Claims (17)
- Sachet d'emballage en film avec une paroi frontale (2), une paroi arrière (3), une partie de tête (5) fermée par une soudure transversale (4) et une zone de prélèvement (6) déchirable, qui sur un côté du sachet d'emballage en film (1) s'étend à partir d'un premier côté longitudinal (7a) vers la partie de tête (5), caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de prélèvement (6) sur la paroi frontale et arrière (2, 3) est disposée chaque fois une ligne d'affaiblissement (8) déchirable, en ce que sur la face interne du sachet sont prévues des étiquettes en film (9, 9') qui sont fixées chacune de part et d'autre d'une ligne d'affaiblissement (8) sur la face interne du sachet et qui présentent chacune dans la zone de la ligne d'affaiblissement (8) associée un pli d'extension (10), la partie de la zone de prélèvement (6) délimitée par les lignes d'affaiblissement (8) étant escamotable pour former une goulotte de déversement (11) et les échancrures (12) alors formées chaque fois sur les lignes d'affaiblissement (8) dans la paroi frontale (2) et dans la paroi arrière (3) étant chevauchées par les plis d'extension (10).
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur les côtés longitudinaux (7a, 7b) entre la paroi frontale (2) et la paroi arrière (3) sont insérés des plis latéraux (15a, 15b), le pli latéral (15a) disposé sur le premier côté longitudinal (7a) étant escamotable dans la zone de prélèvement (6), après une première ouverture du sachet d'emballage en film (1).
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que sous la partie de tête (5) est prévue une soudure transversale (4') supplémentaire se raccordant latéralement sur la zone de prélèvement (6).
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les lignes d'affaiblissement (8) sont disposées par rapport au premier côté longitudinal (7a) sous un angle α compris entre 10° et 45°, de préférence entre 20° et 35°.
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la paroi frontale et arrière (2, 3) sont formées par pliage et scellement d'un film à sachet.
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les côtés longitudinaux (7a, 7b) sont munis de soudures de scellement longitudinales (14, 14').
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir du premier côté longitudinal (7a), la hauteur h du pli d'extension (10) augmente.
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que sur la paroi frontale (2) et/ou sur la paroi arrière (3), dans le voisinage de la ligne d'affaiblissement (8) qui s'y étend est formée une boucle (16), dans laquelle, après une première ouverture, la partie de la zone de prélèvement (6) délimitée par les lignes d'affaiblissement (8) est insérable pour améliorer la fermeture.
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la boucle (16) est formée par au moins une entaille (17) dans la paroi frontale (2) ou dans la paroi arrière (3), sur le côté intérieur du sachet, la boucle (16) étant recouverte par l'étiquette en film (9) associée à la paroi frontale (2) ou à la paroi arrière (3).
- Sachet d'emballage en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par une poignée (18) sur la partie de tête (5) ou sur le deuxième côté longitudinal (7b).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un sachet d'emballage en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
dans une bande de film (19) des lignes d'affaiblissement (8) associées par paire qui sont orientées en inclinaison par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la bande de film (19) étant ménagées,

- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, lors de la formation du premier boyau en film (22), des plis latéraux (15a, 15b) insérés entre la paroi frontale (2) et la paroi arrière (3) étant créés.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, le boyau de film (22) étant muni sur ses bords de soudures de scellement longitudinales (14, 14').
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 16, des sachets d'emballage en film (1) individuels ouverts sur une extrémité étant sectionnés à partir du boyau de film (22).
