  • the horizontal profile 15 includes a pair of upward flanges 25 and 26 to couple the clips or retention clamps to the stone plates 24.
  • the clamps have different geometry according to whether they are initial clamps 27, intermediate clamps 28 or crowning clamps 29, being all of them independent parts anchored to the horizontal profile 15 by vertical sliding (safer than frontal insertion) and fastening the flagstone near the corners (at approximately one fourth of the length of the plates), thus, protecting these corners.
  • the initial or lower clamps 27 have a downward pin 30 on their back which is gripped in the upward pin 25 of the horizontal profile 15. Its orthogonal wing is bended upwards into an elbow defining an upward flange 31, which will be used to fit the first course of flagstones 24. Then, two intermediate clamps 28 per stone are placed on the next horizontal profile 15, acting these clamps 28 as retention clamps of the lower stone and, at the same time, as support clamps of the next flagstone, since they have two flanges 31, an upward flange and a downward flange.
  • each one of the clamps 27, 28 and 29 can be fixed to the horizontal profile 15 with elastic dowel pins (DIN1481, 7346 or 1473) for its correct fixing, as it can be seen in the enlarged detail in figure 6 .

  • the intermediate clamp 28 of the lower side of the broken stone is broken using a radial saw, inserting the cutting disc between the two stones 24 and extracting the broken stone 24.
  • the clamps 32 are fixed in order to hold the preceding flagstone and the support clamps 33, thus, keeping the stone perfectly fastened.
  • the vertical profile 20 of the compound mast 21 also has grooves for inserting gaskets when the sandwich-paned insulating panels 22 are laid.
  • the horizontal profiles 15 do not have an upper continuous wing for the direct mounting of the flagstones 24, since they are mounted using independent clamps, the system can be adapted to any facade element (wood, metal panels, alucobond panels, ceramic, terracotta, etc.), simply by changing the clips or clamps for others with the adequate shape.

Claims (7)

  1. SYSTÈME D'ANCRAGE DE FAÇADES VENTILÉES, comportant :
    - des profilés verticaux (1, 20,21) ancrés à
    - des ensembles d'équerres de trois pièces (3, 11,14) fixées au dallage ou à la structure résistante du bâtiment,
    - des profilés horizontaux (15) assujettis aux dits profilés verticaux (1, 20,21) et reliés à ces profilés
    - des éléments de rétention (27, 28, 29, 32,33) des dalles ou similaires, lesdites dalles étant munies de rainures sur leurs bords horizontaux, et lesdits systèmes d'ancrage étant caractérisés en ce que, le profilé vertical (1, 20, 21) comprend un canal en C (18) à l'avant, dans lequel glissent
    - des pièces en forme d'oméga (16) avec des brides dont les extrémités sont dirigées vers le haut, qui sont attachées au profilé vertical et assujetties au moyen d'une vis d'auto-forage, située dans les points de convergence avec les profilés horizontaux (15), ces profilés ayant un autre canal en C (19) à l'arrière, dans lequel d'autres
    - pièces d'épingles d'enclenchement (17) descendantes glissent, dans ces pièces qui sont situées dans les points de convergence et sont retenues sur les pièces précédentes en forme d'oméga (16) par glissement vertical
  2. SYSTÈME D'ANCRAGE DE FAÇADES VENTILÉES, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, les profilés horizontaux (15) ont à l'avant de leur structure tubulaire, de petites brides (25, 26) ascendantes : une bride supérieure (26) et une autre paracentrale (25), afin de relier différents types de clips ou pinces de rétention (27, 28, 29) des plaques en pierre naturelle (24); lesdites pinces (27, 28, 29) étant munies d'au moins une épingle (30) descendante, fixée aux précédentes (25, 26) du profilé horizontal (15), et munie d'une aile orthogonale, pliée vers le haut, vers le bas, ou dans les deux directions, dépendant de la position qu'elles occupent, définissant des brides (31) à loger dans les rainures continues des bords horizontaux des plaques en pierre (24).
  3. SYSTÈME D'ANCRAGE DE FAÇADES VENTILÉES, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, le profilé vertical (1, 20, 21) comprend des rainures trapézoïdales ou rails sur les côtés, dans lesquelles des barres glissières (11) présentant la même forme que les profilés, sont insérées verticalement, ces barres (11) étant munies de trous centraux filetés pour fixer des boulons (12) qui passent à travers des équerres (3) et à travers des rondelles dentelées de frein (14) connectant avec la surface dentée des équerres (3), supportant le poids propre avec deux vis autotaraudeuses qui passent à travers les extrémités des barres glissières (11).
  4. SYSTÈME D'ANCRAGE DE FAÇADES VENTILÉES, selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les barres verticales glissières (11) comprennent une surface dentée, analogue à celle des équerres (3) sur le côté qui est appuyé contre le profilé vertical (1, 20,21).
  5. SYSTÈME D'ANCRAGE DE FAÇADES VENTILÉES, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilé vertical (1) est attaché à un autre profilé (20) avec des attaches parallèles à rupture de pont thermique, matérialisant un profilé composé (21), et le deuxième profilé (20) comprenant d'autres rails (10) ou rainures trapézoïdales pour monter les barres glissières de fixation (11) sur les équerres (3), ce deuxième profilé (20) étant plus large que le précédent de façon à définir le positionnement de panneaux d'isolation (22), qui sont soutenus sur l'avant par des clips en « Oméga » (23) fixés à l'avant du profilé vertical (1, 20, 21) par une de ses ailes.
  6. SYSTÈME D'ANCRAGE DE FAÇADES VENTILÉES, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé (20) comporte des rainures pour situer des joints afin de monter des panneaux en sandwich (22).
  7. SYSTÈME D'ANCRAGE DE FAÇADES VENTILÉES, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte d'autres pinces (32, 33) pour la substitution de dalles cassées (24), qui ont au moins une épingle (30) descendante connectée aux épingles (25, 26) ascendantes des profilés horizontaux (15) et qui ne comprennent qu'une bride (31), descendante ou ascendante, respectivement, pour être placée sur la même rainure de la nouvelle dalle (24).
