Abstract

L'invention concerne une fermeture à glissière et son procédé de fabrication. Une fermeture à glissière (1) comporte une paire de rubans opposés (2), comprenant chacun une bande (6) composée d'un matériau flexible, en particulier une peau ou un cuir naturel ou artificiel. Chaque bande (6) est repliée sur elle-même autour d'un élément central allongé (8) de manière à former un bord présentant des dents sur lequel une rangée respective de dents de couplage (3) est fixée. Une couche (7) d'un matériau en feuille de renforcement est appliquée au moyen d'un adhésif sur la surface ou le côté interne (6a) dudit matériau flexible (6), et une couche d'adhésif est appliquée sur le matériau de renforcement (7), et une bande du matériau composite ainsi obtenu est repliée sur elle-même autour du centre (8).

Claims (16)

  1. Fermeture à glissière (1) comportant une paire de rubans opposés (2), chacun comprenant une bande (6) en matériau souple, ladite bande (6) étant repliée sur elle-même autour d'un élément d'âme long (8) de manière à former un bord de support de dents sur lequel est fixée une rangée respective de dents d'accouplement (3) ;
    la fermeture à glissière étant caractérisée en ce que :
    une couche (7) d'un matériau de renforcement en feuille est fixée au moyen d'un adhésif sur la surface ou face intérieure (6a) de ladite bande (6), et
    une couche d'adhésif est appliquée sur le matériau de renforcement en feuille (7), puis la bande du matériau composite ainsi obtenu est repliée sur elle-même autour de l'âme (8).
  2. Fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chacune desdites bandes (6) est faite d'un matériau tricoté, ou tissé ou non tissé.
  3. Fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chacune desdites bandes (6) est faite d'une peau ou cuir naturel(le) ou artificiel(le).
  4. Fermeture à glissière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la couche de renforcement (7) est faite d'un film ou ruban en plastique ou métal ou matériau tissé ou non tissé ou tricoté.
  5. Fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la couche de renforcement (7) est faite d'un matériau de type polyamide.
  6. Fermeture à glissière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque bande (6) dudit matériau souple a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,20 et 0,35 mm, de préférence entre 0,25 et 0,30 mm, et la couche de renforcement (7) a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,05 et 0,15 mm, et qui vaut de préférence environ 0,10 mm.
  7. Fermeture à glissière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque dent d'accouplement (3) s'étend à travers une ouverture ou trou (9) prévu(e) dans le ruban (2) respectif.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'une fermeture à glissière (1) comportant une paire de rubans opposés (2), chacun comprenant une bande (6) en matériau souple, ladite bande (6) étant repliée sur elle-même autour d'un élément d'âme long (8) de manière à former un bord de support de dents sur lequel est fixée une rangée respective de dents d'accouplement (3) ;
    le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau de renforcement en feuille (7) est accouplé au moyen d'un adhésif sur la surface ou face intérieure (6a) de ladite bande (6), ledit matériau de renforcement en feuille (7) étant replié et collé par un adhésif sur lui-même autour de l'âme (8).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le matériau de renforcement en feuille (7) est replié et collé autour de l'âme (8) avant d'être accouplé à ladite bande (6).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le matériau de renforcement en feuille (7) est replié et collé autour de l'âme (8) en même temps que ladite bande (6) après avoir été accouplé à ladite bande (6) au moyen d'un adhésif.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel chacune desdites bandes (6) est faite d'un matériau tricoté, ou tissé ou non tissé.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel chacune desdites bandes (6) est faite d'une peau ou cuir naturel(le) ou artificiel(le).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, dans lequel la couche de renforcement (7) est faite d'un film ou ruban en plastique ou métal ou matériau tissé ou non tissé ou tricoté.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la couche de renforcement (7) est faite d'un matériau de type polyamide.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 14, dans lequel chaque bande (6) dudit matériau souple a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,20 et 0,35 mm, de préférence entre 0,25 et 0,30 mm, et la couche de renforcement (7) a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,05 et 0,15 mm, et qui vaut de préférence environ 0,10 mm.
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 15, dans lequel les dents d'accouplement (3) s'étendent à travers des trous (9) prévus dans lesdits rubans (2).
