Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un profilé de renforcement thermiquement séparé, en particulier pour châssis de fenêtres et de portes, dans lequel il est prévu entre deux profilés métalliques une pièce rapportée en matière plastique assurant la séparation thermique,
caractérisé en ce que,
pour former deux nervures en matière plastique (16a, 16b) empêchant le pont de chaleur, on fabrique deux profilés métalliques (12a) pourvus d'une nervure de bord (23) conformée perpendiculairement à la surface principale à la manière du façonnage à froid, dans lequel les nervures de bord (23) sont pourvues d'un coude (22) tourné vers la surface principale, ensuite les profilés métalliques (12a) sont positionnés l'un en regard de l'autre et, entre les nervures de bord, on injecte en passage continu une matière plastique durcissant rapidement et on positionne entre les profilés métalliques (12a), après formation de la première nervure de matière plastique (16a), un noyau d'appui (13) guidé par une semelle, qui, lors d'un avancement en continu du profilé métallique, forme le fond d'appui pour la matière plastique chargée. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que

caractérisé par
deux sections de façonnage à froid ou de profilage (2, 3) positionnées sensiblement parallèlement l'une à l'autre, un dispositif (5) guidant l'un vers l'autre les profilés formés ainsi qu'une installation de coulée de matière plastique acheminant les profilés (12) à distance l'un de l'autre et équipée au moins d'au moins une buse d'extrudeuse de matière plastique (15), une installation de coupe (8) positionnée ensuite ainsi qu'un entreposage intermédiaire (9) servant au refroidissement, et en ce que l'installation de coulée de matière plastique est équipée d'au moins une tige de guidage (13) positionnée entre les profilés métalliques (12) et au-dessus d'une première nervure de matière plastique (16). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de coulée de matière plastique (6) est équipée d'une tige d'appui (13) positionnée entre les profilés métalliques (12) ainsi que d'un dispositif d'avancement pour une bande de matière plastique (14) glissant sur la surface de la tige d'appui. - Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de coulée de matière plastique est équipée d'une pluralité de rouleaux d'appui (17) pour presser la bande de matière plastique guidée (14). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes,
caractérisé par
un dispositif d'avancement pour la bande de matière plastique (14) pour l'appliquer sur la tige de guidage (13a), l'installation de coulée de matière plastique étant équipée d'au moins une seconde buse d'extrudeuse (15a). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de coulée de matière plastique (6a) est équipée d'un dispositif d'avancement (19) pour acheminer un agent séparateur ou analogue sur la surface de la bande de matière plastique (14). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes,
caractérisé en ce que
la tige de guidage est équipée d'un dispositif d'avancement de matière plastique (19a) ainsi que d'alésages traversants (20) pour insérer de la matière plastique entre les nervures de matière plastique verticales (16a, 16b).
