  • One embodiment according to the present invention provides a device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising: a binding member having a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess with a constant distance according to one side thereof; a receiving member having an opened slot at one side thereof so that the clutching plate is inserted in, a magnetic body attached on one side of the slot, and an installing recess formed in the direction vertical to the slot; and an adjusting member having a board typed pressing plate rotatably installed in the installing recess to be selectively attached to the magnetic body and receiving the pressing force, and a stopper protruded from one side of the pressing plate and selectively clutched in the clutching recess.
  • Another embodiment according to the present invention provides a device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, wherein the device includes a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein the second binding portion is composed of a body formed with a guiding space into which the shoelaces are inserted and a guiding bar provided in the guiding space to be horizontally movable.

  • the end of the shoelaces L is respectively inserted in the both sides of the body 31, and the inserted shoelaces L are rotated on the pair of direction changing protrusions 32 formed in the lower of the body 31 to have a determined space such that the end thereof faces to the upper side. And, each end of the shoelaces L rotated on the direction changing protrusions 32 is outwardly drawn out through the exit 34 formed on the upper side of the body 31, and as shown, it is connected to the connecting hook C provided in the shoes 1.
  • the third binding portion 30 closely holds the lower end of the shoelaces L.
  • the binding condition is enhanced by upwardly pulling out the shoelaces L passed through the third binding portion 30, the binding condition is maintained by going to left and right sides, and the binding condition is released by lifting the end portion of the body 31. That is, the union is maintained when the shoelaces L are in a condition shown in solid lines, and the union is enhanced when the shoelaces L are in a condition shown in dotted lines.
  • first binding portion 10, the second binding portion 20 and the third binding portion 30 are connected to the shoelaces L which are crossly bond on the instep of the shoes 1.
  • the third binding portion 10, the first binding portion 10 and the second binding portion 20 are respectively provided on the lower portion, the middle or upper portion and the portion where the end of the shoelaces L passes.
  • first binding portion 10 and the second binding portion 20 are almost identical with the prior art of the present applicant, and therefore they are not explained in detail. Further, the third binding portion 30 is also afore explained with reference to FIGs. 15 and 16, and therefore, further explanation for them is omitted.
  • the receiving member 11 and the binding member 13 are positioned to be fitted from each other. That is, after positioning the hooking plate 13a of the binding member 13 to be inserted in the slot 1 Ib of the receiving member 11, the receiving member 11 and the binding member 13 are assembled by fittings. And then, the hooking plate 13a of the binding member 13 enters into the slot 1 Ib, and the pressing plate 12a of the adjusting member 12 installed in the installing recess 1 Ic of the receiving member 11 is returned to initial position by the magnetic body 14. As a result, the stopper 12d formed on the other side of the pressing plate 12a is hooked in the hooking recess 13b of the hooking plate 13a. Therefore, the connection force between the receiving member 11 and the binding member 13 is created.
  • the second binding portion 20 is to maintain and release the binding of the end of the shoelaces L.
  • the front end of the shoelaces L is inserted in the guiding space 23, and it covers the outer periphery of the guiding bar 24 vertically provided therein, and then the end of the shoelaces L is drawn out to the direction in which the shoelaces L is entered.
  • the third binding portion 30 has a symmetrical figure in left and right. Each end of the shoelaces L is inserted in the third binding portion 30 at its side and it is downwardly passed, and then it is upwardly pulled out, and therefore the close connection of the shoelaces L is adjusted.
  • the third binding portion 30 is inserted with each end of the shoelaces L through the inserting holes 33 formed on the both sides of the body 31.
  • Each end of the inserted shoelaces L is rotated on the outer periphery surface of the direction changing protrusions 32 and then guided toward the upper side thereof. And, it is outwardly drawn out through the exit 34 formed on the upper portion of the body 31.
  • the drawn end of the shoelaces L is connected to the connection hook C near to the upper portion of the third binding portion 30, and the binding condition is enhanced by upwardly pulling out the shoelaces L passed through the third binding portion 30, the binding condition is maintained by going to left and right sides, and the binding condition is released by lifting the end portion of the body 31.

