Claims (11)

  1.     - la découpe (1, 40) comprenant, pour former le couvercle articulé (31, 81), un panneau de dessus (4, 44) du couvercle et un panneau frontal (3, 43) du couvercle qui sont juxtaposés dans une rangée de panneaux (2, 41) reliés par des lignes de pliage (9-13, 48-53) longitudinales parallèles, ainsi que deux rabats latéraux (17a, 17b, 57a, 57b) du couvercle qui sont reliés respectivement par des lignes de pliage transversales (23a, 23b, 63a, 63b) perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (9-13, 48-53) à des arêtes extérieures opposées du panneau de dessus (4, 44) du couvercle,

    caractérisée en ce que les rabats repliables (56a, 56b) sont divisés par deux lignes de pliage transversales (69a, 69b, 70a, 70b) perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (9-13, 48-53) en trois sections de surface (71a, 71b, 72a, 72b, 73a, 73b), les sections de surface respectives adjacentes au panneau frontal (43) du couvercle formant des pattes de collage (71a, 71b), de manière à être collables lors du montage de l'emballage (80) aux rabats latéraux (57a, 57b) du couvercle, et les sections de surface (73a, 73b) respectives dont les extrémités sont dégagées pouvant être repliées sur le panneau frontal (43) du couvercle, les arêtes de verrouillage (68a, 68b) étant formées par les arêtes latérales des sections de surface extérieures (73a, 73b) en regard des rabats latéraux (57a, 57b) du couvercle dans la découpe (40), et/ou
    pour constituer la partie inférieure (32, 82) de l'emballage sont agencés dans la rangée de panneaux (2, 41) adjacent au panneau de dessus (4, 44) du couvercle un panneau de paroi arrière (5, 45), adjacent à celui-ci un panneau de fond (6, 46) et adjacent à celui-ci un panneau de paroi frontale (7, 47), deux rabats de paroi latérale (19a, 19b, 59a, 59b) étant reliés respectivement par des lignes de pliage transversales (25a, 25b, 59a, 59b) perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (9-13, 48-53) à des arêtes extérieures opposées du panneau de fond (6, 46) et des languettes de verrouillage (21a, 21b) respectives étant reliées aux rabats de paroi latérale (19a, 19b) par des lignes de pliage transversales (27a, 27b) respectives perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (9-13, 48-53).
  2. Découpe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rabats repliables forment des pattes de collage (16a, 16b) collables lors du montage de l'emballage aux rabats latéraux (17a, 17b) du couvercle, les arêtes de verrouillage (28a, 28b) étant formées par les arêtes latérales des pattes de collage (16a, 16b) en regard des rabats latéraux (17a, 17b) du couvercle dans la découpe (1).
  3. Découpe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'extrémité de la rangée de panneaux (2, 41), adjacente au panneau de paroi frontale (7, 47), est attachée une languette de verrouillage (54).
  4. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que dans le panneau de paroi frontale (7, 47), à l'arête opposée au panneau de fond (6, 46), est formée une zone de liaison (15) perforée laquelle est collable lors du montage de l'emballage (30, 40) au panneau frontal (3, 43) du couvercle afin de former ainsi une sécurité d'inviolabilité de l'emballage (30, 80).
  5. Découpe selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que dans la rangée de panneaux (2, 41), adjacent au panneau de paroi frontale (7, 47), est agencé un panneau de contre-paroi (8) lequel est collable lors du montage de l'emballage (30, 80) au panneau de paroi frontale (7, 47) afin de recouvrir intérieurement la zone de liaison (15) perforée.
  6. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que dans la rangée de panneaux (2, 41), adjacent au panneau frontal (3, 43) du couvercle, est agencé un panneau de fond double (42) lequel est collable lors du montage de l'emballage (30, 80) au panneau de fond (46), une bande déchirable (5) formant une sécurité d'inviolabilité de l'emballage (30, 80) étant agencée à l'arête de pliage longitudinale (48) entre le panneau de fond double (42) et le panneau frontal (3, 43) du couvercle.
  7. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les arêtes de verrouillage (28a, 28b, 68a, 68b) sont formées le long d'échancrures dans les rabats repliables (16a, 16b, 56a, 56b) dont la forme extérieure est complémentaire à celle de la languette de verrouillage (21a, 21b, 54).
  8. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le panneau de paroi frontale (7, 47), le panneau de paroi arrière (5, 45) et les rabats de paroi latérale (19a, 19b, 59a, 59b) sont chacun destinés à former un côté étroit du parallélépipède de l'emballage (30, 80) à former dont la longueur correspond à la moitié de la longueur au plus et préférablement à un tiers de la longueur du côté large au plus.
  9. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que sur au moins un des panneaux de la rangée de panneaux (2, 41) est pourvue une surface de collage (15, 46) pour la fixation d'un panneau venant s'y poser avant le remplissage du corps formé à partir de la rangée de panneaux (2, 41).
  10. Emballage (30, 80) de forme substantiellement parallélépipédique, produit par pliage d'une découpe (30, 80) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 et liaison, plus particulièrement collage, des surfaces prévues à cette fin.
  11. Emballage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par deux languettes de verrouillage (21a, 21b) lesquelles sont reliées à des arêtes supérieures dégagées respectives de parois latérales respectives (19a, 19b) par des lignes de refoulage (27a, 27b) et coopèrent avec des arêtes de verrouillage (16a, 16b) respectives dans le couvercle articulé (31, 81).
