In addition, there is a need to install a visually appealing radiator, which can subsequently be changed individually, if necessary.
The present invention has for its object to show a novel radiator shutter, which allows easy assembly and disassembly and also achieved an improved overall aesthetic impression.
According to the invention is provided to solve the problem that several individual aperture elements in horizontal or vertical orientation are arranged next to each other at a distance and are each connected individually via holding elements with a fastening element. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
By using multiple individual aperture elements in horizontal or vertical orientation an attractive shape for a radiator panel is achieved, which achieves the impression of a conventional heating wall with flat superimposed large-sized radiator fins. The hold of the diaphragm elements with each other takes place here via a fastening element, wherein individual retaining elements of the diaphragm elements engage in the fastening element and thus produce a connection between the fastening element and the diaphragm elements. As a result, it is advantageously possible to make the radiator panels as a kit and to make a subsequent installation by the end user or possibly an executing company. For the space-saving arrangement of the individual panel elements advantageously no large storage and transport capacities are needed. Another important advantage of the diaphragm elements according to the invention is to provide a conventional panel radiator with a modern design, which gives rise to the impression of a compact heating wall. Among other things, this contributes to the fact that the individual diaphragm elements are arranged at a distance from one another, so that in each case a gap arises between the diaphragm elements, which particularly emphasizes the character of heating walls.
In order to reinforce the character of a heating wall, the panel elements are designed at least at two parallel side edges, in part angled at three adjacent side edges or at all side edges and form a cavity open on one side, which is aligned in the direction of the radiator. The aperture elements with three adjacent angled Side edges are preferably used in the top and bottom of the radiator shutter, while the panels are used with two parallel angled side edges in the middle area. Alternatively, there is the possibility that the panel elements on all sides have an angled side edge, wherein the bends can be repeatedly folded or rounded and extend up to 90 ° or optionally up to 180 °. Insofar as bends of 90 ° are used, these are simple bends, whereas at bends of 180 ° they can be angled several times and the ends of the longitudinal edges in such an embodiment are bent parallel to the baffle plane. This gives the impression of a solid hotplate.
Furthermore, the diaphragm elements for connection to the fastening element are provided on at least one angled longitudinal edge preferably at the two parallel longitudinal edges at equidistant intervals with perpendicularly oriented tabs, which serve as retaining elements and engage in existing slots of the fastening element. By the inclusion of the holding elements in the slots of the fastener with subsequent bending of the holding elements a mountable unit is created, which can be subsequently changed again if necessary, but also forms a stable unit which mounted in this form to a radiator, for example, mounted, can be. Due to the special fastening technology, there is also the advantage that a subsequent replacement of diaphragm elements can take place, so that, for example, different colors can be combined with one another, wherein, inter alia, a simple repainting of individual diaphragm elements can take place.
The fastening elements provided for fastening the panel elements consist of several horizontal retaining strips and vertical support elements. The support elements themselves can each be arranged on the end side of the retaining strips and connect them to one another, wherein, like the panel elements, the retaining strips can be arranged at a distance from one another and preferably each support two panel elements. In this case, a structure of the fastening elements in the form that laterally vertical support elements are provided, between which the horizontal retaining strips are arranged. To connect the retaining strips with the vertical support elements, it is provided by way of example that the retaining strips have a U-shaped cross-section, the legs of which protrude beyond the base in the longitudinal direction of the retaining strip. The protruding leg ends engage in existing slots of the vertically oriented support elements, so that a fixation of the retaining strips can be done using the support elements. As a further measure, the retaining strips and support elements may additionally have a screw or possibly also be used in a glued embodiment. Likewise, it is grateful that by comparable measures, for example by a clamping, screw or clip technology, a connection takes place.
The retaining strips are each arranged behind two panel elements and cover these in each case in half, wherein the U-shaped legs engage in a cavity of the panel elements. By the respective half overlapping of the diaphragm elements, the existing joint between each two diaphragm elements is covered from behind and causes a shadow effect, so that the aesthetic impression of a solid thick-walled diaphragm element is caused.
As well as the diaphragm elements and retaining strips, the support elements are U-shaped and have two short legs, which are equipped with a plurality of slots. A first group of slots serves to receive the angled side edges of the diaphragm elements, while a second group of slots to accommodate the lengthened in the longitudinal direction Legs of the retaining strips are provided. About the extended legs of the retaining strips and the slots, a connection between the retaining strips and the vertical support elements is first prepared. Furthermore, the first group of slots makes it possible to receive the angled side edges of the panel elements, so that an improved contact of the panel elements with the fastening element, consisting of the retaining strips and vertical support elements, can take place.
To connect the retaining strips with the panel elements is further provided that the retaining strips have equidistant intervals flat impressions formed. Just like the retaining strips, the support elements have equidistant spacings formed flat impressions. In these impressions of the support elements and retaining strips at least one slot, preferably a plurality of parallel slots, incorporated, which are used for receiving the holding elements. The holding elements themselves are in turn integrally connected to the panel elements and are usually made of tabs, which are used by bending, after which they were introduced into the existing slots for connecting the panel elements with the retaining strips and support elements.
The finished radiator shutter is held on resting on the plate radiator consoles. The consoles are in this case part of the upper cover grille and project laterally across the width of the cover, with a hook-shaped projection is provided for attaching the radiator cover. Distributed by the use of multiple consoles over the length of the radiator thus the possibility is created to hang the radiator cover according to the invention at several positions supporting so that a secure grip is ensured. In addition, the brackets are used to attach the individual ribs, which form the upper grille. For example, the brackets can be welded to the ribs. The ribs themselves have a notch on the end, which for Recording the side panels is provided, which are provided with corresponding recesses. In a preferred embodiment, the individual ribs are inserted into the existing recesses of the side panels, so that the side panel comes to rest in the notch. By the measures shown, it is possible to individually remove the individual elements of the entire radiator panel, for example, the side panels and the radiator shutter, which is present in the embodiment according to the invention. Thus, the grille is held in a fixed position, in this case further additional fastening measures can be taken, which fix the brackets on the radiator.
Due to the different length of the respective radiator used in each case a plurality of radiator shutters with fasteners may optionally be arranged side by side, if the radiator should have an oversized length. The individual panel elements in this case have a width of 50 to 90 mm, preferably 60 to 70 mm, while the length of 1 to 4 m may vary. The radiator cover can in this case have different dimensions and be adapted to the respective size of the radiator, wherein an assembly of the panel elements can be horizontal or vertical.
The indicated radiator diaphragm according to the invention provides an extremely stable design variant which is very easy to dismantle, for example for cleaning purposes, but can also be easily re-assembled and moreover leaves a shapely aesthetic impression which comes very close to that of a heating wall , Thus, an attractive radiator cover is created that meets today's customer needs.
The invention will be explained again with reference to the figures.

For mounting the
