- Embodiments of elements used to enclose façades are known which are used especially in industrial premises which are based on either concrete panels or sandwich type panels which interconnect configuring the enclosure. These panels are attached to the structure by means of bolting or welding made directly onto the panel or on specific parts added to the panel. These devices are designed with the intention of creating the final finish and only admit paint based treatments or adherent elements.
- This invention resolves the aforementioned technical problem by means of a ventilated façade enclosure comprising modular elements which join directly to the building floors.
