Claims (1)

  1. L'agrégat pour le broyage des matières plastiques à une structure multicouche et des tailles différentes, avec deux éléments de broyage situés perpendiculairement et synchronisés, possédant des régulations individuelles de vitesse et de pression de la couche mise à la coupe, comprenant des systèmes d'alimentation et de serrage avec des éléments de serrage commandés par des servomoteurs pneumatiques immobilisant le matériau au cours de la coupe à l'aide d'un couteau à disque, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux éléments de broyage à un couteau, synchronisés et maintenant un même débit-masse du matériau découpé, possédant des réglages individuels en termes de vitesse et de force de fermeture et de mise du matériau au-delà des couteaux à disque coupant ( 8,15 ) permettant d'obtenir la fragmentation des matériaux multicouches, en particulier de déchets issus de la fabrication de confection, jusqu'au cube à des dimensions de la largeur et longueur définies, ledit premier élément de broyage ayant un système d'alimentation comprenant un système de guidage à chaîne de morceaux de matériau, constitué d'au moins quelques chaînes serrées à l'aide d'un ressort et sans fin ( 3 ) d'une hauteur et longueur variables des éléments fixés sur le balancier monté, de guidages parallèles ( 4 ), un système de serrage sous la forme de blocs de serrage ( 5 ) levés et abaissés cycliquement, et un système de coupe comprenant un seuil mobile couplé au couteau à disque ( 8 ), et le second élément de broyage avec un transporteur ( 11 ) sous forme de mi-tunnel équipé de rouleaux d'alimentation entaillés ( 12 ) comprend un système de serrage, dans lequel chacun des blocs de serrage (13) est commandé par un servomoteur pneumatique individuel ( 14 ) et un système de coupe avec un couteau à disque ( 15 ).
