  • the coating material components are fed separately from the containers 10, 11 through the hoses 14, 15 to the mixing compartment 24, where they are mixed through the stirring action of the mechanical stirrers constituted by the mixing members 28, 29 driven to rotate by the rotation of the elongated flexible member 18 causing at the same time the nozzle 16 to rotate.
  • Coating material components mixed to a homogenous mixture will leave the compartment 24 through the outlet 27 and entering the space 31 of the nozzle for migrating to the aperture 33 for being thrown substantially radially with the respect to the rotation axis of the nozzle towards inner walls of a said tube for harden and forming a strong internal coating layer inside the tube thanks to the curing agent in the coating material.
  • the device according to the invention is suited for internally coating all types of tubes or pipes, also pipes for transporting drinking water, such as coarse feeding pipes therefore, and there is then a problem to firstly remove lime depositions in such pipes.
  • the coating material has in such a case to have such characteristics that there is not the slightest risk that it will after a period of time have any negative influence upon the quality of the water transported therein.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen einer Innenbeschichtung auf Rohre, wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Düse (16), die zur Aufbringung eines Beschichtungsmaterials auf eine Innenwand eines derartigen Rohres konfiguriert ist,
    - ein Mischgehäuse (12), das in Verbindung mit der Düse (16) angeordnet sowie zur Aufnahme von mindestens zwei Beschichtungsmaterialkomponenten konfiguriert ist,
    - ein Mittel (13-15), das zur separaten Zuführung der mindestens zwei Beschichtungsmaterialkomponenten an das Mischgehäuse konfiguriert ist,
    - eine Anordnung (20, 28, 29), die zum Mischen der mindestens zwei Beschichtungsmaterialkomponenten im Inneren des Gehäuses zur Bereitstellung des aus einem Gemisch dieser Komponenten bestehenden Beschichtungsmaterials an die Düse konfiguriert ist, und
    - ein Antriebsmittel (17), das zur Anordnung außerhalb des zu beschichtenden Rohres vorgesehen sowie derart konfiguriert ist, dass es ein längliches Element (18) in Drehung versetzt, wobei das Ende dieses Elements bezüglich einer Drehung starr mit der Düse (18) verbunden ist, um die Düse in Drehung zu versetzen, während das Beschichtungsmaterial im Wesentlichen radial nach außen auf die Innenwände des Rohres geschleudert wird,
    wobei diese Anordnung Mischelemente (28, 29) umfasst, die derart konfiguriert sind, dass sie eine Rührbewegung im Inneren des Gehäuses (12) ausführen, um die mindestens zwei Beschichtungsmaterialkomponenten miteinander zu vermischen, sowie ein Mittel (20, 22), das derart konfiguriert ist, dass es die Drehung des länglichen flexiblen Elements (18) auf die Mischelemente überträgt, um die Rührbewegung dieser zu bewirken,
    wobei das Übertragungsmittel (20, 22) derart konfiguriert ist, dass es die Drehung des länglichen biegsamen Elements (18) in eine Bewegung der Mischelemente (28, 29) in Form einer Drehung dieser im Inneren einer Mischkammer (24) des Gehäuses (12) überführt, wobei das Gehäuse mindestens einen Auslass (27) zum Ablassen von gemischtem Beschichtungsmaterial an die Düse aufweist,
    wobei das Übertragungsmittel (20, 22) derart konfiguriert ist, dass es das biegsame Element (18) bezüglich einer Drehung im Wesentlichen starr mit den Mischelementen (28, 29) verbindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längliche Element biegsam wie ein Metalldraht ist, und dass das Übertragungsmittel einerseits eine Welle (20) mit einer Durchgangsbohrung (21) umfasst, in der das längliche biegsame Element (18) aufgenommen wird und an der die Düse (16) sowie die Mischelemente (28, 29) befestigt sind, und andererseits eine Schraube (22), die zur Befestigung des länglichen Elements an dieser Welle (20) angezogen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem länglichen biegsamen Element (18) um einen Metalldraht handelt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (17) derart konfiguriert ist, dass es das längliche biegsame Element (18) und somit die Düse (16) in eine Drehung mit einer Drehzahl von 800-20000 Umdrehungen pro Minute, vorzugsweise 4000-15000 Umdrehungen pro Minute, versetzt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel (19) umfasst, das zur Ermöglichung des Ziehens der Düse (16) zusammen mit dem Mischgehäuse (12) durch ein Rohr konfiguriert ist, wobei die Düse Teil der Vorrichtung ist, die am Ende der Bewegung durch das Rohr kommt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zuführmittel (13-15) derart konfiguriert ist, dass es dem Mischgehäuse (12) mindestens eine erste Komponente in Form eines Härtungs- oder Aushärtungsmittel sowie eine zweite Komponente in Form einer Beschichtungsmasse zuführt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zuführmittel (13-15) derart konfiguriert ist, dass es dem Mischgehäuse (12) eine einen Polyester umfassende Beschichtungsmasse zuführt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zuführmittel (13-15) derart konfiguriert ist, dass es dem Mischgehäuse (12) eine Beschichtungsmasse in Form eines glasflake- oder glasfaserverstärkten Polyesters zuführt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (16) eine Wand (30) umfasst, die einen Raum (31) zur Aufnahme des gemischten Beschichtungsmaterials abgrenzt, und dass aufgrund dieser Begrenzungswand der Querschnitt dieses Raums zu einem freien Ende (32) der Düse hin, welches auf das Zuführmittel (13-15) bezogen entfernt angeordnet ist, schmaler wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (16) mindestens eine Öffnung (33) in der Begrenzungswand (30) aufweist, und dass diese Öffnung auf eine Drehachse der Düse bezogen im Wesentlichen radial und in einem Abstand zum freien Ende (32) verläuft, so dass das Beschichtungsmaterial durch diese Öffnung hindurch aus der Düse heraus auf die Rohrwände geschleudert wird.
