carrier 30 and the associated support webs. Thus, goods carriers 30 can be mounted in various predetermined by the recesses 20, 22 height. It can be seen that support bars of the first type 40 and support bars of a second type 42 are guided through the recesses. In this case, the support bar of the first type 40 is guided by two diametrically opposed recesses of the first type 20. The second type of support web 42 is guided by a corresponding pair of diametrically opposed second type recesses 22.
  • the support bars carry the goods carrier 30 by supporting it from its underside.
  • the product carrier 30 has guide grooves 36 on its underside. These offer the support bars a good fit.
  • the product carrier 30 is guided stable and is particularly protected against radial rotation about the longitudinal axis of the central support member 16.
  • An equally good fit with goods carriers of different size or shape is easy to produce.
  • FIG. 3 shows support bars as they are useful for the sales display.
  • a support bar of the first type 40 has a guide slot 44.
  • This guide slot 44 of the support web of the second type 42 is guided. This results in a connection of the two support webs, by which they stabilize each other.
  • the illustrated guide slot 44 is dimensioned so that tilting of the support web of the second type 42 is avoided.
  • Fig. 4 shows views of the side surfaces and end faces of the support webs.
  • the first type support bar 40 has a side surface 401 and a top surface 40o. He also has a front page 40s. It can be seen in the side surface 40l and at the top 40o the guide slot 44.
  • For the support web second type 42 also a side surface 42l a top 42o and an end face 42s are shown. It can be seen that the support bar of the second type 42 is dimensioned so that it fits flush into the guide slot 44. This provides a level of support from both bars. This leveling is made by the mere choice of the appropriate gauge for the second type 42 support bar.
  • the support bar of the second type 42 can both without milling or the like. This makes the construction cost-saving.
  • Fig. 5 shows a front view of the central support element. This is designed as a columnar hollow body. It can be seen recesses of the first type 20 and recesses of the second type 22. The position of the reinforcing sleeve 24 is marked by the dashed line. Also bottom side slots 26 are provided which serve for connection to other supports, such as webs.
  • Fig. 6 shows one too Fig. 5 corresponding rear view of the central support element. From the synopsis of Figures 5 and 6 shows that the recesses of the first type 20 and the recesses of the second type 22 are not arranged at a right angle to each other.
  • Fig. 7 shows the arrangement of the recesses again more precise.
  • Fig. 7 is a sectional view of the central support member 16 again, as it is from above.
  • the central support element is designed as a hollow body.
  • recesses of the first type, 20a and 20b Opposite to each other are recesses of the first type, 20a and 20b. These are diametrically opposite each other along the first line 46.
  • recesses of the second type, 22a and 22b are provided which are also diametrically opposed and arranged along a second line 48.
  • the two lines do not collide at a right angle, so they define two opposite acute angles. Such an angle is shown as angle ⁇ . It has proved to be advantageous if this angle ⁇ is not too large, in the illustrated embodiment it is 74 °.
