Pour la sécurisation de la vis insérée (3), un profilage (6) est prévu dans la paroi du puits (5), celui-ci se déformant élastiquement lors de l'insertion de la vis (3), au moment du passage de la tête (4). Pour la sécurisation de la vis (3), le profilage (6) se redéforme vers l'intérieur du puits après passage de la tête (4). Selon l'invention, la paroi du puits (5) est pourvue d'une rainure périphérique (8) formée dans le matériau, la vis (3) ou le puits (2) adoptant une forme non-ronde.
