  1. Machine d'étirage et d'embobinage pour film d'emballage, comprenant une table de machine (1), ladite table de machine (1) comportant, assemblés sur elle-même, un dispositif étirage (2), un dispositif de repliage de bordure (3), un dispositif oscillant (4) et un dispositif d'embobinage (5), ledit dispositif d'étirage (2) étant doté d'un arbre rotatif (20) de transport de matériau, ledit arbre rotatif (20) de transport de matériau ayant un côté disposé avec une roue de pressage de matériau (21), une pluralité de roues d'étirage rotatives (22) avec des vitesses de rotation différentes positionnées au-dessus de ladite roue de pressage de matériau (21), une pluralité de roues de guidage (23) respectivement placées entre chaque deuxième roue d'étirage rotative (22) et sur le côté supérieur et le côté inférieur de ladite roue d'étirage rotative (22), une roue de guidage et de convoyage (24) positionnée sur un côté de ladite roue d'étirage rotative (22), ladite table de machine (1) ayant un côté extérieur doté d'une unité de transmission (25), ledit dispositif de repliage de bordure (3) étant positionné au-dessus dudit dispositif d'étirage (2), ledit dispositif de repliage de bordure (3) étant disposé avec deux roues de guidage (30, 31), lesdites deux roues de guidage (30, 31) ayant leurs extrémités opposées respectivement fixées avec une plaque de repliage de bordure (32, 33), un rouleau convoyeur (34) situé sur un côté de ladite roue de guidage (31), ledit rouleau convoyeur (34) comportant une roue de pressage (35) montée sur son côté supérieur, ledit dispositif oscillant (4) étant assemblé sur ladite table de machine (1), ledit dispositif oscillant (4) ayant un cylindre à pression d'air (40) fixé sur ladite table de machine (1), ladite table de machine (1) étant disposée avec deux cadres de support opposés (41), ledit cylindre à pression d'air (40) ayant une tige de poussée (400) insérée à travers ladite table de machine (1) et fixée sur l'un desdits de cadre de support (41) au moyen d'une plaque de connexion (42), une pluralité de piliers de guidage (43) assemblés entre lesdits deux cadres de support (41), ledit dispositif d'embobinage (5) étant positionné au-dessus dudit dispositif oscillant (4), ledit dispositif d'embobinage (5) étant doté d'un entonnoir d'alimentation (50), deux disques rotatifs opposés (51) fixés au-dessous dudit entonnoir d'alimentation (50) et positionnés entre lesdits deux cadres de support (41) dudit dispositif oscillant (4), lesdits deux disques rotatifs (51) étant dotés d'un arbre rotatif (52) et ayant une pluralité de pinces de serrage opposées (53) fixées sur celui-ci, un couteau (54), et un cadre collecteur (57) respectivement assemblés au-dessous desdits deux disques rotatifs (51).
  2. Machine d'étirage et d'embobinage pour film d'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chacune desdites roues d'étirage rotatives (22) dudit dispositif d'étirage (2) comporte une surface extérieure dotée de motifs de coupe.
  3. Machine d'étirage et d'embobinage pour film d'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite unité de transmission (25) est composée de deux moteurs de transmission (250, 251), d'une pluralité de roues de transmission (252) de tailles différentes, d'une pluralité de courroies de transmission sans fin (253) et d'une pluralité de roues de pressage (254), lesdites courroies de transmission (252) étant respectivement engagées autour desdites roues de transmission (252) desdits deux moteurs de transmission (250, 251) et desdites roues d'étirage rotatives (22), et autour de ladite roue de pressage de matériau (21) et de ladite roue de transmission (252) sur ladite roue de guidage et de convoyage (24).
  4. Machine d'étirage et d'embobinage pour film d'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le cadre de support (540) dudit couteau (54) dudit dispositif d'embobinage (5) est inséré à l'extérieur desdits deux cadres de support (41) dudit dispositif oscillant (4), et comporte une extrémité extérieure fixée avec une tige de connexion (55) qui est connectée avec un cylindre à pression d'air (56).
