Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Ermittlung des Verschleißzustandes von Zerkleinerungswerkzeugen und umfasst somit ein Zerkleinerungswerkzeug (1, 10, 20), eine Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung mit einem solchen Zerkleinerungswerkzeug (1, 10, 20) und ein entsprechendes Verfahren. Der Grundgedanke der Erfindung besteht dabei darin, an dem Zerkleinerungswerkzeug (1, 10, 20) eine Bezugsfläche (5, 15, 25) vorzusehen, von der aus der Abstand A0, A1 zu den wirksamen Kanten (4, 14, 24) des Zerkleinerungswerkzeugs (1, 10, 20) ermittelt werden kann. Das Maß des Verschleißes ergibt sich dann aus einem Vergleich des ursprünglichen Abstandes A0 beim unverbrauchten Zerkleinerungswerkzeug mit dem verschleißbedingt verringerten Abstand A1 nach einer gewissen Einsatzdauer. Damit wird der Vorteil erreicht, dass der Verschleißzustand unabhängig vom allgemeinen Verschleiß der Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung ermittelt werden kann. Eine dadurch bedingte Verfälschung des Messergebnisses ist somit ausgeschlossen.

The degree of wear then results from a comparison of the original distance A 0 at the unused crushing tool with the wear-related reduced distance A 1 after a certain period of use. Thus, the advantage is achieved that the state of wear can be determined independently of the general wear of the crushing device. A consequent distortion of the measurement result is thus excluded.
