Ein Türlagerwinkel für ein schrankartiges Haushaltsgerät umfasst einen Trägerarm (1) und einem von dem Trägerarm (1) in einer ersten Richtung abstehenden Lagerzapfen (3). Ein Fuß (4) für das Haushaltsgerät erstreckt sich in Verlängerung des Lagerzapfens (3) in einer zur ersten Richtung entgegengesetzten zweiten Richtung von dem Trägerarm (1) aus. Der Lagerzapfen (3) ist einteilig mit einem auf den Trägerarm (1) aufgeschobenen Steckschuh (2) ausgebildet.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Türlagerwinkel für die drehbare Aufhängung einer Tür eines schrankartigen Haushaltsgerätes, insbesondere eines Kühlschranks oder Gefrierschranks.
  • Ein derartiger Türlagerwinkel ist aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE 92 06 086 U1 bekannt.
  • Herkömmliche Türlagerwinkel dieser Art umfassen einen am Gehäuse des Haushaltsgeräts zu befestigenden Trägerarm, der an einem Ende einen im Wesentlichen vertikal abstehenden Zapfen trägt. Der Zapfen ist vorgesehen, um in eine Bohrung der Tür eingesteckt zu werden und so eine vertikale Schwenkachse für die Tür zu definieren. Im Allgemeinen handelt es sich bei diesem Zapfen um einen massiven Metallstift, der in eine Bohrung des ebenfalls metallischen Trägerarms eingesteckt und in diesem verschweißt oder vernietet ist.
  • Die an einem solchen Türlagerwinkel aufgehängte Tür kann ein erhebliches Gewicht erreichen, wenn es sich beispielsweise um eine Kühlschranktür mit Kühlgutabsteller handelt, die im allgemeinen an der Innenseite der Tür befestigt sind, welche mit vergleichsweise gewichtigem Kühlgut wie etwa Getränkeflaschen vollgestellt sind. Die Gehäuse derartiger Kältegeräte neigen mit zunehmendem technischen Fortschritt dazu, immer leichter zu werden, da für die Herstellung der Gehäusewände zunehmend schwere Metallbleche durch leichtgewichtigen Kunststoff ersetzt werden und die Kältemaschinen zunehmend kleiner und damit leichter gebaut werden können. Wenn das Gehäuse eines solchen Kältegeräts nur gering beladen ist, die Tür hingegen voll, so kann diese Entwicklung im Extremfall dazu führen, dass die Standfestigkeit des Gerätes gefährdet ist und das Gerät beim Öffnen der Tür dazu neigt, vornüber zu kippen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Türlagerwinkel für ein schrankartiges Haushaltsgerät zu schaffen, der diesem eine verbesserte Standfestigkeit verleiht und eine vereinfachte Anbringung des Türlagerzapfens ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch gelöst durch einen Türlagerwinkel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 bzw. des Anspruchs 7.
  • Mit diesem Türlagerwinkel ist es möglich, einen Fuß des Kältegeräts in gleicher Weise wie den Lagerzapfen der Tür über die Vorderseite des Gerätegehäuses vorstehend zu platzieren. Diese Maßnahme ist gerade bei demjenigen Vorderfuß des Gerätes besonders wirksam, in dessen Nähe sich die Türaufhängung befindet, da beim Öffnen der Tür der Schwerpunkt des Gesamtgeräts sich nicht nur nach vorn, sondern gleichzeitig auch zu der Seite der Türaufhängung hin verlagert.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Türlagerwinkel kann besonders einfach mit einem höhenverstellbaren Fuß versehen werden, indem der Stiftteil dieses Fußes in einem Hohlraum des Lagerzapfens untergebracht wird. Dieses Merkmal befreit von der Notwendigkeit, einen entsprechenden Hohlraum im Gehäuse des Kältegeräts selbst vorzusehen, wodurch sich die Herstellung des Gehäuses vereinfacht. Die Herstellung des Türlagerwinkels vereinfacht sich auch dadurch, dass der Stiftteil des Fußes zugleich als Träger für den Lagerzapfen dient. Die statische Beanspruchbarkeit des Fußes erlaubt es, die darauf aufgeschobenen Lagerzapfen weniger statisch anspruchsvoll, z.B. aus Kunststoff, auszubilden.
  • Die Höhenverstellbarkeit des Fußes wird in einfacher Weise mit Hilfe einer mit dem Lagerzapfen fluchtenden Gewindebohrung des Trägerarms und einem Gewinde des durch diese Gewindebohrung des Trägerarms in den Hohlraum des Lagerzapfens eingreifenden Stiftteils erreicht.
