Claims (15)

  1. Gas cooking hob (1), comprising a cooking hob housing (3), a cover plate (19) and a retainer frame (9), wherein the cooking hob housing (3) is covered by the cover plate (19) and is connected via the retainer frame (9) to a work surface (11), characterised in that the gas cooking hob comprises a pot support (43) and the retainer frame (9) is stepped on its side facing towards the cooking hob housing (3) and forms a lateral delimiting wall (14), and that the retainer frame (9) features a first support section (15) on which an edge section (7) of the cooking hob housing (3) is supported, and a second support section (25) on which the cover plate (19) is supported, and the two support surfaces (15, 25) are connected to each other via the delimiting wall (14) and are spaced vertically from one another, wherein the edge section (7) of the cooking hob housing (3) supported on the first support section (15) of the retainer frame (9) is arranged between the cover plate (19) and the retainer frame (9) and a joint (37) formed between the retainer frame (9) or a decor frame (23) and the cover plate (19) respectively is arranged below an outer circumferential frame part of a pot support (43) arranged on the cover plate (19).
  2. Gas cooking hob (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the edge section (7) of the cooking hob housing (3) is revealed when the cover plate (19) is removed from the cooking hob, in particular revealed upwards on the user side.
  3. Gas cooking hob (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that, in the built-in state, the edge section (7) of the cooking hob housing (3) is spaced via a clearance (a) away from the cover plate (19).
  4. Gas cooking hob (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that an installation space (17) is formed between the cover plate (19) and the retainer frame (9), in which the edge section (7) of the cooking hob housing (3) is supported on the retainer frame (9).
  5. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the cover plate (19) extends beyond the edge section (7) of the cooking hob housing (3) in a lateral direction by a predetermined length (Ī”l).
  6. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that on its side facing towards the cooking hob housing (3) the retainer frame (9) forms a lateral delimiting wall (14) which delimits the free installation space (17) to the outside.
  7. Gas cooking hob (1) according to claim 6, characterised in that the two support sections (15, 25) are connected to each other via the delimiting wall (14).
  8. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the cooking hob comprises the decor frame and the decor frame (23) is supported on the retainer frame (9).
  9. Gas cooking hob (1) according to claim 8, characterised in that the cover plate (19) is supported, with an intervening edge section (29) of the decor frame (23) on the retainer frame (9), especially on its second support section (25).
  10. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the retainer frame (9) or decor frame (23) features a lateral stop wall (38) for the cover plate (19).
  11. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of claims 8 to 10, characterised in that the decor frame (23) is arranged with its edge section (29) to the side outside the free installation space (17) and/or the delimiting wall (14) of the retainer frame (9).
  12. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the cover plate (19) is connected releasably to the retainer frame (9) and/or decor frame (23), especially by a screw connection.
  13. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the edge section (7) of the cooking hob housing (3) is supported in a releasable connection (27) on the retainer frame (9).
  14. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that an outer edge of the decor frame (23) is embodied such that it is able to be welded to a plate (34) of the work surface (11) delimiting the cooking hob.
  15. Gas cooking hob (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the retainer frame (9) features an edge flange (26) via which the retainer frame (9) is supported on the work surface (11), which edge flange (26) can be supported especially by a support (28) on the work surface (11).
