Claims (10)

  1. Verpackung (1, 1'), die einen Behälter (2) für ein Nahrungsmittelprodukt von der Art eines mit einem Deckel (4) verschlossenen Gefäßes (3) sowie eine Banderole (5, 5'), welche den Behälter umgibt und mit welcher dieser in Anlagekontakt montiert ist, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel mit mindestens einem Element (6) zur Identifizierung des Produktes kaschiert ist, das dort durch Entfernen mindestens eines Bereiches (S) der Banderole, der eine vorgegebene Geometrie besitzt und das bzw. jedes Element ausbildet, aufgebracht ist.
  2. Verpackung (1, 1') nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bzw. jedes Identifizierungselement (6) durch Stanzen der Banderole (5, 5') an der Stelle des Bereiches (S), der sich im Wesentlichen in der Mitte einer Oberseite (5b) der Banderole mit dem ausgeschnittenen Bereich befindet, auf dem Deckel (4) aufgebracht ist.
  3. Verpackung (1, 1') nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bzw. jedes aus dem genannten Bereich (S) der Banderole bestehende Identifizierungselement (6) ein Etikett für den Deckel (4) bildet, das sich im Wesentlichen über dessen gesamte Fläche zur Innenseite und unter einen Umfangsrand (4a) des auf dem Gefäß (3) verrasteten Deckels erstreckt, wobei dieser Rand bevorzugt eine Mehrzahl von Aussparungen (4c) aufweist, die gleichmäßig auf dem Umfang einer Schulter (4b) dieses Randes verteilt sind, gegen den das Element angeordnet ist.
  4. Verpackung (1, 1') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bzw. jedes Identifizierungselement (6) mittels mechanischer Mittel oder Klebemittel an dem Deckel (4) befestigt ist, wobei das Element bevorzugt vorausgehend mit Klebstoff beschichtet ist, so dass es an dem Deckel haftet und somit ein Etikett bildet, welches das in dem Behälter (2) enthaltene Produkt identifiziert.
  5. Verpackung (1, 1') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand der Banderole (5, 5') einen Boden (5a) zum Aufnehmen des Gefäßes (3) sowie eine durch das Entfernen des Bereiches (S) durchbrochene Oberseite (5b) aufweist, die durch zwei einander entgegengesetzte Seitenflächen (5c und 5d) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei diese Wand dazu ausgelegt ist, den Behälter (2) in der Banderole festzulegen.
  6. Verpackung (1, 1') nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Einrichtungen zum Halten des Behälters (2) in der Banderole (5, 5') auf der Wand der Banderole ausgebildet sind und hergestellt sind:
    - an einem Umfangsbereich der Innenfläche der Oberseite (5b), der den entfernten Bereich (S) der Banderole (5') umgibt, durch Aufsiegeln oder Aufkleben dieses inneren Bereiches an einem Umfangsrand (4a) des Deckels (4), und/oder
    - an dem Boden (5a) durch mindestens zwei Haltelaschen (7), die jeweils an zwei einander entgegengesetzten unteren Rändern (8) dieses die Seitenflächen (5c und 5d) miteinander verbindenden Bodens gelenkig vorgesehen sind, und die jeweils dazu ausgelegt sind, sich an einen Teil der Seitenwand des Gefäßes (3) anzulegen, wobei sie zur Innenseite der Banderole (5) hin umgeschlagen sind.
  7. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Seitenwand des Gefäßes (3) punktsymmetrisch, z.B. teilweise kegelstumpfförmig ist, und der Deckel (4) kreisförmig und von dem auf dieser Seitenwand verrasteten Typ ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (5) eine im Wesentlichen parallelepipedische Geometrie besitzt, und dass die Halteeinrichtungen die beiden Laschen (7) umfassen, deren jeweilige freie Ränder (7a) kreisbogenförmig ausgeschnitten sind, so dass sie sich an die Kontur der Seitenwand anlegen, um das Gefäß gegenüber den beiden Seitenflächen (5c und 5d) der Banderole festzulegen.
  8. Verpackung (1, 1') nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (5, 5') aus gefaltetem Karton besteht und an ihrem Boden überlappend durch einen Schweissstreifen verschweisst ist, der sich über eine Seite des Bodens (5a) erstreckt, und dass der Behälter (2) aus mindestens einem Plastikmaterial gefertigt ist.
  9. Verpackung (1, 1') nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Banderole (5, 5') eine im Wesentlichen parallelepipedische Geometrie besitzt, welche den Behälter (2), der punktsysmmetrisch ist und dessen Radialschnitt bevorzugt kreisförmig ist, umschließt.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung (1, 1') nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aufeinanderfolgend umfasst:
    a) Befüllen des Behälter (2) mit dem Produkt,
    b) Verschließen des solcherart befüllten Behälters mit seinem Deckel,
    c) Anordnen der Banderole (5, 5') um den solcherart geschlossenen Behälter, so dass sich der bzw. jeder zu entfernende Bereich (S) der Banderole, der das bzw. jedes Identifizierungselement (6) aufweist, einer vorgegebenen Stelle des Deckels gegenüberliegend befindet, und daraufhin
    d) Stanzen (A) der solcherart angeordneten Banderole an der Stelle des bzw. jedes Bereiches zum Aufbringen des bzw. jedes Identifizierungselementes auf den Deckel, wobei das Element bevorzugt vorausgehend mit Klebstoff beschichtet ist, so dass es nach dem Stanzen an dem Deckel haftet.