  • Um auch bei einer geringen Länge des Gewindes eine ausreichende Sicherheit des Fußes gegen Verkanten zu erreichen, ist bevorzugt, dass der Hohlraum des Lagerzapfens den Stiftabschnitt im Wesentlichen spielfrei in radialer Richtung aufnimmt. Durch die zumindest im Wesentlichen spielfreie Abstimmung des Stiftteils auf den Hohlraum des Lagerzapfens ist auch eine präzise und spielfreie Lagerung der Tür möglich.
  • Die Gewindebohrung ist vorzugsweise in einem vorspringenden Stutzen des Trägerarms gebildet. Dies ermöglicht die Ausbildung eines Gewindes von für eine hohe Tragkraft des Fußes ausreichender Länge, auch wenn das Material des Trägerarms eine dieser Länge entsprechende Dicke nicht aufweist. Vorzugsweise ist der vorspringende Stutzen einteilig aus dem Material des Trägerarms geformt, z.B. in Art eines Gewindedurchzuges ausgebildet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist ferner bevorzugt, dass der Lagerzapfen, egal ob hohl und zum Aufnehmen des Stiftteiles eines Fußes ausgelegt oder nicht, mit dem Trägerarm über einen auf einen Endabschnitt des Trägerarms aufschiebbaren und an diesem verrastbaren Steckschuh verbunden ist. Dieser Steckschuh, der vorzugweise aus einem festen Kunststoffmaterial besteht, erlaubt gleichzeitig eine optisch ansprechende Verkleidung des Endabschnitts des Trägerarms, so dass auf eine aufwendige Oberflächenbearbeitung, Lackierung oder dergleichen des Trägerarms verzichtet werden kann. Wenn der Trägerarm mit dem oben erwähnten Stutzen versehen ist, kann dieser in zweckmäßiger Weise auch als Rastpunkt für eine Zunge des Steckschuhs dienen.
  • Der Steckschuh und der Lagerzapfen sind vorzugsweise einteilig aus Kunststoff gebildet.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls ein Haushaltsgerät, das wenigstens einen Türlagerwinkel wie oben definiert aufweist.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Gesamtansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen unteren Türlagerwinkels. Er ist aufgebaut aus einem aus kräftigem Stahlblech gebogenen Trägerarm 1, einem auf ein Ende des Trägerarms aufgesteckten Steckschuh 2 aus Kunststoff, von dem vertikal nach oben ein Lagerzapfen 3 absteht, der vorgesehen ist, um in eine entsprechende Lagerbohrung an der Unterseite einer Tür einzugreifen. Ein höhenverstellbarer Fuß 4, von dem in der Fig. nur ein sechseckiger, sich an der Aufstellebene abstützender Basisabschnitt zu erkennen ist, steht von dem Trägerarm 1 nach unten ab.
  • Der Trägerarm 1 hat einen in etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt, wodurch dem Trägerarm 1 durch die zwei U-Profil-Schenkel 19 eine hohe Biegesteifigkeit verliehen ist.
  • Ein dem Steckschuh 2 gegenüberliegender Endabschnitt des Trägerarms 1 ist zu einer kurzen schmalen Zunge 6 geformt, die durch eine eingeprägte Vertiefung 8 ebenfalls hohe Biegesteifigkeit aufweist. Die Zunge 6 ist vorgesehen zum formschlüssigen Einschieben in eine Öse 20 eines Kältegerätegehäuses.
  • Fig. 2 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht des unteren Bereichs eines Kältegerätegehäuses, die die Anbringung des Türlagerwinkels an dem Gehäuse veranschaulicht. Eine ungefähr mittig am Trägerarm 1 gebildete Bohrung 7 ist vorgesehen, um eine Schraube aufzunehmen, mit der der Trägerarm 1 von unten an dem Gehäuse festgeschraubt wird. Für die feste Montage des Trägerarms genügt es also, zunächst dessen Zunge 6 in die Öse des Gehäuses einzustecken und ihn dann durch die Bohrung 7 festzuschrauben.
  • Der Lagerzapfen 3 greift in die bereits erwähnte Lagerbohrung an der schrägen Unterseite einer Tür 21 ein; das abgeflacht ausgebildete Ende des Lagerzapfens 3 trägt das Gewicht der Tür 21.
  • Fig. 3 ist eine Ansicht des Türlagerwinkels in der gleichen Perspektive wie Fig. 1, bei der allerdings der Steckschuh 2 und der mit ihm verbundene Lagerzapfen 3 weggelassen sind, um den Fuß 4 vollständiger zeigen zu können. Ein vom Basisabschnitt 5 vertikal nach oben abstehender Stiftabschnitt 9 ist mit einem Außengewinde versehen, das mit einem Innengewinde einer Bohrung 10 des Trägerarms 1 in Eingriff ist und über das das Gewicht des Kühlschranks auf den Fuß 4 übertragen wird. Durch Drehen des Fußes 4 ist die Höhe des Trägerarms 1 über einer Standfläche einstellbar.
