Claims (3)
- Appareil de commande de gaz d'échappement pourvu d'un filtre (22) qui est disposé dans un passage d'échappement (4) d'un moteur à combustion interne (1) et piège de la matière sous forme de particules dans le gaz d'échappement, de moyens de commande de régénération de filtre (100) destinés à réaliser une régénération de filtre qui enlève de la matière sous forme de particules (PM) qui s'est accumulée sur le filtre (22) en réalisant une injection de carburant de régénération après une injection de carburant principale en commandant le calage d'injection du moteur à combustion interne (1), et d'un compteur (110) qui compte la durée de la régénération de filtre, dans lequel
les moyens de commande de régénération de filtre (100) déterminent qu'une période depuis après qu'il y ait une commande pour régénérer le filtre (22) de telle sorte que la régénération de filtre commence jusqu'à ce que la régénération de filtre ait été terminée, et qui est une période pendant laquelle la régénération de filtre n'est pas interdite, est une période pendant laquelle le filtre (22) est dans un état inachevé de régénération de filtre ;
les moyens de commande de régénération de filtre (100) augmentent le compte du compteur (110) quand la régénération de filtre est exécutée alors que le filtre (22) est dans l'état inachevé de régénération de filtre ;
les moyens de commande de régénération de filtre (100) ont le compteur (110) qui maintient la valeur de compte actuelle de durée quand le moteur à combustion interne (1) commute vers un état autre qu'un état de régénération de filtre alors que le filtre (22) est dans l'état inachevé de régénération de filtre ;
les moyens de commande de régénération de filtre (100) remettent à zéro le compteur (110) quand le filtre (22) n'est pas dans l'état inachevé de régénération de filtre ;
l'appareil de commande de gaz d'échappement étant caractérisé en ce que :les moyens de commande de régénération de filtre (100) établissent une période de régénération de filtre interdite quand le compte du compteur (110) atteint une durée prédéterminée, avant que la régénération de filtre soit terminée ; etles moyens de commande de régénération de filtre (100) remettent à zéro le compteur (110) pendant la période de régénération de filtre interdite. - Appareil de commande de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la période de régénération de filtre interdite est établie comme une période jusqu'à ce que le carburant qui est mélangé à de l'huile qui lubrifie le moteur à combustion interne (1) se vaporise suffisamment.
- Appareil de commande de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'état autre que l'état de régénération de filtre est un état du moteur à combustion interne (1) dans lequel l'injection de carburant de régénération n'est pas réalisée après l'injection de carburant principale.
