Abstract

本发明公开了一种分条结构,包括传送组件、导轨架和二组以上的滚刀组件;所述传送组件包括传送带;所述滚刀组件设置于所述传送带上方;所述滚刀组件包括刀辊、连接在所述刀辊的两端的支架板以及与支架板相连接的伸缩杆,所述刀辊上等距地设置有圆刀片,各组滚刀组件的圆刀片的间距不同;所述导轨架上设有与所述支架板相匹配的导轨;所述支架板在所述伸缩杆的作用下沿所述导轨上下移动。该分条结构的各组滚刀组件可自由切换,以将物料加工分条成不同尺寸的条状物,以在同一机器上实现不同尺寸的加工,适用性广、灵活性高。本发明还提供包含该分条结构的切割机,该切割机可以选择性地进行分条、切块或定长分条,适用性广、灵活性高。

一种分条结构及包含该分条结构的切割机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割装置设备,尤其涉及一种分条结构及包含该分条结构的切割机。
背景技术
目前,在食品及高分子材料加工技术领域,通常需要对整块的物料进行切条或切块,以使其满足特殊的尺寸形状要求。目前常规的切割机在切割过程也存在如以下问题:1)分条过程中,切割后的物料容易卷起;2)分条过程中,切口不平整;3)物料粘附在切刀上;4)分条尺寸比较单一,通常一个机器只能切出一种尺寸的物料。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种切割尺寸可调的分条结构。
本发明的目的之二在于提供包含上述分条结构的切割机。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种分条结构,包括传送组件、导轨架和二组以上的滚刀组件;
传送组件包括传送带;
滚刀组件设置于传送带上方;滚刀组件包括刀辊、连接在刀辊的两端的支架板以及与支架板相连接的伸缩杆,刀辊上等距地设置有圆刀片,各组滚刀组件的圆刀片的间距不同;
导轨架上设有与支架板相匹配的导轨;支架板在伸缩杆的作用下沿导轨上下移动。
进一步地,分条结构还包括驱动装置,驱动装置包括第一电机、同步带和至少3个滚轮;刀辊上设有从动轮,同步带套接于滚轮,从动轮通过同步带与电机联动。
进一步地,述滚刀组件还包括挡料板;挡料板上设有与圆刀片相匹配的过刀孔。
进一步地,分条结构还包括承托件,承托件的个数与滚刀组件的组数相等,承托件设置于传送带下方与刀辊相对应的位置。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
一种切割机,包含机架和上述的分条结构。
进一步地,还包括切刀组件,切刀组件包括切刀架、挡板、切刀片,切刀架上设有供切刀片上下移动的滑轨,挡板上设有供切刀片穿过的过刀缝。
进一步地,切刀组件还包括第一固定板、偏心轮、第二固定板和第二电机,第一固定板与切刀架相联接,切刀片与第二固定板相联接,偏心轮与电机联动,第一固定板与第二固定板通过偏心轮联动。
进一步地,切割机还包括感应器,感应器设置于切刀组件的进料端,感应器用于感应从传送带传送过来的物料信号并指令第二电机运作。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明提供的分条结构,各组滚刀组件可自由切换,以将物料加工分条成不同尺寸的条状物,以在同一机器上实现不同尺寸的加工,适用性广、灵活性高;
2)本发明提供的切割机,可以选择性地进行分条、切块或定长分条,适用性广、灵活性高。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
以下具体实施方式中,所记载的“前”、“后”应该理解成传送方向。
本发明提供一种分条结构,如图1和2所示,包括传送组件、导轨架2和二组以上的滚刀组件3;
传送组件包括传送带1;
滚刀组件3设置于传送带1上方;滚刀组件3包括刀辊31、连接在刀辊31的两端的支架板32以及连接在支架板32下方的伸缩杆41,刀辊31上等距地设置有圆刀片311,各组滚刀组件3的圆刀片311的间距不同;
导轨架2上设有与支架板32相匹配的导轨21;支架板32在伸缩杆41的作用下沿导轨21上下移动。
该分条装置的各组滚刀组件3可自由切换,以将物料加工分条成不同尺寸的条状物,以在同一机器上实现不同尺寸的加工,适用性广、灵活性高,在食品如豆腐、米粉、面条、魔芋等块状或凝胶状物的分条加工,或适用于高分子薄膜的分条切割。
本发明中的分条结构,为了提高滚刀组件3的切割效率,可增加一与滚刀组件3相匹配的驱动组件,以使滚刀组件3以相对传送带1的传送方向运动,从而主动地使用圆刀片311相对待加工物料运动,使分条更均匀、不粘刀。其中驱动装置4的实施方式包括但不限于以下方式:驱动装置4包括第一电机、同步带42和至少3个滚轮43;刀辊31上设有从动轮33,同步带42套接于滚轮43,从动轮33通过同步带42与第一电机联动。如图1所示,当其中一组滚刀组件3向下移动时,从动轮33抵持同步带42,从而使第一电机运作时,从动轮33在同步带42的作用下,与第一电机联动。
本发明的分条装置,为了进一步地,减少物料粘结或沿刀辊31卷起,滚刀组件3还包括挡料板34;挡料板34上设有与圆刀片311相匹配的过刀孔341。
本发明的分条装置,还可以进一步地,为了提高分切过程的稳定性,如图3所示,分条结构还包括承托件5,承托件5的个数与滚刀组件3的组数相等,承托件5设置于传送带1下方与刀辊31相对应的位置。即承托件5提供一种分切支撑,使分切过程中更加顺利。
本发明还提供一种切割机,包含机架和上述的分条结构。该切割机实现不同尺寸的加工,适用性广、灵活性高,在食品如豆腐、米粉、面条、魔芋等块状或凝胶状物的分条加工,或适用于高分子薄膜的分条切割。
进一步地,该切割机还包括切刀组件6,切刀组件6包括切刀架61、挡板62、切刀片63,切刀架61上设有供切刀片63上下移动的滑轨611,挡板62上设有供切刀片63穿过的过刀缝621。即在分条功能的基础上,还包括定长竖直切片的功能。可选择性地只切块、只分条或切块分条同时进行,具有多功能。
上述切割机为进一步地实现定长切割,切刀组件6还包括第一固定板64、偏心轮65、第二固定板66和第二电机,第一固定板64与切刀架61相联接,切刀片63与第二固定板66相联接,偏心轮65与电机联动,第一固定板64与第二固定板66通过偏心轮65联动。通过偏心轮65的带动,切刀片63周期性地向下切割,在传送带1速度恒定的基础上,定长切割。
上述切割机为进一步地实现自动化切割,切割机还包括感应器7,感应器7设置于切刀组件6的进料端,感应器7用于感应从传送带1传送过来的物料信号并指令第二电机运作。当感应器7检测到进料时,使切刀组件6运作。

