Claims (25)

  1. Methode zur Herstellung eines Elements (1, 100) für die Verkleidung von Flächen, und vorzugsweise von begehbaren Flächen, folgende Arbeitsgänge umfassend:
    - Positionierung eines Stützelements (2), welches eine obere Fläche (3) und eine untere Fläche (4) definiert;
    - Aufbringung von wenigstens einer Schicht eines lichtbrechenden und/oder reflektierenden und/oder irisierenden und/oder leuchtenden und/oder glänzenden Materials (5) auf wenigstens einen Teil der besagten oberen Fläche (3),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auch folgende Arbeitsgänge umfasst:
    - wenigstens teilweise Entfernung der besagten wenigstens einen Schicht Materials (5), um wenigstens einen Teil der oberen Fläche (3) des Körpers (2) freizulegen.
  2. Methode gemäß Patentanspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt der Entfernung wenigstens einen der folgenden Arbeitsgänge umfasst: Bürsten und/oder Sägen und/oder Glätten und/oder Hobeln und/oder Schaben und/oder Sandstrahlen und/oder Fräsen und/oder Kalibrierung und/oder Behandlung mit Stahlwolle.
  3. Methode gemäß eines jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie vor der Aufbringung der wenigstens einen Schicht Material wenigstens einen der folgenden Arbeitsgänge umfasst: Reinigen und/oder Glätten und/oder Einschneiden von wenigstens einem Teil der besagten oberen Fläche.
  4. Methode gemäß Patentanspruch 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Reinigungsvorgang einen Arbeitsschritt des Sandstrahlens und/oder Bürstens und/oder Glättens und/oder Abschabens und/oder Fräsen und/oder Kalibrierens und/oder eine Behandlung mit Stahlwolle umfasst.
  5. Methode gemäß Patentanspruch 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Glättungsvorgang eine Hobelung und/oder Nivellierung umfasst.
  6. Methode gemäß Patentanspruch 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Einschneidvorgang eine Hobelung und/oder Glättung und/oder Bürstung und/oder Sägung und/oder Abschabung umfasst.
  7. Methode gemäß eines jeglichen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Aufbringung der wenigstens einen Materialschicht (5) ein Farbstoff und vorzugsweise Lack und/oder Öl und/oder Wachs aufgetragen wird.
  8. Methode gemäß Patentanspruch 7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Vorgang des Auftrags eines Farbstoffs und/oder Lacks und/oder Öls und/oder Wachses durch Sprühen oder Schelllackpolitur oder mit einer Bürste ausgeführt wird.
  9. Methode gemäß eines jeglichen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Vorgang des Auftrags daraus besteht, ein Blatt oder eine Folie oder einen Film des besagten Materials (5) auf wenigstens einen Teil der oberen Fläche (3) zu kleben.
  10. Methode gemäß Patentanspruch 9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Vorgang des Verklebens folgenden Arbeitsgänge umfasst:
    - Verteilung eines Bindemittels auf wenigstens einen Teil der besagten oberen Fläche;
    - Auslegen von besagtem Blatt oder Film oder der besagten Folie.
  11. Methode gemäß eines jeglichen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche von 1) bis 8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Auftrag daraus besteht, dass wenigstens eine Schicht Lack und/oder Öl und/oder Wachs einschließlich Pulver oder Partikel des besagten Materials aufgebracht wird.
  12. Element (1, 100) zur Verkleidung von Flächen, und vorzugsweise begehbaren Flächen, ein Stützelement (2) umfassend, welches eine obere Fläche (3) und eine untere Fläche (4) definiert, wobei die besagte obere Fläche (3) wenigstens eine Schicht aus lichtbrechendem und/oder reflektierendem und/oder irisierendem und/oder leuchtendem und/oder glänzendem Material (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte wenigstens eine Schicht die besagte obere Fläche (3) teilweise bedeckt, so dass wenigstens Teile der oberen Fläche (3) des Körpers (2) aus der besagten, wenigstens einen Schicht hervortreten.
  13. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte obere Fläche (3) zu einem Holzkörper oder zu einem Metallkörper oder zu einem synthetischen Körper oder zu einem Marmorkörper oder zu einem Steinkörper gehört.
  14. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 12) oder 13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte lichtbrechende und/oder reflektierende und/oder irisierende und/oder leuchtende und/oder glänzende Material natürliche oder synthetische Materialien umfasst.
  15. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 12) oder 13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Material ein glasiges Material oder ein Metall oder ein Mineral oder ein organisches Material enthält.
  16. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Metall ein Edelmetall ist.
  17. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Edelmetall Gold und/oder Platin und/oder Silber und/oder Bronze oder eine Legierung dieser Metalle enthält.
  18. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Metall Aluminium und/oder Zinn und/oder Kupfer und/oder eine Legierung dieser Metalle enthält.
  19. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte, glasige Material Glas oder Siliziumoxidpulver oder entsprechende Stoffe enthalten kann.
  20. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte, mineralische Material Steinteile oder -pulver enthält.
  21. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Steine Teile oder Pulver von Quarz oder Diamant oder Rubin oder Amethyst oder Saphir enthalten.
  22. Element gemäß Patentanspruch 15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte organische Material ein synthetisches oder natürliches Material und vorzugsweise Perlmutt enthält.
