Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Austauschen eines in einem Lagerauge (65) eines Achskörpers (60) eingepressten Kugelgelenks (66) bestehend aus einem U-förmig ausgebildeten Grundkörper (1), welcher einen ersten und einen zweiten voneinander beabstandete U-Schenkel (2, 3) aufweist, von welchen einer mit einer Pressvorrichtung (75) und der andere mit verschiedenen Adaptern (25, 50) zum Ein- und Auspressen des Kugelgelenks (66) koppelbar ist, wobei das Lagerauge (65) an einem Lagergehäuse (61) des Achskörpers (60) angeformt und mit seiner Längsmittelachse (73) etwa rechtwinklig zur Längsmittelachse (72) des Lagergehäuses (61) ausgerichtet ist. Um eine solche Vorrichtung auch bei äußerst beengten Verhältnissen an einem Lagerauge ansetzen zu können, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der erste U-Schenkel (3) ringförmig ausgebildet ist und zur Kopplung mit der Pressvorrichtung (75) eine zentrale Aufnahmebohrung (6) aufweist und, dass zwischen dem zweiten U-Schenkel (3) und dem Lagerauge (65) ein Druckstück (25) vorgesehen ist, durch welches der Abstand des zweiten U-Schenkels (3) zum Lagerauge (65) derart einstellbar ist, dass der zweite U-Schenkel (3) im am Lagerauge (65) angesetzten Zustand im Bereich der Lagerbohrung (62) des Lagergehäuses (61) angeordnet ist.