  • the device for binding shoelaces according to the present invention is applied to running shoes or mountain-climbing boots provided with a plurality of hook rings oppositely fixed on both sides of the open portion of the instep thereof with constant interval and in which shoelaces L crossly pass through the hook rings and then are bound.
  • the device includes a first binding portion 10 to selectively release the binding condition of the shoelaces L with the operation force of a user, a second binding portion 20 formed with holding holes 22 to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces L passed through the final hook ring C of the shoes 1 is inserted into the holding holes 22 to maintain the binding condition, and a third binding portion 30 to bind the shoelaces L positioned at the middle of the instep of the shoes 1 and to adjust the binding against the lower portion of the instep of the shoes 1 .
  • the binding portion 10 is composed of a receiving member 11 which is a female member, a binding member 13 which is a male member and fitted into the receiving member 11, and an adjusting member 12 rotatably provided on the receiving member 11 and selectively raising binding force against the binding member 13.
  • the receiving member 11 is formed with an opened slot 1 Ib at one side thereof into which a clutching plate 13a of the binding member 13 can be inserted.
  • a magnetic body 14 is attached on one side of the slot 1 Ib, specifically, on the inner upper side surface of the slot 1 Ib in the drawings so that a pressing plate 12a of the adjusting member 12 can be maintained in attached condition by the magnetic force.
  • the receiving member 11 is formed with an installing recess 1 Ic on the upper surface thereof to be installed with the adjusting member 12 which is an element to be given with the pressing force of the user, and the installing recess 1 Ic is connected to the slot 1 Ib.
  • the receiving member 11 is formed with a hinge recess 1 Id to mutually face toward the side wall of the installing recess 1 Ic, and a hinge shaft 12b protruded on both sides of the pressing plate 12a constituting the adjusting member 12 is rotatably fitted in the hinge recess 1 Id.
  • the receiving member 11 is formed with a supporting piece 1 Ia to be protruded at the other side opposing to the slot 1 Ib, and the supporting piece 1 Ia is formed with a through hole l la" which binds the shoelaces L.
  • the supporting piece 11a can be revised with various shapes if it can connect the shoelaces L, and in this embodiment, a pairs of supporting pieces 11a are prudently formed. And, the pairs of supporting pieces 11a has a narrower portion at the front portion of the shoes 1 and a wider portion at the instep of the shoes 1, and the wider portion is longer than the narrower portion.
  • the binding member 13 is inserted in the slot 1 Ib of the receiving member 11 to be selectively clutched and therefore to maintain or release the binding condition therebetween, and it is provided with a clutching plate 13a formed with a clutching recess 13b in the longitudinal direction on one side, that the upper side surface in the drawing.
  • the binding member 13 is prudently provided with a supporting piece 13c on the other side opposite to the clutching plate 13a, and the supporting piece 13c is formed with a through hole 13c v to bind the shoelaces L. And, the binding member 13 is corresponded with the supporting piece 1 Ia of the receiving member 11.
  • the adjusting member 12 is a board type to partially cover the installing recess l ie, and it includes a pressing plate 12a being rotatably installed in the installing recess l ie to be selectively attached to the magnetic body 14 and being received the pressing force from the user, a stopper 12d being downwardly protruded to be selectively clutched to the clutching recess 13b.
  • the stopper 12d is upwardly rotated with respect to the hinge shaft 12b when the pressing plate 12a is rotated, that is it is pressed by the pressing force of the user, and therefore it is separated from the clutching recess 13b of the binding member 13.
  • the adjusting member 12 is provided with an elastic plate 12t extended from the pressing plate 12a, and the elastic plate 12t is formed with a clutch jaw 12f on the end thereof.
  • the elastic plate 12t as shown in FIG. 20, is flatly formed to block the installing recess 1 Ic, and the clutch jaw 12f is formed to be clutched to the edge and inside of the installing recess l ie.
  • the reference number 12e which is not explained is a board typed member which is extended to the other side of the pressing plate 12a, that is, the opposite direction of the elastic plate 12t, as shown, indicates an extended plate 12e to prevent the other end of the pressing plate 12a from being upwardly rotated by being clutched to the inner wall of the installing recess 1 Ic.

  • the pressing plate 12a is rotated by pressure, the coil spring is expanded and then elastic force is saved. If the pressure is removed, the pressing plate 12a is returned to its original position by the saved elastic force.

  • the guiding bar 24 is integrally formed with a guiding piece 24" which is inserted in the rail recesses 23" formed on the opposite sides of the upper and lower plates 21a and 21b to obstruct the rotation of the guiding bar 24 and to be safely slidably moved.
  • the guiding bar 24 is provided to have its section including a circle, a polygon (a triangle, a quadrangle, a pentagon, a hexagon etc.) or an oval.
  • the front end of the shoelaces L is inserted in the guiding space 23 and rotates the guiding bar 24, and then it enters into the space between the guiding bar 24 and the first post 25. Subsequently, it enters into the space between the first post 25 and the second post 26, and the end of the shoelaces L is pulled. At this time, it moves to one side of the guiding bar 24 and presses one end of the shoelaces L, and then the upper end of the shoelaces L also presses the lower of the shoelaces L so as to maintain union.

  • the clutch plate 13a of the binding member 13 enters in the slot 1 Ib of the receiving member 1, and then the pressing plate 12a of the adjusting member 12 installed in the installing recess 1 Ic of the receiving member 11 is returned by the elastic member.
  • the stopper 12d formed on the other side of the pressing plate 12a is clutched in the clutch recess 13b of the clutch plate 13a. And therefore, the binding force between the receiving member 11 and the binding member 13 is created.
