Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de remplissage (1) pour boissons, comprenant un réservoir de réserve (8) destiné à recevoir une réserve de boisson, et une vanne de remplissage (4) pour assurer le remplissage d'emballages (6) avec de la boisson en provenance du réservoir de réserve (8), et comprenant également un premier échangeur de chaleur (17) intégré à la vanne de remplissage (4),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier échangeur de chaleur (17) est intégré à la paroi (13) de la vanne de remplissage (4).
  2. Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le réservoir de réserve (8) présente un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (9) qui lui est intégré.
  3. Dispositif de remplissage (1) pour boissons, comprenant un réservoir de réserve (8) destiné à recevoir une réserve de boisson, et une vanne de remplissage (4) pour assurer le remplissage d'emballages (6) avec de la boisson en provenance du réservoir de réserve (8), et comprenant également un premier échangeur de chaleur (17) intégré à la vanne de remplissage (4),

    un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (9) intégré au réservoir de réserve (8), le réservoir de réserve (8) étant relié à un groupe de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage (10), et l'échangeur de chaleur (17) de la vanne de remplissage (4) étant relié au groupe de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage (10) du réservoir de réserve (8).
  4. Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième échangeur de chaleur (9) est intégré à la paroi (8c) du réservoir de réserve (8).
  5. Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une des revendications 2 - 4, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir de réserve (8) est d'une configuration à double paroi, avec une paroi intérieure et une paroi extérieure (8a, 8b) entre lesquelles circule un fluide ou un agent d'échange de chaleur.
  6. Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que toutes les parois extérieures du réservoir de réserve (8) sont d'une configuration à double paroi.
  7. Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une des revendications 1 - 2, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir de réserve (8) est relié à un groupe de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage (10).
  8. Dispositif de remplissage selon les revendications 3 - 7, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage (10) est agencé sur le réservoir de réserve (8).
  9. Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une des revendications 1 - 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de remplissage (1) comprend un plateau rotatif ou carrousel de remplisseur, le réservoir de réserve (8) étant agencé symétriquement par rapport à un axe de rotation (1') sur un support (2) du carrousel.
  10. Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage (10) est agencé symétriquement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (1') du carrousel de remplisseur.
  11. Dispositif de remplissage selon les revendications 3 - 7 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage (10) est posé de manière attenante au dispositif de remplissage et est relié au réservoir de réserve (8) par l'intermédiaire de conduites d'amenée de fluides ou d'agents et/ou de distributeurs rotatifs.
  12. Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une des revendications 1 - 11, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de remplissage (4) renferme un canal (18), qui est intégré à sa paroi (13) et à travers lequel s'écoule un fluide ou agent d'échange de chaleur.
  13. Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le canal (18) intégré à la paroi (13) de la vanne de remplissage, s'étend sur la hauteur d'une chambre de produit (17) de la vanne de remplissage (4).