  • Fig. 4 ist wiederum eine perspektivische Ansicht des Türlagerwinkels in der gleichen Perspektive wie Figs. 1 und 2, bei der allerdings der Steckschuh 2 und der Lagerzapfen 3 in Längsrichtung des Trägerarms 1 aufgeschnitten dargestellt sind. In dieser Darstellung erkennt man, dass der mit dem Steckschuh 2 einteilig ausgeformte Lagerzapfen 3 einen nach unten offenen Hohlraum 12 aufweist, in den der Stiftabschnitt 9 eingreift. Der Außendurchmesser des Stiftabschnitts 9 entspricht mit geringer Toleranz dem Innendurchmesser des Hohlraums 12. Der Lagerzapfen 3 verhindert so ein ungewolltes Verkanten des Stiftabschnitts 9 und schützt so das Gewinde des Stiftabschnitts 9 und der Bohrung 10 vor Beschädigung. Die im Wesentlichen spielfreie Aufbringung des Lagerzapfens 3 auf den Stiftabschnitt 9 schafft zugleich auch die Voraussetzung für eine spielfreie Lagerung der Tür 21 am Lagerzapfen 3.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Türlagerwinkels von unten, wobei der Fuß 4 weggelassen ist. Man erkennt, dass die Bohrung 10 des Trägerarms 1 an dessen Unterseite durch einen Stutzen 13 verlängert ist, der durch Aufdornen einer ursprünglich kleineren Bohrung aus dem Material des Trägerarms 1 geformt ist. Dieser Stutzen 13 hat eine zweifache Funktion. Zum einen erlaubt er, das Innengewinde der Bohrung 7 wesentlich länger zu machen, als es der eigentlichen Materialstärke des Trägerarms 1 entspricht, so dass der Fuß 4 ohne Gefahr einer Beschädigung des Gewindes mit hohem Gewicht belastet werden kann, zum anderen dient er als Rastanschlag für eine flexible Zunge 14 des Steckschuhs 2 und hält diesen so am Trägerarm 1 fixiert, auch wenn der Stiftabschnitt 9 des Fußes nicht in seinen Hohlraum eingreift. Ausgangspunkt der Zunge 14 ist eine Brücke 15, die zwei Seitenflanken des Steckschuhs 2 unterhalb des Trägerarms 1 miteinander verbindet und so die Steifigkeit des Steckschuhs und seine Belastbarkeit durch auf den Lagerzapfen 3 einwirkende Kippmomente erhöht.
  • Wie man an Fig. 6 erkennt, ist der Gedanke, den Lagerzapfen mit Hilfe eines Steckschuhs am Trägerarm zu befestigen, auch auf den oberen Türlagerwinkel einer Kältegerätetür übertragbar. Man erkennt hier, in auseinander gezogener Darstellung, einen Trägerarm 1' mit einer Steckzunge 16 und einem von der Steckzunge 16 abgewinkelten Basisabschnitt 17, in dem mehrere Bohrungen zum Verschrauben an einem Kältegerätegehäuses gebildet sind. Der Steckschuh 2' hat eine geschlossene Ober- und Unterseite; von der Unterseite steht der massive Lagerzapfen 3' ab. Rasthaken 18 an den Seitenwänden des Steckschuhs 2' sind vorgesehen, um in seitliche Einkerbungen 19 der Steckzunge 16 einzugreifen und den Steckschuh so zu verankern.

Claims (6)

  1. Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Kühlgerät, mit einem schrankartigen Gehäuse und einer Tür sowie einem Türlagerwinkel mit einem Trägerarm (1) und einem von dem Trägerarm (1) in einer ersten Richtung abstehenden Lagerzapfen (3), der mit einem Hohlraum versehen ist, in dem der Stiftteil (9) eines höhenverstellbaren Fußes (4) untergebracht ist und der mit einer Gewindebohrung (10) des Trägerarms (1) fluchtet, in die der mit einem Gewinde versehene Stiftteil (9) zur Höhenverstellbarkeit des Fußes (4) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindebohrung (10) in einem vorspringenden Stützen (13) des Trägerarms (1) eingreift.
  2. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorspringende Stützen (13) einteilig aus dem Material des Trägerarms (1) geformt ist.
  3. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorspringende Stutzen (13) in Art eines Gewindedurchzugs ausgebildet ist.
  4. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindebohrung (10) des Trägerarms (1) an dessen Unterseite durch den Stutzen (13) verlängert ist.
  5. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stutzen (13) durch Aufdornen einer ursprünglich kleineren Bohrung aus dem Material des Trägerarms geformt ist.
  6. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum des Lagerzapfens (3) den Stiftteil (9) im Wesentlichen spielfrei in radialer Richtung aufnimmt.
