Abstract

Pour la transmission de couples, par exemple entre un arbre de transmission et un moyeu d'une roue motrice de véhicule automobile, il est nécessaire d'accoupler entre eux en solidarité de rotation le moyeu et l'arbre de transmission ou encore un élément intercalé correspondant. L'invention propose à cet effet un élément d'accouplement (3), notamment un élément de moyeu, pour la transmission de couples autour d'un axe de rotation (10) orienté dans une direction axiale, avec une denture droite (11) qui s'étend dans la direction de rotation autour de l'axe de rotation (10), sachant : que la denture droite (11) présente une pluralité de dents (15) ; que chaque dent (15) est réalisée approximativement triangulaire dans une coupe longitudinale le long de la direction de rotation, de sorte que sont formés deux flancs de dent (17) qui se terminent dans une région de sommet de dent (16) ; et qu'au moins un des flancs de dent (17) est réalisé, en coupe longitudinale, convexe par rapport à un flanc de dent de référence rectiligne imaginaire (20a, b).