1.一种分条结构,包括传送组件、导轨架和二组以上的滚刀组件;
所述传送组件包括传送带;
所述滚刀组件设置于所述传送带上方;所述滚刀组件包括刀辊、连接在所述刀辊的两端的支架板以及与支架板相连接的伸缩杆,所述刀辊上等距地设置有圆刀片,各组滚刀组件的圆刀片的间距不同;
所述导轨架上设有与所述支架板相匹配的导轨;所述支架板在所述伸缩杆的作用下沿所述导轨上下移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的分条结构,其特征在于,所述分条结构还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置包括第一电机、同步带和至少3个滚轮;所述刀辊上设有从动轮,所述同步带套接于所述滚轮,所述从动轮通过所述同步带与所述第一电机联动。
3.如权利要求1所述的分条结构,其特征在于,所述滚刀组件还包括挡料板;所述挡料板上设有与所述圆刀片相匹配的过刀孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的分条结构,其特征在于,所述分条结构还包括承托件,所述承托件的个数与所述滚刀组件的组数相等,所述承托件设置于所述传送带下方与所述刀辊相对应的位置。
5.一种切割机,包含机架和如权利要求1-4任一项所述的分条结构。
6.如权利要求5所述的切割机,还包括切刀组件,所述切刀组件包括切刀架、挡板、切刀片,所述切刀架上设有供所述切刀片上下移动的滑轨,所述挡板上设有供所述切刀片穿过的过刀缝。
7.如权利要求6所述的切割机,所述切刀组件还包括第一固定板、偏心轮、第二固定板和第二电机,所述第一固定板与所述切刀架相联接,所述切刀片与所述第二固定板相联接,所述偏心轮与所述第二电机联动,所述第一固定板与所述第二固定板通过所述偏心轮联动。
8.如权利要求7所述的切割机,所述切割机还包括感应器,所述感应器设置于所述切刀组件的进料端,所述感应器用于感应从传送带传送过来的物料信号并指令所述第二电机运作。
